Definitions
- Transport crate for transporting finished parts and for attachment to a chassis of a commercial vehicle, a loading area of the transport crate extending on the chassis in a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the commercial vehicle and the transport crate having at least two outer edges running parallel to one another.
- a wide variety of securing mechanisms are used to secure loads when transporting bulky goods and in particular when transporting finished parts, which can include, for example, lashing straps, chain hoists, or various wedging of transport goods on loading areas.
- transported goods can also be secured by a loading area adapted to the shape of the respective transporting goods, with the transporting goods being secured by a precisely fitting loading area.
- Appropriate load securing for liquid transport goods or bulk goods can be carried out relatively easily by at least partially closed tank vessels and realize other volumes. While most solid transport goods can be transported in containers or other standardized transport containers, transport containers, loading platforms or transport vehicles that are specially adapted to the goods to be transported are usually necessary for the transport of bulky goods or large finished parts.
- Corresponding transport boxes are also used for various types of goods and in particular finished parts, with such boxes usually being arranged on the loading area of a truck and being suitable for transporting said goods to be transported.
- a transport pallet for plate-like heavy goods is disclosed, which is suitable for transporting finished parts and can be adjusted in size to different loading areas of transport vehicles.
- the size of the vehicle including the freight is particularly important when transporting bulky goods and heavy loads, as these usually exceed the size standards for normal freight transport and are therefore subject to special requirements.
- wooden crates are usually used, which protect the goods to be transported from environmental influences, but are expensive to produce and have their full size even when the crate is empty. It would be advantageous if the size of the transport container could be adapted to the goods to be transported in order to be able to transport finished parts that are produced in different sizes with a precise fit.
- a transport vehicle is smaller when traveling empty than when transporting goods is actually being transported, so that the transport vehicle can under certain circumstances also travel without escort vehicles or additional requirements.
- Transport containers whose size can be changed would be of particular interest, since they could be adjusted to the size of the corresponding transport goods during loaded transport and could be brought into a smaller state for the respective return journey.
- the transport box is divided orthogonally to the two parallel outer edges into at least a first segment and a second segment, wherein the two segments can be pushed towards one another via a linear guide along the parallel outer edges and the size of the loading area can thus be adapted to a finished part.
- the transport crate can preferably be used for transporting finished parts, which can be arranged with a precise fit in the transport crate.
- finished parts refers to all conceivable transport goods that can be transported in the transport box.
- Finished parts can be, for example, wind turbine bearings or similar parts that are transported as finished parts.
- Corresponding finished parts usually have to be transported protected from moisture, which is why it is important to protect the finished part accordingly.
- a corresponding transport box is preferably used when transporting finished parts on inclined loaders, the transport box being transported at an angle to a roadway level and the width of the transport vehicle can be individually adapted to a finished part both by the inclined position and by the width adjustment of the transport box.
- edges that do not run parallel to one another have an at least partially round shape. It is also conceivable that the edges that do not run parallel to one another have a plurality of corners and the transport box is therefore designed as a polygon.
- the transport box is preferably designed to be square. Two opposite outer edges are then preferably arranged parallel to one another. There is preferably a right angle in the corners, with the result that the transport box preferably has a rectangular shape. However, it is also conceivable that the angle between two adjacent outer edges is not right-angled.
- a change in the size of the transport crate preferably also results in a change in the size of the loading area, the loading area preferably being converted into a loading area of the first Segments and a loading area of the second segment is divided and the two segments at least partially overlap.
- the loading areas of the two segments shift towards one another, so that an area in which the loading areas of the first and second segment overlap becomes larger or smaller.
- the finished parts transported with the transport crate may lie directly on the loading area in the transport crate. It is conceivable that there is another layer between the loading area and the finished parts to protect the finished parts and the loading area and/or for insulation. For this purpose, there are preferably plastic panels between the finished part and the loading area, but it is also conceivable that various other materials can be used for this purpose.
- the two parallel outer edges are preferably also divided into a section of the first segment and a section of the second segment.
- the outer edges of the two sections preferably also overlap, with the area in which the outer edges overlap increasing or decreasing when the size of the transport box changes.
- the transport crate is divided parallel to the longitudinal direction and centrally in relation to the width direction, so that the two segments are of the same size.
- the two segments are not of the same size and that the transport box is therefore subdivided in any size ratio of the two segments to one another.
- the transport box is divided into at least two segments parallel to the width direction.
- the transport crate is divided into more than two segments, with the segments shifting relative to one another and preferably also into one another when the size of the transport crate changes.
- the segments can be pushed towards one another along the width direction, the size of the transport box being able to be changed in the width direction as a result.
- the size of the loading area preferably changes accordingly.
- the two outer edges running parallel to one another are preferably also arranged parallel to the width direction.
- the segments can be pushed towards one another along the longitudinal direction, the size of the transport crate being able to be changed in the longitudinal direction as a result.
- the two outer edges of the transport box, which run parallel to one another, are preferably also arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction.
- the outer edges arranged parallel to one another are preferably always arranged parallel to the direction in which the segments of the transport box can be pushed towards one another.
- the outer edges are therefore preferably arranged parallel to the width direction.
- the two segments are connected to one another via at least one hydraulic cylinder, which is arranged parallel to the linear guide.
- the segments are preferably connected to one another with two hydraulic cylinders.
- the hydraulic cylinders are preferably attached to the segments in such a way that the segments are moved towards one another when the hydraulic cylinders are extended or retracted. This allows the size of the transport box to be adjusted by actuating the hydraulic cylinder.
- the hydraulic cylinders are preferably connected to a hydraulic pump, with actuation of the pump resulting in the hydraulic cylinder being extended or retracted.
- the pump can preferably be actuated manually, but it is also conceivable for the pump to be operated by a motor.
- the pump is preferably operated via an electric motor, it being conceivable that the pump can then be controlled from a driver's cab.
- the hydraulic pump is preferably mounted on the loading area in such a way that it is arranged next to or inside the finished part to be transported.
- the size of the transport box is preferably adjusted before loading with a finished part. However, it is also conceivable for the size of the transport box to be adjusted after it has been loaded with the finished part is and preferably the finished part is at least partially clamped and thereby locked.
- the linear guide runs parallel to the width direction and consists on the first segment of at least two support profiles lying next to one another in the longitudinal direction and on the second segment of at least two square profiles lying next to one another in the longitudinal direction.
- different carrier profiles can be used on both the first and the second segment, with the carrier profiles of the first and second segment preferably interlocking in such a way that the movement of the two segments relative to one another is possible in all degrees of freedom, except in the direction of the linear guide. is restricted.
- T-beams, H-beams, U-beams or similar beam profiles can be used for the linear guide.
- a square profile runs between two support profiles arranged parallel to one another.
- the carrier profiles arranged next to one another preferably form a guide profile, into which the square profile can be inserted at least partially along the sliding direction of the two segments relative to one another.
- the two adjacent carrier profiles lock the inserted square profiles in all degrees of freedom, except for the translatory degree of freedom, which runs parallel to the displacement direction of the segments to one another.
- the segments are locked in their movement towards one another by at least one securing element, which is guided along a vertical direction of the commercial vehicle through at least the loading area of the first segment and the square profiles of the second segment.
- a gradual adjustment of the size of the transport box is preferably possible as a result.
- the size of the transport box is set by moving the segments relative to each other using the hydraulic cylinders, and then a safety element is guided through the loading area and the square profile underneath.
- the square profile of the second segment is preferably between the carrier profiles of the first After inserting the securing element, the segment is also locked in the translational sliding direction.
- the first and second segments are thus preferably locked in relation to one another in the movement in all degrees of freedom.
- several square profiles on the second segment and carrier profiles on the first segment lie next to each other orthogonally to the direction of displacement. It is conceivable that a securing element for locking is provided for each square profile.
- the securing element is preferably designed as a securing bolt. It is also conceivable, however, for the securing mechanism to be designed as some other cotter pin, spring bar or the like, which is suitable for locking the segments in their movement relative to one another.
- the finished parts are designed as hollow cylinders and lie with their circular side on the loading area.
- the axis of rotation of the hollow cylinders thus preferably runs parallel to the vertical direction.
- the finished parts are arranged on the loading area of the transport box in such a way that they are locked against movement in at least the width and length direction by fastening elements.
- the prefabricated parts are preferably also locked against movement in the vertical direction by the fastening elements. This secures the prefabricated parts primarily against movement in the vertical direction during transport over uneven roads.
- the finished parts are preferably locked both from inside and from outside the hollow cylinder by the fastening elements.
- the size of the transport box can be adjusted for diameters of between 4000 mm and 5300 mm for the finished parts shaped as hollow cylinders.
- the height of the finished parts shaped as hollow cylinders in the vertical direction Z is preferably 500 mm to 550 mm, as a result of which the finished parts are ring-shaped.
- fastening elements are arranged on the loading area, which restrict the freedom of movement of at least one finished part on the loading area in the width direction and longitudinal direction by clamping the finished part and thus serve to secure the load during transport.
- the fastening elements are preferably welded to the loading area and are thereby connected to it in a form-fitting manner. It is conceivable that the fastening elements have a lever mechanism, by which actuation the finished parts can be locked in their position on the loading area. According to at least one further embodiment, at least one suspension element is attached to the loading area, via which the transport box can be lifted in the vertical direction by a crane or other lifting mechanism.
- suspension elements are attached to the loading area, which are shaped as eyelets, so that a hook, a rope, or a similar element can be inserted into them for attachment.
- the suspension elements are preferably welded to the loading area and are therefore connected to it in a form-fitting manner.
- the transport box is arranged on the chassis such that it can be tilted, so that the loading area can be pivoted with respect to a pivot axis running parallel to the longitudinal direction.
- the transport crate preferably rests on a pivotable part of the chassis, so that the pivotable part of the chassis can also be pivoted without the transport crate, but when a transport crate rests on the pivotable part, the latter is also pivoted.
- the transport box is preferably arranged to be pivotable between the width direction and the height direction. It is conceivable that a corresponding pivot through A hydraulic cylinder is extended, which lifts the pivotable part of the chassis at least on one side and pivots it with respect to the pivot axis.
- the transport box (2) is pivoted with respect to the pivot axis (A) during transport and thus runs obliquely to the height direction (Z) and width direction (Y).
- the overall width of the vehicle is preferably smaller due to the pivoted transport box, and the impact on other road traffic is therefore smaller.
- the transport crate is preferably pivoted in such a way that, in the direction of travel, it protrudes higher in the height direction on the left side than on the right side during transport.
- the transport box can be covered with a tarpaulin, which can be adjusted to the size of the transport box.
- the tarpaulin is fastened in the width direction at one end of the transport box and rolled up at the opposite end via a winding mechanism, with which the tarpaulin can be adapted to the size of the transport box.
- the tarpaulin is preferably large enough to cover the transport crate with a perfect fit when it is in its largest state.
- the tarpaulin can then be at least partially rolled up via the winding mechanism when the segments of the transport box are at least shifted relative to one another and the size of the transport box changes as a result.
- the winding mechanism can wind up the tarpaulin at least as far as the segments can be displaced relative to one another.
- the tarpaulin can be completely rolled up by the winding mechanism, so that the tarpaulin is neatly stowed away and not damaged during loading and unloading of the transport box.
- the tarpaulin is therefore preferably variable in its extent in the direction in which the segments of the transport box can also be displaced relative to one another. According to the structure of the transport box, the tarpaulin is variable in the width direction, while it has a constant dimension in the longitudinal direction.
- the transport box preferably has at least one support for the tarpaulin, which is preferably attached in the form of a rod along the longitudinal direction to an upper edge of the transport box and on which the tarpaulin rests. This prevents the tarpaulin from sinking into the transport box and thus prevents the formation of puddles on the tarpaulin due to rain.
- at least two such supporting bars are attached to the shipping crate.
- the tarpaulin covers the transport box completely and thereby protects the finished parts from environmental influences such as moisture, solar radiation, or the like.
- the Figures 1 to 3 show a transport crate 2 from the top view, with the transport crate 2 extending in the length direction X and the width direction Y, and the parallel outer edges 5 of the transport crate 2 being arranged parallel to the width direction Y.
- the position of the fastening elements 11 on the loading area 4 can be seen from the top view, which are preferably arranged at the two ends of the transport box 2 with respect to the width direction Y. As a result, the fastening elements 11 are also moved towards one another when the first segment 2a and second segment 2b move towards one another.
- each of the two segments 2a and 2b preferably having two suspension elements 12 each.
- the transport crate 2 can therefore preferably be hung over the four suspension elements 12 and thus be lifted by a crane or similar lifting element.
- suspension elements 12 can also be attached to at least one of the attachment elements 11 and these can therefore be used both as an attachment element 11 for the finished part 16 and as a suspension element 12 for lifting the transport box 2 .
- the arrangement of the hydraulic pump 17 on the loading area can be seen, which is preferably arranged on the loading area 4 in the region of the second segment 2b.
- the areas of the hydraulic cylinders 7 with all the hydraulic connections are preferably also fastened to the second segment 2b.
- the hydraulic cylinders 7 are arranged in their longitudinal direction parallel to the parallel outer edges 5 of the transport crate, so that the transport crate 2 is enlarged or reduced in the width direction Y when the hydraulic cylinder is actuated.
- All components with hydraulic connections are preferably arranged on the same segment 2a or 2b, so that no hydraulic lines have to be correspondingly lengthened or shortened when the segments 2a and 2b are displaced relative to one another, and therefore no flexible sections of the hydraulic lines are necessary.
- the two segments 2a and 2b can be locked by the securing elements 8 in their movement relative to one another.
- the securing elements 8 are preferably simultaneously pushed through the loading area 4 in the region of the first segment 2a and the square profiles 6b of the second segment 2b.
- each square profile 6b preferably has only one hole, with the loading area 4 having a plurality of holes.
- the transport crate 2 is shown in its minimum possible extent, with the two segments 2a and 2b overlapping at least partially in this state and thus the transport crate 2 in the width direction Y has the smallest possible extent.
- the transport box 2 is thus adapted in the width direction Y to the smallest possible finished part 16 to be transported, which is locked in its position by the fastening elements 11 .
- the transport crate 2 can only be adapted to the finished part 16 in the width direction Y and thus the shaped part 16 does not lie against the outer edges 5 of the transport crate in the longitudinal direction X.
- the transport crate 2 is shown in its maximum possible extent, with the segments 2a and 2b preferably not overlapping in this state, or overlapping only minimally and being arranged directly next to one another in the width direction Y.
- a minimal overlap of the segments 2a and 2b is conceivable in order to seal the box and to protect the finished part 16 from environmental influences.
- the transport box 2 is thus adapted in the width direction Y to the largest possible finished part 16 to be transported, which is locked in its position by the fastening elements 11 .
- figure 2 fills the finished part 16 in figure 3 the transport box 2 both in the width direction Y and in the longitudinal direction X completely.
- the figures 1 and 2 show the winding mechanism 10 with which the tarpaulin of the transport box 2 can be adapted along the width direction Y to the respective size of the transport box 2. Also shown are the clamping elements 18 with which the tarpaulin 9 is stretched over the box after the size has been adjusted.
- the transport box 2 is shown from your rear view.
- the transport box 2 is shown in different states, with Figure 4a the transport box 2 is divided into the two segments 2a and 2b, in Figure 4b which shows the transport crate 2 in its maximum possible extent, and in FIG. 4c in its minimum extent.
- FIG 4a the two segments 2a and 2b of the transport box 2 are shown separately from one another, with the segments 2a and 2b being arranged next to one another in the width direction Y such that when they move towards one another the square profiles 6b are arranged in the longitudinal direction X between the carrier profiles 6a and thus the transport box 2 can be assembled, as in the Figures 4b and 4c is shown.
- the representation of Transport box 2 is analogous to the illustration in figure 3 , but from a different perspective, which points to a plane that is spanned from the height direction Z and width direction Y.
- Figure 4a shows that the first segment 2a preferably includes, in addition to the carrier profiles 6a, the winding mechanism 10 and the tensioning elements 18 for the tarpaulin 9, as well as two suspension elements 12, of which only one is visible due to the perspective.
- the second segment 2b preferably also includes the securing elements 8 and the hydraulic components, which include the hydraulic pump 17 and the hydraulic cylinders 7 and corresponding hydraulic lines (not shown) and which are preferably arranged on the loading area 4.
- the second segment 2b preferably also includes two suspension elements 12, of which only one is visible due to the perspective
- Figure 4b shows that the securing element 8 is guided at least partially along the height direction Z through the square profile 6b.
- the securing element 8 preferably has a thickened portion so that it can only be partially inserted into the square profile (6b) and therefore cannot completely slip through it.
- Figure 4b shows a transport crate 2 analogous to the state of the transport crate figure 2 from the rear view.
- Figure 4b thus shows the greatest possible state of the transport box 2, in which these finished parts 16 can load with the maximum possible size.
- the hydraulic cylinders 7 are preferably attached to the segments 2a and 2b at the points where the suspension elements 12 are also attached.
- the hydraulic cylinders 7 are preferably fully extended to accommodate the largest possible finished part 16 in the transport box 2 .
- the hydraulic cylinders 7 have the greatest possible extent in the width direction Y.
- Figure 4c shows a transport crate 2 analogous to the state of the transport crate figure 1 from the rear view.
- Figure 4b thus shows the smallest possible state of the transport box 2, in which these finished parts 16 can load with the minimum possible size.
- the hydraulic cylinders 7 are preferably fully retracted and have the smallest possible extension in the width direction Y.
- figure 5 shows a transport crate 2 from a rear view, the transport crate 2 being shown once in a horizontal orientation and once pivoted with respect to the pivot axis A.
- the horizontal orientation in which the loading area 4 is aligned parallel to the width direction Y, corresponds to the position of the transport box 2 in which it can be lifted off the chassis 3 of the utility vehicle via the suspension elements 12 .
- figure 5 shows not only the transport box 2 but also the chassis 3 of a commercial vehicle on which the transport box 2 is arranged. At least part of the chassis 3a is pivotable with respect to the pivot axis A. The pivotable part of the chassis 3a is connected to the fixed part of the chassis 3 via a hydraulic cylinder 7a and the pivot axis A. Since the transport box 2 is preferably arranged on the pivotable part of the chassis 3a, it is also pivoted when the hydraulic cylinder 7a is actuated.
- the transport box 2 preferably swivels in the width direction Y (preferably to the right in the direction of travel) of the commercial vehicle 1.
- the swiveled state of the transport box 2 preferably corresponds to a transport state in which the transport box is transported alone or containing a corresponding finished part 16.
- the transport box 2 is placed on the pivotable part of the chassis 3a and the transport box 2 can be unloaded from the chassis 3, 3a by a movement in the width direction Y.
- This is preferably also possible with a crane or similar lifting mechanism, which can at least partially lift the crate on the suspension elements 12 .
- Figures 6a and 6b show a transport box 2 in a side view, with Figure 6a a view of the exterior of the transport crate 2 and in Figure 6b a sectional view from the same perspective is shown.
- the winding mechanism 10 of the tarpaulin 9 and the clamping elements 18 for the tarpaulin 9 are shown.
- the winding mechanism 10 preferably consists of a rod 19 which is formed over the longitudinal direction X of the transport crate and is rotatably attached to the transport crate 2 parallel to the longitudinal direction X.
- the tarpaulin 9 can be rolled up and thus adapted to the size of the transport box 2 .
- the tensioning elements 18 are preferably designed as belt tensioners, which tension a belt which is attached to the tarpaulin 9, as a result of which the tarpaulin 9 is also tensioned. At least three clamping elements 18 are preferably attached to the transport box.
- Figure 6b shows the sectional view of the transport crate, wherein the arrangement of the square profiles 6b between the carrier profiles 6a at the lower end of the transport crate 2 with respect to the height direction Z can be seen.
- several of the arrangements of carrier profiles 6a and square profiles 6b are attached to the transport box 2 along the longitudinal direction X, with all carrier profiles 6a and square profiles 6b together making up the linear guide 6 .
- a securing element 8 is guided through the loading area 4, the carrier profiles 6a and the square profiles 6b for each associated carrier profile 6a and square profile 6b.

Description
Transport crate for transporting finished parts and for attachment to a chassis of a commercial vehicle, a loading area of the transport crate extending on the chassis in a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the commercial vehicle and the transport crate having at least two outer edges running parallel to one another.
When transporting goods of all kinds, care must be taken to ensure adequate load securing of the goods to be transported. In addition to a protective aspect for the goods to be transported, this is particularly important in order to be able to guarantee safety in traffic and thus to be able to prevent possible dangers during transport. The topic of load securing has been a much-discussed topic for years, which has become indispensable, especially due to the legal provisions for commercial vehicles.
In addition to load securing, the size of the vehicle including the freight is particularly important when transporting bulky goods and heavy loads, as these usually exceed the size standards for normal freight transport and are therefore subject to special requirements. This applies in particular to the transport of finished parts on inclined loaders. When transporting finished parts on inclined loaders, wooden crates are usually used, which protect the goods to be transported from environmental influences, but are expensive to produce and have their full size even when the crate is empty. It would be advantageous if the size of the transport container could be adapted to the goods to be transported in order to be able to transport finished parts that are produced in different sizes with a precise fit. In particular, it would also be advantageous if a transport vehicle is smaller when traveling empty than when transporting goods is actually being transported, so that the transport vehicle can under certain circumstances also travel without escort vehicles or additional requirements. Transport containers whose size can be changed would be of particular interest, since they could be adjusted to the size of the corresponding transport goods during loaded transport and could be brought into a smaller state for the respective return journey.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a transport container for bulky goods and finished parts, which is adjustable in size so that it can be adapted to the goods to be transported, can be adjusted to the smallest possible size during an empty run and protects the transported goods from environmental influences.
This object is achieved by a transport box for a commercial vehicle according to claim 1 and a tarpaulin for a transport box according to
According to the invention, the transport box is divided orthogonally to the two parallel outer edges into at least a first segment and a second segment, wherein the two segments can be pushed towards one another via a linear guide along the parallel outer edges and the size of the loading area can thus be adapted to a finished part.
The transport crate can preferably be used for transporting finished parts, which can be arranged with a precise fit in the transport crate. In the following, the term finished parts refers to all conceivable transport goods that can be transported in the transport box. Finished parts can be, for example, wind turbine bearings or similar parts that are transported as finished parts. Corresponding finished parts usually have to be transported protected from moisture, which is why it is important to protect the finished part accordingly.
A corresponding transport box is preferably used when transporting finished parts on inclined loaders, the transport box being transported at an angle to a roadway level and the width of the transport vehicle can be individually adapted to a finished part both by the inclined position and by the width adjustment of the transport box.
It is conceivable that the edges that do not run parallel to one another have an at least partially round shape. It is also conceivable that the edges that do not run parallel to one another have a plurality of corners and the transport box is therefore designed as a polygon.
However, the transport box is preferably designed to be square. Two opposite outer edges are then preferably arranged parallel to one another. There is preferably a right angle in the corners, with the result that the transport box preferably has a rectangular shape. However, it is also conceivable that the angle between two adjacent outer edges is not right-angled.
A change in the size of the transport crate preferably also results in a change in the size of the loading area, the loading area preferably being converted into a loading area of the first Segments and a loading area of the second segment is divided and the two segments at least partially overlap. By changing the size of the transport box, the loading areas of the two segments shift towards one another, so that an area in which the loading areas of the first and second segment overlap becomes larger or smaller.
The finished parts transported with the transport crate may lie directly on the loading area in the transport crate. It is conceivable that there is another layer between the loading area and the finished parts to protect the finished parts and the loading area and/or for insulation. For this purpose, there are preferably plastic panels between the finished part and the loading area, but it is also conceivable that various other materials can be used for this purpose.
The two parallel outer edges are preferably also divided into a section of the first segment and a section of the second segment. The outer edges of the two sections preferably also overlap, with the area in which the outer edges overlap increasing or decreasing when the size of the transport box changes.
According to at least one further embodiment, the transport crate is divided parallel to the longitudinal direction and centrally in relation to the width direction, so that the two segments are of the same size. However, it is also conceivable that the two segments are not of the same size and that the transport box is therefore subdivided in any size ratio of the two segments to one another.
It is also conceivable that the transport box is divided into at least two segments parallel to the width direction.
It is also conceivable that the transport crate is divided into more than two segments, with the segments shifting relative to one another and preferably also into one another when the size of the transport crate changes.
According to at least one further embodiment, the segments can be pushed towards one another along the width direction, the size of the transport box being able to be changed in the width direction as a result. The size of the loading area preferably changes accordingly.
Accordingly, the two outer edges running parallel to one another are preferably also arranged parallel to the width direction.
It is conceivable that when the transport crate is subdivided along the width direction, the segments can be pushed towards one another along the longitudinal direction, the size of the transport crate being able to be changed in the longitudinal direction as a result. As a result, the two outer edges of the transport box, which run parallel to one another, are preferably also arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction.
The outer edges arranged parallel to one another are preferably always arranged parallel to the direction in which the segments of the transport box can be pushed towards one another. The outer edges are therefore preferably arranged parallel to the width direction.
According to at least one further embodiment, the two segments are connected to one another via at least one hydraulic cylinder, which is arranged parallel to the linear guide. The segments are preferably connected to one another with two hydraulic cylinders.
The hydraulic cylinders are preferably attached to the segments in such a way that the segments are moved towards one another when the hydraulic cylinders are extended or retracted. This allows the size of the transport box to be adjusted by actuating the hydraulic cylinder.
The hydraulic cylinders are preferably connected to a hydraulic pump, with actuation of the pump resulting in the hydraulic cylinder being extended or retracted.
The pump can preferably be actuated manually, but it is also conceivable for the pump to be operated by a motor. The pump is preferably operated via an electric motor, it being conceivable that the pump can then be controlled from a driver's cab.
The hydraulic pump is preferably mounted on the loading area in such a way that it is arranged next to or inside the finished part to be transported. The size of the transport box is preferably adjusted before loading with a finished part. However, it is also conceivable for the size of the transport box to be adjusted after it has been loaded with the finished part is and preferably the finished part is at least partially clamped and thereby locked.
According to at least one further embodiment, the linear guide runs parallel to the width direction and consists on the first segment of at least two support profiles lying next to one another in the longitudinal direction and on the second segment of at least two square profiles lying next to one another in the longitudinal direction.
Preferably, different carrier profiles can be used on both the first and the second segment, with the carrier profiles of the first and second segment preferably interlocking in such a way that the movement of the two segments relative to one another is possible in all degrees of freedom, except in the direction of the linear guide. is restricted.
T-beams, H-beams, U-beams or similar beam profiles can be used for the linear guide.
According to at least one further embodiment, when the segments are displaced relative to one another, a square profile runs between two support profiles arranged parallel to one another. The carrier profiles arranged next to one another preferably form a guide profile, into which the square profile can be inserted at least partially along the sliding direction of the two segments relative to one another. Preferably, the two adjacent carrier profiles lock the inserted square profiles in all degrees of freedom, except for the translatory degree of freedom, which runs parallel to the displacement direction of the segments to one another.
According to at least one further embodiment, the segments are locked in their movement towards one another by at least one securing element, which is guided along a vertical direction of the commercial vehicle through at least the loading area of the first segment and the square profiles of the second segment.
A gradual adjustment of the size of the transport box is preferably possible as a result. First, the size of the transport box is set by moving the segments relative to each other using the hydraulic cylinders, and then a safety element is guided through the loading area and the square profile underneath. The square profile of the second segment is preferably between the carrier profiles of the first After inserting the securing element, the segment is also locked in the translational sliding direction. The first and second segments are thus preferably locked in relation to one another in the movement in all degrees of freedom.
Due to the gradual size adjustment of the transport box, it can be adjusted to finished parts of different sizes.
Preferably, several square profiles on the second segment and carrier profiles on the first segment lie next to each other orthogonally to the direction of displacement. It is conceivable that a securing element for locking is provided for each square profile.
The securing element is preferably designed as a securing bolt. It is also conceivable, however, for the securing mechanism to be designed as some other cotter pin, spring bar or the like, which is suitable for locking the segments in their movement relative to one another.
According to at least one further embodiment, the finished parts are designed as hollow cylinders and lie with their circular side on the loading area. The axis of rotation of the hollow cylinders thus preferably runs parallel to the vertical direction.
The finished parts are arranged on the loading area of the transport box in such a way that they are locked against movement in at least the width and length direction by fastening elements. The prefabricated parts are preferably also locked against movement in the vertical direction by the fastening elements. This secures the prefabricated parts primarily against movement in the vertical direction during transport over uneven roads.
The finished parts are preferably locked both from inside and from outside the hollow cylinder by the fastening elements.
According to at least one further embodiment, the size of the transport box can be adjusted for diameters of between 4000 mm and 5300 mm for the finished parts shaped as hollow cylinders.
The height of the finished parts shaped as hollow cylinders in the vertical direction Z is preferably 500 mm to 550 mm, as a result of which the finished parts are ring-shaped.
It is possible to transport finished parts shaped as hollow cylinders with different wall thicknesses in the transport box.
According to at least one further embodiment, fastening elements are arranged on the loading area, which restrict the freedom of movement of at least one finished part on the loading area in the width direction and longitudinal direction by clamping the finished part and thus serve to secure the load during transport.
The fastening elements are preferably welded to the loading area and are thereby connected to it in a form-fitting manner.
Preferably, several suspension elements are attached to the loading area, which are shaped as eyelets, so that a hook, a rope, or a similar element can be inserted into them for attachment.
The suspension elements are preferably welded to the loading area and are therefore connected to it in a form-fitting manner.
According to at least one further embodiment, the transport box is arranged on the chassis such that it can be tilted, so that the loading area can be pivoted with respect to a pivot axis running parallel to the longitudinal direction.
The transport crate preferably rests on a pivotable part of the chassis, so that the pivotable part of the chassis can also be pivoted without the transport crate, but when a transport crate rests on the pivotable part, the latter is also pivoted.
As a result, the transport box is preferably arranged to be pivotable between the width direction and the height direction. It is conceivable that a corresponding pivot through A hydraulic cylinder is extended, which lifts the pivotable part of the chassis at least on one side and pivots it with respect to the pivot axis.
According to at least one further embodiment, the transport box (2) is pivoted with respect to the pivot axis (A) during transport and thus runs obliquely to the height direction (Z) and width direction (Y).
The overall width of the vehicle is preferably smaller due to the pivoted transport box, and the impact on other road traffic is therefore smaller.
The transport crate is preferably pivoted in such a way that, in the direction of travel, it protrudes higher in the height direction on the left side than on the right side during transport.
The transport box can be covered with a tarpaulin, which can be adjusted to the size of the transport box.
According to the invention, the tarpaulin is fastened in the width direction at one end of the transport box and rolled up at the opposite end via a winding mechanism, with which the tarpaulin can be adapted to the size of the transport box.
The tarpaulin is preferably large enough to cover the transport crate with a perfect fit when it is in its largest state. The tarpaulin can then be at least partially rolled up via the winding mechanism when the segments of the transport box are at least shifted relative to one another and the size of the transport box changes as a result. This shows that the winding mechanism can wind up the tarpaulin at least as far as the segments can be displaced relative to one another. Preferably, the tarpaulin can be completely rolled up by the winding mechanism, so that the tarpaulin is neatly stowed away and not damaged during loading and unloading of the transport box.
The tarpaulin is therefore preferably variable in its extent in the direction in which the segments of the transport box can also be displaced relative to one another. According to the structure of the transport box, the tarpaulin is variable in the width direction, while it has a constant dimension in the longitudinal direction.
The transport box preferably has at least one support for the tarpaulin, which is preferably attached in the form of a rod along the longitudinal direction to an upper edge of the transport box and on which the tarpaulin rests. This prevents the tarpaulin from sinking into the transport box and thus prevents the formation of puddles on the tarpaulin due to rain. Preferably at least two such supporting bars are attached to the shipping crate.
According to at least one further embodiment, the tarpaulin covers the transport box completely and thereby protects the finished parts from environmental influences such as moisture, solar radiation, or the like.
