Claims (6)

  1. Vitrine réfrigérée (1) comprenant:
    - un corps isolé (2);
    - une structure pour supporter des récipients (3) qui contiennent les aliments conservés, la structure étant contenue à l'intérieur du corps isolé (2);
    - un évaporateur (4) contenu dans le corps isotherme (2), placé à côté des conteneurs (3) et conçu pour fonctionner par convection naturelle, où le fluide réfrigérant secondaire est de l'air;
    - un motocompresseur et un groupe de condensation contenus dans une partie non isolée du corps isolé (2) et qui utilisent un fluide réfrigérant primaire, tel que le R290;
    - une structure supérieure transparente (5), typiquement en verre, placée au-dessus du corps isotherme (2) et équipée d'un système de fermeture (6) pour permettre l'accès aux aliments à servir ou pour fermer le compartiment réfrigéré lorsqu'il ne l'est pas utilisé;
    - un déflecteur d'air (8) situé à proximité de l'évaporateur (4) et entre l'évaporateur (4) et les conteneurs (3);
    - une barrière de confinement principale (9), de préférence transparente et périmétrique, placée autour de trois côtés des conteneurs (3); et
    - une barrière secondaire (5), constituée de la structure supérieure transparente (5) non chauffée et destinée à créer une cavité avec la barrière de confinement principale (9),
    caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend également au moins un élément chauffant destiné à chauffer l'espace entre la barrière secondaire (5) et la barrière de confinement principale (9) afin d'éviter la formation de buée sur la structure supérieure transparente (5).
  2. Vitrine réfrigérée (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le déflecteur (8) est conçu pour coopérer avec l'évaporateur (4) de manière à permettre le passage de l'air en boucle fermée au dessus du déflecteur (8) et vers les conteneurs (3).
  3. Vitrine réfrigérée (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le déflecteur (8) est conçu pour permettre à l'air plus chaud d'entrer par la partie supérieure et à l'air refroidi de s'échapper de la partie inférieure (4), de manière à créer deux espaces horizontaux, l'un au-dessus, l'autre au-dessous du déflecteur (8) lui-même pour le passage de l'air.
  4. Vitrine réfrigérée (1) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que le déflecteur (8) est équipé d'au moins une ouverture de passage d'air située le long de sa surface.
  5. Vitrine réfrigérée (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément chauffant est du type à résistance.
  6. Vitrine réfrigérée (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend également un compartiment de réserve de stockage fermé (7) contenu dans le corps isotherme (2) et qui sert à contenir d'autres aliments non exposés.
