Following sideways adjustment of the bottom element 5 and of the top casing 4, such that the rectangular shape is retained, the bottom element 5 and consequently the top casing are fixed in a second, final position.
- the opening 18 is an oblong opening allowing for adjusting the sideways position of the assembled rectangular frame before fastening the fastening element 19 completely and thus fixing the position of the bottom element 5 and of the other components with respect to the inclined wall 35.
- the opening 18 may be a round opening.
- At least one of the side elements 6 and 7 may in a similar manner comprise an opening for receiving a further fastening element for fixing the side element 6, 7 to the inclined wall 35.

- the bottom connection corner 60 further comprises a third leg 63, configured to be accommodated in a track 5a of the bottom element 5.
- the third leg 63 of the bottom connection corner 60 may further be provided with a marking 65.

- a fastening element 97, 99 is configured to be introduced through the respective opening 781 of the side rail 7 and the opening 9b of the extension element 9 to engage with the corresponding marking 87, 89 of the connection insert 80.
- two markings 87, 89 are provided; however it is also conceivable to form the connection insert 80 fixedly connected to for instance the extension element 9, such that the extension element 9 is pulled toward the side rail 7 together with the connection insert 80.
- each of the fastening elements 97 and 99 comprises an inclined surface, of which the inclined surface 971 of fastening elements 97 is indicated.
- the inclined surface 971 is configured to engage with an edge of the opening 781 of the side rail 7 and the opening 9b of the extension element 9.
- the extension element 8, 9 and the side rail 6, 7 are pulled towards each other, thanks to a force that is a combination of a lateral force F1 applied by the fastening element, and a tightening force applied by the fastening element, resulting from the inclined surface 971, from the first position to a second position in which the respective facing ends of the side rail 6, 7 and the extension element 8, 9 are substantially brought into abutment with each other.
- the excentricity between the marking 87, 89 of the connection insert 80 and the at least one opening 781 , 9b of the side rail and/or the extension element lies in the range 1 to 5 mm.

- the fastening element 97, 99 is adapted for joining the connection insert 80 comprises a screw with a countersunk head, thus providing the inclined surface 971 to interact with the edge of the opening 781 of the side rail 7 and the opening 9b of the extension element 9.
- connection elements 40, 60, 80 may as shown be provided as a separate element configured to be releasably attached to the top casing 4, the first and/or second side rail 6, 7, the first and/or second extension element 8, 9, and/or a bottom element 5.
