Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of bags, and in particular, to a sealing bag with a reminding function.
- In order to facilitate the sealing and opening of a sealing bag, a set of sealing strips are arranged at the opening of the body. The sealing strips include an elongated concave rib with a groove, which is arranged on one side at the opening, and an elongated convex rib with an inner angle, which is arranged on the other side correspondingly. The elongated concave rib and the elongated convex rib cooperate to form a sealing rib to seal the sealing bag. However, since the traditional sealing bag has no prompt function, the sealing strips cannot be fully sealed in the case of a careless operation, and the liquid or objects in the sealing bag are easy to overflow or fall off. Meanwhile, since there is only one set of sealing ribs, the exiting sealing bag is unstable in structure, poor in sealing, and easy to cause air and water leakage.
- A sealing bag with a reminding function is known from
US 2017/0210510 A1 . The bag comprises male and female profiles having sequential flarings which produce a clicking sound effect when the bag is opened or closed. - Other bags with a reminding function are disclosed in
WO 2016/169947 A1 andWO 03/015493 A1 - The purpose of the present invention is to solve the deficiencies of the existing technology, and provided is a sealing bag with a reminding function.
- A technical solution provided in the present invention provides:
A sealing bag with a reminding function, including a body, wherein the sealing bag includes at least one set of first sealing ribs, wherein each set of the first sealing ribs include a first convex rib and a first concave rib, which are respectively arranged on both sides of an opening of the body, an inner side of the first convex rib forms alternating concave portions in a length direction of the first convex rib, convex portions are formed on outer sides of the concave portions, the first concave rib includes dumbbell-shaped grooves that are arranged at intervals, and the first convex rib and the first concave rib are configured to make a sound in a process of the first convex rib being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves of the first concave rib. - In a preferred embodiment, at least one set of second sealing ribs parallel to the first sealing ribs are provided at the opening of the body; each set of the second sealing ribs include a second convex rib and a second concave rib, which are respectively arranged on both sides of the opening of the body; and when the opening of the body is sealed, the second convex rib and the second concave rib are tightly clamped to form a reliable seal.
- In a preferred embodiment, the convex portions are elastic clips and are oriented towards the opening of the body, and when the concave portions and the convex portions of the first convex rib are sequentially clamped into the dumbbell-shaped grooves, the convex portions are in close contact with inner walls of the dumbbell-shaped grooves.
- In a preferred embodiment, the second convex rib is of an arrow-shaped convex angle structure, the second concave rib has a hook-shaped slot, and when the opening of the body is sealed, the second convex rib and the second concave rib are tightly clamped.
- In a preferred embodiment, at least one set of third sealing ribs parallel to the first sealing ribs are provided at the opening of the body; each set of the third sealing ribs include two toothless hooks arranged in parallel, and the two toothless hooks are correspondingly disposed on both sides of the opening of the body and are matched one by one.
- In a preferred embodiment, the concave portions have a concave direction away from the first concave rib, and the concave portions and the convex portions are correspondingly embedded into or separated from the ends of the dumbbell-shaped grooves and make a sound in the process of the first convex rib being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves of the first concave rib.
- In a preferred embodiment, at least one convex strip is provided between the second sealing ribs and the first sealing ribs.
- In a preferred embodiment, the first sealing ribs are arranged at outer side of the second sealing ribs and are close to the opening of the body, at least a pair of anti-slip strips are provided at the opening of the body, and each pair of the anti-slip strips are correspondingly arranged on both sides of the opening of the body and are disposed at outer side of the first sealing ribs.
- Combining the above-mentioned technical solutions, the beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: when the opening of the body needs to be sealed, the first convex rib and the first concave rib are aligned, the second convex rib and the second concave rib are aligned, and the first convex rib can be pressed into the first concave rib and the second convex rib can be pressed into the second concave rib by sliding and pressing both sides of the opening of the body forcedly. A rhythmic sound is made when the second convex rib is pressed into the second concave rib, which acts as a reminder and has a good feel. During the sealing process, a "click" sound will be heard, by means of which, not only can the completion of sealing be confirmed, but also a one-time clamping be ensured, so as to achieve a good sealing effect. As the first convex rib is clamped into the first concave rib and the second convex rib is clamped pressed into the second concave rib, a double sealing effect is formed to obtain a reliable sealing. When the opening of the body needs to be opened, it is forced apart with hands. At this time, the convex portions of the second convex rib are separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves in turn, and a rhythmic sound is made to play a reminding function and prevent unintentional opening of the sealing bag.

FIGS. 1 and 2 , a sealing bag with a reminding function is provided, including abody 1 and at least one set offirst sealing ribs 3, wherein each set of thefirst sealing ribs 3 include afirst convex rib 31 and a firstconcave rib 32, which are respectively arranged on both sides of an opening 11 of thebody 1, an inner side of thefirst convex rib 31 forms alternatingconcave portions 312 in a length direction of thefirst convex rib 31, andconvex portions 311 are formed on outer sides of theconcave portions 312; thefirst convex rib 31 is extruded along a length direction thereof to form the alternatingconcave portions 312. Since thefirst convex rib 31 is extruded to form theconcave portions 312, theconvex portions 311 are formed on the opposite sides of theconcave portions 312. Theconcave portions 312 are located on a lower part of thefirst convex rib 31 and arranged away from theopening 11 of thebody 1, theconvex portions 311 are located on an upper part of thefirst convex rib 31 and arranged close to the opening 11 of thebody 1. Theconcave portions 312 do not penetrate thefirst convex rib 31. The firstconcave rib 32 includes dumbbell-shaped grooves 321 that are arranged at intervals, and thefirst convex rib 31 and the firstconcave rib 32 make a sound in the process of thefirst convex rib 31 being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321 of the firstconcave rib 32. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 3 , a rhythmic sound is made when thefirst convex rib 31 is pressed into the firstconcave rib 32, which acts as a reminder and has a good feel. During the sealing process, a "click" sound will be heard, by means of which, not only can the completion of sealing be confirmed, but also a one-time clamping be ensured, so as to achieve a good sealing effect. A rhythmic sound is made when thefirst convex rib 31 is separated from the firstconcave rib 32, which acts as a reminder and has a good feel. During the opening process, a "click" sound will be heard, by means of which, not only can the completion of opening is determined, but also a good reminding function be acted. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , theconvex portions 311 are elastic clips and are oriented towards theopening 11 of thebody 1. When theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 of thefirst convex rib 31 are sequentially clamped into the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321, theconvex portions 311 are in close contact with inner walls of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321, which can not only play a sealing role, but also make a "click" sound. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , theconcave portions 312 have a concave direction away from the firstconcave rib 32, and theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 are correspondingly embedded into or separated from the ends of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321 and make a sound in the process of thefirst convex rib 31 being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves of the firstconcave rib 32. The width of the ends of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321 is greater than that of the middle parts, the sum of the widths of theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 is greater than the width of the ends of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321, the width of thefirst convex rib 31 is greater than that of the middle parts of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321. By clamping or separating theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 into or from the ends of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321, a loud "click" sound can be made, which plays a good reminding function. When thefirst convex rib 31 is clamped into or separated from the middle parts of the dumbbell-shaped grooves 321, a loud "click" sound can be made to play a good reminding function. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , at least a pair ofanti-slip strips 51 are provided at the opening 11 of thebody 1, and each pair ofanti-slip strips 51 are correspondingly arranged on both sides of the opening 11 of thebody 1 and are disposed on the outer side of thefirst sealing ribs 3. Theanti-slip strips 51 are used to increase the friction between the user's fingers and thebody 1, which can effectively prevent from slipping and facilitate the quick opening of thebody 1. - In the second embodiment, as shown in
FIGS. 2 to 4 , the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment lies in that: at least one set ofsecond sealing ribs 2 parallel to thefirst sealing ribs 3 are provided at the opening of the body; each set of thesecond sealing ribs 2 include asecond convex rib 21 and a secondconcave rib 22, which are respectively arranged on both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1. When the opening 11 of thebody 1 is sealed, the secondconvex rib 21 and the secondconcave rib 22 are tightly clamped to form a reliable seal. When theopening 11 of thebody 1 needs to be sealed, thesecond convex rib 21 and the secondconcave rib 22 are aligned, thefirst convex rib 31 and the firstconcave rib 32 are aligned, and thesecond convex rib 21 can be pressed into the secondconcave rib 22 and thefirst convex rib 31 can be pressed into the firstconcave rib 32 by sliding and pressing from both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1 forcedly. At the same time, a rhythmic sound is made when thefirst convex rib 31 is pressed into the firstconcave rib 32, which acts as a reminder and has a good feel. During the sealing process, a "click" sound will be heard, by means of which, not only can the completion of sealing be confirmed, but also a one-time clamping be ensured, so as to achieve a good sealing effect. As thesecond convex rib 21 is clamped into the secondconcave rib 22 and thefirst convex rib 31 is clamped into the firstconcave rib 32, a double sealing effect is formed to obtain a reliable sealing. When the opening 11 of thebody 1 needs to be opened, it is forced apart with both hands. At this time, theconvex portions 311 of the firstconvex rib 31 are separated from the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321 in turn, and a rhythmic sound is made to remind and prevent unintentional opening of the sealingbag 1. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 to 4 , theconvex portions 311 are elastic clips and are oriented towards the opening 11 of thebody 1. When theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 of the firstconvex rib 31 are sequentially clamped into the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321, theconvex portions 311 are in close contact with the inner walls of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321, which can not only play a sealing role, but also make a "click" sound. Theconcave portions 312 are in close contact with the inner walls of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321, which can not only play a sealing role, but also make a "click" sound. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 to 4 , the secondconvex rib 21 is of an arrow-shaped convex angle structure, the secondconcave rib 22 has a hook-shaped slot, and when theopening 11 of thebody 1 is sealed, the secondconvex rib 21 and the secondconcave rib 22 are tightly clamped. When theopening 11 of thebody 1 needs to be sealed, the secondconvex rib 21 and the secondconcave rib 22 are aligned, the secondconvex rib 21 can be pressed into the secondconcave rib 22 by sliding and pressing from both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1 forcedly along the length direction of theopening 11, and the secondconvex rib 21 is clamped into the hook-shaped slot of the secondconcave rib 22, so as to form a reliable seal. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 to 4 , theconcave portions 312 have a concave direction away from the firstconcave rib 32, and theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 are correspondingly embedded into or separated from the ends of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321 and make a sound in the process of the firstconvex rib 31 being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves of the firstconcave rib 32. The width of the ends of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321 is greater than that of the middle parts, the sum of the widths of theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 is greater than the width of the ends of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321, the width of the firstconvex rib 31 is greater than that of the middle parts of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321. By clamping or separating theconcave portions 312 and theconvex portions 311 into or from the ends of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321, a loud "click" sound can be made, which plays a good reminding function. When the firstconvex rib 31 is clamped into or separated from the middle parts of the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321, a loud "click" sound can be made to play a good reminding function. - In the third embodiment, as shown in
FIGS. 2 ,5 and 6 , the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment or the second embodiment lies in that: at least one set of third sealing ribs 60 parallel to the first sealing ribs are provided at theopening 11 of thebody 1; each set of the third sealing ribs 60 include two toothless hooks 61 arranged in parallel, and the two toothless hooks 61 are correspondingly disposed on both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1 and are matched one by one. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 ,5 and 6 , when theopening 11 of thebody 1 is sealed, the two toothless hooks 61 are tightly clamped to form a reliable seal; when theopening 11 of thebody 1 needs to be sealed, the two toothless hooks 61 are aligned, the firstconvex rib 31 and the firstconcave rib 32 are aligned, and the two toothless hooks 61 can be tightly clamped and the firstconvex rib 31 can be pressed into the firstconcave rib 32 by sliding and pressing from both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1 forcedly. At the same time, a rhythmic sound is made when the firstconvex rib 31 is pressed into the firstconcave rib 32, which acts as a reminder and has a good feel. During the sealing process, a "click" sound will be heard, by means of which, not only can the completion of sealing be confirmed, but also a one-time clamping be ensured, so as to achieve a good sealing effect. As the two toothless hooks 61 are tightly clamped to each other and the firstconvex rib 31 is clamped into the firstconcave rib 32, a double sealing effect is formed to obtain a reliable sealing. When theopening 11 of thebody 1 needs to be opened, it is forced apart with hands. At this time, theconvex portions 311 of the firstconvex rib 31 are separated from the dumbbell-shapedgrooves 321 in turn, and a rhythmic sound is made to remind and prevent unintentional opening of the sealingbag 1. - As shown in
FIGS. 5 and 6 , at least a pair ofanti-slip strips 51 are provided at theopening 11 of thebody 1, and each pair ofanti-slip strips 51 are correspondingly arranged on both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1 and are disposed on the outer side of thefirst sealing ribs 3. The anti-slip strips 51 are used to increase the friction between the user's fingers and thebody 1, which can effectively prevent from slipping and facilitate the quick opening of thebody 1. - In the fourth embodiment, as shown in
FIGS. 2 ,4 or7 , the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment, the second embodiment or the third embodiment lies in that: at least oneconvex strip 41 is provided between thesecond sealing ribs 2 and thefirst sealing ribs 3, that is, at least oneconvex strip 41 is provided between the secondconvex rib 21 and the firstconvex rib 31. After theopening 11 of thebody 1 is sealed, some air will remain between the adjacent two sets of thefirst sealing ribs 3 and thesecond sealing ribs 2, so that when pressed from the outside, the secondconvex rib 21 and the secondconcave rib 22 are easy to be forced apart, resulting in sealing failure. To this end, at least a pair ofconvex strips 41 are provided between thefirst sealing ribs 3 and thesecond sealing ribs 2. In the present embodiment, there are two pairs of convex strips 41. During the process of pressing the secondconvex rib 21 and the firstconvex rib 31, the above-mentionedconvex strips 41 contact each other and guide and extrude air and the like, and after the secondconvex rib 21 and the firstconvex rib 31 are sealed, thebody 1 can be supported to prevent the same from being completely pressed, causing the secondconvex rib 21 and the firstconvex rib 31 to be opened by the retained air, so as to ensure the sealing reliability of the sealing bag. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 ,4 or7 , thefirst sealing ribs 3 are arranged on the outer side of thesecond sealing ribs 2 and are close to theopening 11 of thebody 1, that is, thefirst sealing ribs 3 are located at the upper part of thesecond sealing ribs 2, at least a pair ofanti-slip strips 51 are provided at theopening 11 of thebody 1, and each pair of the anti-slip strips 51 are correspondingly arranged on both sides of theopening 11 of thebody 1 and are disposed at the outer sides of thefirst sealing ribs 3. The anti-slip strips 51 are used to increase the friction between the user's fingers and thebody 1, which can effectively prevent from slipping and facilitate the quick opening of thebody 1. - As shown in
FIGS. 2 ,4 or7 , in the present invention, theopening 11 is sealed by arranging two sets of sealing ribs in parallel at theopening 11 of thebody 1, so that the sealing structure is stable, the effectiveness of the sealing structure of thebody 1 can be kept in case that a large external force is applied, and the sealing performance is good. Meanwhile, the user's hand feeling when sealing theopening 11 of thebody 1 is improved, waterproof and air-leak-proof performance are obtained, and the sealing effect of thebody 1 can be maintained for a long time. - The above are the embodiments of the present invention. It should be pointed out that for those of ordinary skill in the art, several improvements and modifications can also be made without departing from the principles of the present invention which is defined by the claims.
Claims (8)
- A sealing bag with a reminding function, comprising a body (1), wherein the sealing bag comprises at least one set of first sealing ribs (3), wherein each set of the first sealing ribs (3) comprise a first convex rib (31) and a first concave rib (32), which are respectively arranged on both sides of an opening (11) of the body (1), an inner side of the first convex rib (31) forms alternating concave portions (312) in a length direction of the first convex rib (31), convex portions (311) are formed on outer sides of the concave portions (312), the first concave rib (32) comprises dumbbell-shaped grooves (321) that are arranged at intervals, and the first convex rib (31) and the first concave rib (32) are configured to make a sound in a process of the first convex rib (31) being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves (321) of the first concave rib (32).
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 1, wherein at least one set of second sealing ribs (2) parallel to the first sealing ribs (3) are provided at the opening (11) of the body (1); each set of the second sealing ribs (2) comprise a second convex rib (21) and a second concave rib (22), which are respectively arranged on both sides of the opening (11) of the body (1); and when the opening (11) of the body (1) is sealed, the second convex rib (21) and the second concave rib (22) are tightly clamped to form a reliable seal.
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 1, wherein the convex portions (311) are elastic clips and are oriented towards the opening (11) of the body (1), and when the concave portions (312) and the convex portions (311) of the first convex rib (31) are sequentially clamped into the dumbbell-shaped grooves (321), the convex portions (311) are in close contact with inner walls of the dumbbell-shaped grooves (321).
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 2, wherein the second convex rib (21) is of an arrow-shaped convex angle structure, the second concave rib (22) has a hook-shaped slot, and when the opening (11) of the body (1) is sealed, the second convex rib (21) and the second concave rib (22) are tightly clamped.
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 1, wherein at least one set of third sealing ribs (60) parallel to the first sealing ribs (3) are provided at the opening (11) of the body (1); each set of the third sealing ribs (60) comprise two toothless hooks (61) arranged in parallel, and the two toothless hooks (61) are correspondingly disposed on both sides of the opening (11) of the body (1) and are matched one by one.
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 1, wherein the concave portions (312) have a concave direction away from the first concave rib (32), and the concave portions (312) and the convex portions (311) are correspondingly embedded into or separated from the ends of the dumbbell-shaped grooves (321) and make a sound in the process of the first convex rib (31) being embedded into or separated from the dumbbell-shaped grooves (321) of the first concave rib (32).
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 2, wherein at least one convex strip (41) is provided between the second sealing ribs (2) and the first sealing ribs (3).
- The sealing bag with a reminding function according to Claim 2, wherein the first sealing ribs (3) are arranged at outer side of the second sealing ribs (2) and are close to the opening (11) of the body (1), at least a pair of anti-slip strips (51) are provided at the opening (11) of the body (1), and each pair of the anti-slip strips (51) are correspondingly arranged on both sides of the opening (11) of the body (1) and are disposed at outer side of the first sealing ribs (3).
