- T the outer diameter of the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4
- D the thickness of the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4
- L ⁇ T+t ensures that during installation of a new toilet paper 4, the roll paper 41 of the toilet paper 4 can completely enter between the toilet paper support part 21 in the access position and the first cavity wall 15, so that the end of the toilet paper support part 21 away from the rotary connection part 22 can face the cavity in the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4 so as to rotate the toilet paper support part 21 into the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4, achieving the installation of toilet paper 4.
- L ⁇ D ensures that the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4 can completely enter between the toilet paper support part 21 in the access position and the first cavity wall 15 during removal of the exhausted toilet paper 4 (that is, when the roll paper 41 of the toilet paper 4 is used up and only the hollow core 42 is left at this time), so that the end of the toilet paper support part 21 away from the rotary connection part 22 can be approximately flush with the part outside the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4 so as to rotate the toilet paper support part 21 out of the hollow core 42 of the toilet paper 4, so that the toilet paper 4 is separated from the toilet paper support part 21 in order to remove the toilet paper 4 from the toilet paper access opening 14.
- the distance L between the end of the toilet paper support part 21 away from the rotary connection part 22 and the first cavity wall 15 is smaller than the maximum diameter of the toilet paper 4, i.e., smaller than the diameter of unused new toilet paper 4, which can prevent the new toilet paper 4 from completely entering between the toilet paper support part 21 in the access position and the first cavity wall 15, effectively avoiding the possibility of removing the unused new toilet paper 4 in the conventional removal operation, thus achieving the anti-theft purpose.
- L ⁇ D+2 ⁇ K ⁇ T means that the toilet paper 4 can be removed normally when a locking and releasing mechanism is in a lock state only after the toilet paper 4 has been used to a certain extent, that is, after the thickness of the roll paper 41 has been reduced to a certain extent.
- the unused new toilet paper 4 or the toilet paper 4 with too large diameter after use cannot be removed from the toilet paper holder, which prevents the toilet paper 4 from being stolen.
- K is a positive number less than 1, it should be ensured that L meets L ⁇ T+t and L ⁇ D. That is, when K takes a positive number less than 1 so that L does not meet L ⁇ T+t or L ⁇ D, the value of K is not within the protection scope of the present application.

Thetoilet paper 4 can be installed in the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13 from the toiletpaper access opening 14 and removed from the toiletpaper access opening 14. - The
toilet paper bracket 2 is rotatably installed in the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13, so that thetoilet paper bracket 2 can be switched between an access position and a support position. Thetoilet paper bracket 2 can rotate toward thefirst cavity wall 15 disposed opposite to the toilet paper access opening 14 to the access position, and can rotate from the access position toward the toilet paper access opening 14 to the support position. - As shown in
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , during installation of thetoilet paper 4, thetoilet paper 4 can enter the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13 from the toilet paper access opening 14 and move towards thefirst cavity wall 15, and the movingtoilet paper 4 can drive thetoilet paper bracket 2 to rotate to the access position. At this time, thetoilet paper bracket 2 can rotate into thehollow core 42 oftoilet paper 4. Then, thetoilet paper bracket 2 rotates toward the toilet paper access opening 14 to the support position, and thetoilet paper 4 falls back toward the toilet paper access opening 14 and can be supported on thetoilet paper bracket 2 to complete the installation of thetoilet paper 4. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , during removal of the used toilet paper 4 (such as exhausted toilet paper 4), thetoilet paper 4 moves towards thefirst cavity wall 15 and drives thetoilet paper bracket 2 to rotate to the access position. At this time, since the diameter of the usedtoilet paper 4 is reduced, thetoilet paper 4 can be closer to thefirst cavity wall 15, so that thetoilet paper bracket 2 can rotate out of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4. Then, thetoilet paper 4 can be removed from the toilet paper access opening 14. During the removal of the unusednew toilet paper 4, thetoilet paper 4 moves towards thefirst cavity wall 15 and drives thetoilet paper bracket 2 to rotate to the access position. Since the unusednew toilet paper 4 has a larger diameter, thetoilet paper 4 is far from thefirst cavity wall 15, and thetoilet paper bracket 2 cannot rotate out of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 under the barrier of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4. Therefore, the unusednew toilet paper 4 cannot be removed from thetoilet paper holder 100, thus realizing the anti-theft of thetoilet paper 4. - The
toilet paper holder 100 of the embodiments of the present application can achieve the quick installation and removal operations of thetoilet paper 4, so that thetoilet paper 4 can be conveniently replaced, and the toilet paper can be prevented from being stolen, and is safe to use. - It should be understood that the
toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate under the driving of thetoilet paper 4, and there is no need to provide a driving mechanism for thetoilet paper bracket 2. Alternatively, a driving mechanism may be provided to drive thetoilet paper bracket 2 to rotate. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , thetoilet paper bracket 2 includes arotary connection part 22 rotatably connected with the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13 and a toiletpaper support part 21 for supporting thetoilet paper 4. As shown inFIG. 6 andFIG. 7 , in the access position, the distance between the end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 and thefirst cavity wall 15 is L, the maximum thickness of theroll paper 41 of thetoilet paper 4 is T, the outer diameter of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 is D, and the thickness of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 is t, where L≥T+t, L≥D, and L≤D+2∗K∗T, 0≤K < 1. - The
toilet paper bracket 2 is rotatably connected with the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13 through therotary connection part 22, and the toiletpaper support part 21 can extend into thehollow core 42 oftoilet paper 4 to support thetoilet paper 4. In the access position, the distance between the end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 and thefirst cavity wall 15 is L. The maximum thickness of theroll paper 41 of the toilet paper 4 (i.e., the thickness of thetoilet paper 4 when it is new and not used yet) is T, the outer diameter of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 is D, and the thickness of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 is t. As shown inFIG. 6 , L≥T+t ensures that during installation of anew toilet paper 4, theroll paper 41 of thetoilet paper 4 can completely enter between the toiletpaper support part 21 in the access position and thefirst cavity wall 15, so that the end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 can face the cavity in thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 so as to rotate the toiletpaper support part 21 into thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4, achieving the installation oftoilet paper 4. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , L≥D ensures that thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 can completely enter between the toiletpaper support part 21 in the access position and thefirst cavity wall 15 during removal of the exhausted toilet paper 4 (that is, when theroll paper 41 of thetoilet paper 4 is used up and only thehollow core 42 is left at this time), so that the end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 can be approximately flush with the part outside thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 so as to rotate the toiletpaper support part 21 out of thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4, so that thetoilet paper 4 is separated from the toiletpaper support part 21 in order to remove thetoilet paper 4 from the toilet paper access opening 14. - L≤D+2∗K∗T, and 0≤K < 1. When K=0, D+2∗K∗T is the diameter of the
toilet paper 4 after theroll paper 41 is completely used. At this time, the diameter of thetoilet paper 4 is the outer diameter of thehollow core 42. When K is 1, D+2∗K∗T is the maximum diameter of the toilet paper 4 (that is, the diameter of thetoilet paper 4 when it is new and has not been used). When K takes a number greater than or equal to 0 and less than 1, the distance L between the end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 and thefirst cavity wall 15 is smaller than the maximum diameter of thetoilet paper 4, i.e., smaller than the diameter of unusednew toilet paper 4, which can prevent thenew toilet paper 4 from completely entering between the toiletpaper support part 21 in the access position and thefirst cavity wall 15, effectively avoiding the possibility of removing the unusednew toilet paper 4 in the conventional removal operation, thus achieving the anti-theft purpose. - L≤D+2∗K∗T means that the
toilet paper 4 can be removed normally when a locking and releasing mechanism is in a lock state only after thetoilet paper 4 has been used to a certain extent, that is, after the thickness of theroll paper 41 has been reduced to a certain extent. The unusednew toilet paper 4 or thetoilet paper 4 with too large diameter after use cannot be removed from the toilet paper holder, which prevents thetoilet paper 4 from being stolen. - It should be understood that when K is a positive number less than 1, it should be ensured that L meets L≥T+t and L≥D. That is, when K takes a positive number less than 1 so that L does not meet L≥T+t or L≥D, the value of K is not within the protection scope of the present application.
- In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , the toilet paper access opening 14 is located at the lower part of the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13, and thefirst cavity wall 15 is the upper cavity wall of the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13. - Alternatively, the toilet paper access opening 14 can be disposed at other locations. If the toilet paper access opening 14 is located on the front side, or left side, or right side, or back side or upper part of the toilet
paper accommodating cavity 13, thefirst cavity wall 15 is correspondingly the rear cavity wall, or right cavity wall, or left cavity wall, or front cavity wall or lower cavity wall of the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , thetoilet paper holder 100 further includes a mountingbracket 3 disposed inside the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13, and the mountingbracket 3 is provided with arotary matching part 31 matched with therotary connection part 22. One of therotary matching part 31 and therotary connection part 22 is a shaft hole, and the other of therotary matching part 31 and therotary connection part 22 is a rotating shaft part. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , thetoilet paper bracket 2 is provided with tworotary connection parts 22, and therotary connection parts 22 are rotating shaft parts. As shown inFIG. 4 , the mountingbracket 3 is provided with tworotary matching parts 31, which are shaft holes, and two rotating shaft parts are rotatably inserted into the two shaft holes respectively to achieve the rotatable mounting of thetoilet paper bracket 2. - As shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , the mountingbracket 3 may include a plate-shaped main body provided with two mountingparts 33, and the two mountingparts 33 are fitted with the plate-shaped main body to form two shaft holes. The two mountingparts 33 and the plate-shaped main body may be an integrated structure and formed by stamping; or, the two mountingparts 33 and the plate-shaped main body may be a separated assembly structure. The mountingbracket 3 and thehousing 1 are an integrated structure or a separated assembly structure. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , there are two mountingbrackets 3, which are respectively located on opposite sides of the toilet paper access opening 14, and therotary matching parts 31 are provided on the sides of the two mountingbrackets 3 facing away from each other. Accordingly, as shown inFIGS. 2-4 , there are twotoilet paper brackets 2, which are respectively installed on the two mountingbrackets 3. - Two mounting
brackets 3 and twotoilet paper brackets 2 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the toilet paper access opening 14 at the lower part. The twotoilet paper brackets 2 can support thetoilet paper 4 more firmly to make thetoilet paper 4 to be firmly installed. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , alimit part 32 is provided within the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13, and thetoilet paper bracket 2 is configured to abut against thelimit part 32 for limiting when in the support position (seeFIG. 3 ), so as to prevent thetoilet paper bracket 2 from rotating towards the toilet paper access opening 14. - When the
toilet paper bracket 2 is in the support position, thetoilet paper bracket 2 can abut against thelimit part 32 for limiting, so as to prevent thetoilet paper bracket 2 from rotating towards the lower side where the toilet paper access opening 14 is located, so that thetoilet paper bracket 2 can be stably maintained in the support position and stably support thetoilet paper 4. In addition, thelimit part 32 prevents thetoilet paper bracket 2 in the support position from rotating toward the lower side where the toilet paper access opening 14 is located, which can prevent thetoilet paper 4 from slipping out of thetoilet paper bracket 2 and accidentally falling from the toilet paper access opening 14. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIGS. 2-4 , thelimit part 32 is disposed on the mountingbracket 3. A portion of the mountingbracket 3 located between the two mountingparts 33 can form alimit part 32. - Alternatively, the
limit part 32 may be provided at other parts except the mountingbracket 3. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the toiletpaper support part 21 of thetoilet paper bracket 2 is U-shaped, and two side walls of the toiletpaper support part 21 formlimit matching parts 23 which abut against thelimit part 32. Therotary connection part 22 includes two rotating shaft parts formed by bending ends of two side walls of the toiletpaper support part 21. - Correspondingly, as shown in
FIG. 4 , therotary matching part 31 includes two shaft holes disposed on the mountingbracket 3 and respectively fitted with the two rotating shaft parts. - The
toilet paper bracket 2 is rotatably fitted with two shaft holes of the mountingbracket 3 through two rotating shaft parts, so that the mountingbracket 3 can stably support thetoilet paper bracket 2 so as to rotate thetoilet paper bracket 2 smoothly. - In some exemplary embodiments, the
toilet paper bracket 2 is configured to automatically rotate from the access position to the support position under the action of gravity. - The toilet paper access opening 14 is located at the lower part of the toilet
paper accommodating cavity 13. Thetoilet paper bracket 2 rotates downward when it rotates from the access position to the support position. Therefore, thetoilet paper bracket 2 can automatically rotate downward from the access position to the support position under the gravity of thetoilet paper bracket 2 and thetoilet paper 4. - In some other exemplary embodiments, the
toilet paper holder 100 further includes an elastic restoring member, and thetoilet paper bracket 2 is automatically held in the support position under the elastic force of the elastic restoring member. The elastic restoring member can be disposed between thetoilet paper bracket 2 and thehousing 1, or between thetoilet paper bracket 2 and the mountingbracket 3. The elastic restoring member can exert elastic force on thetoilet paper bracket 2, so that thetoilet paper bracket 2 rotates towards the toilet paper access opening 14 so as to automatically rotate thetoilet paper bracket 2 from the access position to the support position. - The elastic restoring member may be a spring or an elastic piece. The elastic piece and the mounting
bracket 3 may be an integrated structure or a separated assembly structure; or, the elastic piece and thehousing 1 may be an integrated structure or a separated assembly structure. - In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , thehousing 1 includes ahousing cover 11 and ahousing seat 12. Thehousing cover 11 may be fixed to thehousing seat 12. Thehousing cover 11 may be a front cover fixed on the front side of thehousing seat 12. The mountingbracket 3 and thehousing seat 12 may be an integrated structure, so as to reduce the number of parts and simplify the structure of thetoilet paper holder 100. - The
toilet paper holder 100 of the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings. - The
toilet paper holder 100 of the embodiments of the present application can allow people to quickly replace thetoilet paper 4 and install thetoilet paper 4 in thetoilet paper holder 100 without any unlocking operation. - The quick replacement of the
toilet paper 4 is realized by using twotoilet paper brackets 2. Thetoilet paper brackets 2 can freely rotate upward, but cannot rotate downward beyond initial support position thereof. - During installation, as shown in
FIGS. 5 and6 , when thetoilet paper 4 is installed into the toiletpaper accommodating cavity 13 from below thetoilet paper holder 100, thetoilet paper 4 pushes thetoilet paper brackets 2 to rotate upwards. When thetoilet paper bracket 2 rotates to the access position, an end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 reaches thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4, and the toiletpaper support part 21 can automatically fall into the hollow core of thetoilet paper 4 and return to the initial support position. - When the end of the toilet
paper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 reaches thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4, and the toiletpaper support part 21 automatically falls into the hollow core and returns to the initial support position, the distance between the end of the toiletpaper support part 21 away from therotary connection part 22 and thefirst cavity wall 15 at the top of thetoilet paper holder 100 is just enough to accommodate the standard complete toilet paper 4 (unused new toilet paper 4). - At this time, the
complete toilet paper 4 is supported by thetoilet paper brackets 2 and installed in thetoilet paper holder 100, because thetoilet paper brackets 2 in thehollow core 42 of thetoilet paper 4 can prevent thetoilet paper 4 from being removed from the bottom of thetoilet paper holder 100, and the design of the topfirst cavity wall 15 can also prevent thetoilet paper 4 from being removed from the top. - The only way to replace the
toilet paper 4 is when theroll paper 41 of thetoilet paper 4 is used-up or almost used-up. Only in this case, as shown inFIG. 7 , there is enough space to push up thetoilet paper 4 and separate thetoilet paper 4 from thetoilet paper brackets 2 to remove thetoilet paper 4. - With the
toilet paper holder 100 of the present application, thetoilet paper 4 can be quickly replaced and theft can be prevented, which improves the safety and reduces the replacement time. - Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are as above, the content described is only the embodiments adopted for facilitating the understanding of the present application, and is not intended to limit the present application. Any person skilled in the art to which the present application pertains can make any modifications and changes in the implementation form and details, but the scope of patent protection of the present application shall still be subject to the scope defined in the appended claims.
