The passing juice orifice 131 is arranged on the side wall of the atomization core 130, and the passing juice orifice 131 is arranged along the radial direction of the atomization core 130. Without consideration of the action of the seal 140, the passing juice orifice 131 will communicate with the juice storage cavity 150.
  • In some embodiments, the sealing part 141 of said seal 140 is arranged inside the juice storage cavity 150. The sealing part 141 is abutted against the atomization core 130, and the sealing part 141 closes the passing juice orifice 131 to avoid juice leaking through the passing juice orifice 131 to the outside of the atomization assembly 100 when the atomization assembly 100 is standing or long-distance transportation. The leakage may cause the waste of tobacco juice and tobacco juice leakage on the bottom of atomization assembly 100.
  • It is worth to clarify that one end of the push rod 142 connects with the sealing part 141, and the free end of the push rod 142 exposes outside the sealing seat 120. The push rod 142 can be arranged in a long strip shape, so that the push rod 142 can be slidably connected with the sealing seat 120 and moved along the axial direction of the atomization core 130. The push rod 142 is integrally formed with the sealing part 141, which increases the connection strength between the push rod 142 and the sealing part 141, facilitating the structural molding of the seal 140, as well as the push rod 142's driven of said sealing part 141 to move.
  • By adopting above technical scheme, the passing juice orifice 131 is closed inside the juice storage cavity 150 by the sealing part 141, which facilitates long-term storage of the atomization assembly 100 and long-distance transportation of the atomization assembly 100. When the atomization assembly 100 is required, the push rod 142 pushes the sealing part 141 towards the axial direction of the atomization core 130, so that the sealing part 141 is arranged to expose the passing juice orifice 131, thus facilitating the tobacco juice to contact with the heat release element of the atomization core 130 through the passing juice orifice 131to generate aerosol for users to smoke. The passing juice orifice 131 is stagger-arranged with the push rod 142, that is, the push rod 142 will not cover the passing juice orifice 131 when the push rod 142 pushes the sealing part 141. Under the action of the sealing part 141 and the push rod 142, the waste of tobacco juice is avoided and the clean appearance of the atomization assembly 100 is guaranteed. The push rod 142 outside the atomization assembly 100 is pushed by user and moves towards the atomization core 130, so that the seal 140 moves upward and makes the passing juice orifice 131 communicate with the juice storage cavity 150.
  • In case the atomization assembly 100 needs to be standing for a period of time and avoid leakage of tobacco juice at the passing juice orifice 131, the push rod 142 can be pulled to move outward, that is, the push rod 142 drives the sealing part 141 to move downward, so that the passing juice orifice 131 can be closed again by the sealing part 141 to avoid leakage of tobacco juice at the passing juice orifice 131 again, which improves the user's experience of atomization assembly 100.
  • Since the sealing part 141 is always accommodated in the juice storage cavity 150, when the push rod 142 pushes the sealing part 141 to move upward, the sealing part 141 will not lead to the increase of pressure in the juice storage cavity 150, which will lead to leakage of tobacco juice at the passing juice orifice 131.
  • In an optional embodiment, the sealing part 141 is sleeved on outer peripheral surface of the atomization core 130. The sealing part 141 is arranged in a sleeve shape, that is, the sealing part 141 is hollow, and the side wall of the atomization core 130 is abutted against the inner wall of the sealing part 141 to achieve the effect of closing the passing juice orifice 131. In this embodiment, the sealing part 141 is arranged in a round platform tubular shape. The sealing part 141 is arranged in hollow along the axis direction. The sealing part 141 is a plastic part. The small diameter end of the sealing part 141 is mounted on the top of the atomization core 130, and the large diameter end of the sealing part 141 is mounted on the bottom of the atomization core 130, which facilitates the push rod 142 to push the sealing part 141 to move upward from the bottom of the sealing part 141. The sealing part 141 is arranged in a round table shape, which facilitates tight sealing of the passing juice orifice 131.
  • In an optional embodiment, the seal 140 comprises two push rods 142. The two push rods 142 are symmetrically arranged with each other, and the push rod 142 and the passing juice orifice 131 are stagger arranged with each other. During the push rod 142 is pushed upward, the push rod 142 is prevented from closing the passing juice orifice 131. The two push rods 142 are arranged, so that the push rod 142 can smoothly drive the sealing part 141 to move in the juice storage cavity 150.
  • In an optional embodiment, the sealing seat 120 comprises a silicone pad 121, which is airtight connected to the shell 110, the silicone pad 121 is provided with a mounting hole (not shown in the figure) for the push rod 142 to pass through, and the push rod 142 is interference fit with the mounting hole (not shown in the figure). In this embodiment, the side wall of silicone pad 121 is provided with a plurality of circular convex platforms, and the circular convex platforms are connected with the side wall at the bottom end of the shell 110 to close the bottom end of the sealing seat 120. Mounting holes are arranged at the bottom of the silicone pad 121, and the push rod 142 is interference fitted with the mounting hole (not shown in the figure). During the push rod 142 pushes the sealing part 141 along the mounting hole (not shown in the figure) , leakage of tobacco juice from the mounting holes (not shown in the figure) can be avoided.
  • It should be understood that the cross-section of the push rod 142 can be a variety of shapes. For example, the cross-section of the push rod 142 can be square or circular. Meanwhile, area of the cross-section of the push rod 142 is increased along the direction away from the sealing part 141. During the push rod 142 is pushed, the push rod 142 still tightly fits with the mounting hole to avoid leakage of tobacco juice.
  • In an optional embodiment, the shell 110 comprises a shell body 111, a juice sealing plug 113, and an outer cover 112. A juice injection hole 114 is provided on the top of the shell body 111. After tobacco juice is added into the juice storage cavity 150, the juice sealing plug 113 is mounted at the juice injection hole 114. The juice sealing plug 113 is made of silica gel material. The juice injection hole 114 is closed by the juice sealing plug 113. The outer cover 112 is connected to the shell body 111 in buckle connection and covers the juice sealing plug 113. The outer cover 112 is arranged in an arc shape, and a concave hole is provided concavely on the shell body 111. A clamping platform corresponding to the concave hole is provided convexly on inner wall of the outer cover 112. The concave hole is matched with the clamping platform to make the shell body 111 firmly connect with the outer cover 112.
  • The present disclosure further provides an aerosol generating device. The aerosol generating device comprises a power supply assembly and above-mentioned atomization assembly 100. The atomization assembly 100 is mounted on the power supply assembly, wherein the atomization assembly 100 is detachably connected to the power supply assembly. Referring to above embodiment for specific structure of the atomization assembly 100, the aerosol generating device adopt all the technical schemes of all above embodiments, therefore have at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the above embodiments, which will not be repeated here.
  • The above only describes preferred embodiments of present disclosure and is not intended to limit the patent scope of present disclosure. Any equivalent structural transformation made by using contents of description and drawings of the present disclosure, or directly or indirectly used in other relevant technical fields under the inventive concept of the present disclosure shall be included within the protection scope of patent of the present disclosure.
