Claims (11)
- Bausatz zur Herstellung einer modularen Palette (P); wobei der Bausatz die folgenden Elemente aus Kunststoff umfasst:- mindestens zwei Stützvorrichtungen (G), jeweils umfassend:a) einen Querträger (2), umfassend eine untere Seite (2b), die dazu bestimmt ist, dem Boden zugewandt zu sein, und eine obere Seite (2a); wobei der Querträger (2) mindestens zwei Befestigungsbereiche (20) umfasst, die auf der oberen Seite (2a) herausgearbeitet sind; wobei jeder Befestigungsbereich (20) Befestigungsmittel (A2) umfasst;b) einen Stützfuß (3) für jeden Befestigungsbereich (20); wobei jeder Stützfuß (3) einen oberen Abschnitt (3a) mit oberen Befestigungsmitteln (A31) und einen unteren Abschnitt (3b) mit unteren Befestigungsmitteln (A32) umfasst; wobei die unteren Befestigungsmittel (A32) entsprechend ausgeformt sind, um mit den Befestigungsmitteln (A2) des Befestigungsbereichs (20) des Querträgers (2) zusammenzuwirken;- eine Monoblock-Plattform (1) mit einer oberen Seite (1a) und einer unteren Seite (1b); wobei die Plattform (1) eine Mehrzahl von Befestigungsbereichen (10) umfasst, die auf der unteren Seite (1b) herausgearbeitet sind, und zwar einen für jeden Stützfuß (3) der Stützvorrichtungen (G) des Bausatzes; wobei jeder Befestigungsbereich (10) Befestigungsmittel (A1) umfasst, die entsprechend ausgeformt sind, um mit den oberen Befestigungsmitteln (A31) des oberen Abschnitts (3a) des Stützfußes (3) zusammenzuwirken;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- der Stützfuß (3) kastenförmig ist, innen hohl und unten offen ist; wobei der untere Abschnitt (3a) kleinere Grundrissabmessungen als der untere Abschnitt (3b) aufweist, derart, dass der obere Abschnitt (3a) im Inneren des unteren Abschnitts (3b) eines identischen Stützfußes (3) untergebracht werden kann, so dass die Stützfüße (3) übereinander gestapelt werden können; und- jeder Querträger (2) eine Ausnehmung (2s) unter jedem Befestigungsbereich (20) umfasst, die Ausnehmung (2s) entsprechend ausgeformt ist, um einen Befestigungsbereich (20) eines identischen Querträgers (2) mindestens teilweise aufzunehmen, so dass die Querträger (2) übereinander gestapelt werden können.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Plattform (1) umlaufende Zähne (18) umfasst, die unten aus der unteren Seite (1b) vorstehen und dazu geeignet sind, in jeweilige umlaufende Sitze (19) eingesetzt zu werden, die auf der oberen Seite einer identischen Plattform (1) herausgearbeitet sind, derart, dass die Plattform fest oberhalb einer identischen Plattform angeordnet werden kann.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jeder Befestigungsbereich (20) des Querträgers (2) mit Zentriermitteln (C2) versehen ist; wobei der untere Abschnitt (3b) des Stützfußes (3) entsprechend ausgeformt ist, um mit den Zentriermitteln (C2) des Befestigungsbereichs (20) zusammenzuwirken, um den Stützfuß (3) in Bezug auf den Befestigungsbereich (20) zu zentrieren; wobei jeder Befestigungsbereich (10) der Plattform (1) mit Zentriermitteln (C1) versehen ist; wobei der obere Abschnitt (3a) entsprechend ausgeformt ist, um mit den Zentriermitteln (C1) des Befestigungsbereichs (10) zusammenzuwirken, um den Stützfuß (3) in Bezug auf den Befestigungsbereich (10) zu zentrieren.
- Bausatz nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei:- die Befestigungsmittel (A1) des Befestigungsbereichs (10) und die oberen Befestigungsmittel (A31) des oberen Bereichs (3a) des Stützfußes (3) Einrastmittel sind; und/oder- die Befestigungsmittel (A2) des Befestigungsbereichs (20) des Querträgers (2) und die unteren Befestigungsmittel (A32) des unteren Abschnitts (3b) des Stützfußes (3) Einrastmittel sind.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei der Befestigungsbereich (10) aus einem Sitz besteht; wobei die Zentriermittel (C1) mindestens zwei seitliche Rippen (10a) umfassen, die den Sitz seitlich definieren; wobei der obere Abschnitt (3a) des Stützfußes (3) mindestens zwei seitliche Wände (3r) umfasst, die geeignet sind, zwischen den beiden seitlichen Rippen (10a) untergebracht und gehalten werden.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (A1) des Befestigungsbereichs (10) der Plattform (1) auf den seitlichen Rippen (10a) und die oberen Befestigungsmittel (A31) des oberen Abschnitts (3a) des Stützfußes (3) auf den seitlichen Wänden (3r) vorgesehen sind; wobei die Befestigungsmittel (A1) mindestens einen Zahn (11) umfassen, der aus jeder seitlichen Rippe (10a) ins Innere des Sitzes vorsteht; wobei die oberen Befestigungsmittel (A31) des oberen Abschnitts (3a) des Stützfußes (3) mindestens einen Schlitz (31) umfassen, wobei der Zahn (11) elastisch eingesetzt ist; wobei vorgesehen ist, dass wenn der obere Abschnitt (3a) in den Sitz eingesetzt wird, der Zahn (11) gegen die seitliche Wand (3r) des oberen Abschnitts (3a) des Stützfußes gleitet, bis der Zahn (11) erfasst wird und in den Schlitz (31) einfällt, wodurch die Plattform (1) an dem Stützfuß (3) befestigt wird.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 3 bis 6, wobei der untere Abschnitt (3b) des Stützfußes (3) zwei einander gegenüberliegende, erste seitliche Wände (3p) und zwei gegenüberliegende zweite seitliche Wände (3q) umfasst, die jeweils eine untere Endkante umfassen, die geeignet ist, gegen die obere Seite (2a) des Querträgers am Befestigungsbereich (20) in Anschlag zu gehen; wobei die Zentriermittel (C2) des Befestigungsbereichs (20) mindestens eine Kante (22) umfassen, die aus der oberen Seite (2a) des Querträgers (2) vorsteht und geeignet ist, zwischen den seitlichen Wänden (3p, 3q) des unteren Abschnitts (3b) des Stützfußes (3) untergebracht zu werden und den Stützfuß (3) daran zu hindern, sich frei entlang der oberen Seite (2a) des Querträgers (2) zu bewegen.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Zentriermittel (C2) des Befestigungsbereichs (20) zwei gegenüberliegende Kanten (22) umfassen, die jeweils einen zentralen geradlinigen Abschnitt (22a) und zwei umgebogene Endabschnitte (22b) umfassen.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (A2) des Befestigungsbereichs (20) zwei flexible Zungen (4) umfassen, die in einer schrägen und auseinanderlaufenden Position angeordnet sind; wobei jede flexible Zunge (4) oberseitig mit einem Haltezahn (41) versehen ist; wobei die unteren Befestigungsmittel (A32) zwei Stufen (32) umfassen, die im unteren Abschnitt (3b) des Stützfußes (3) angeordnet sind, wobei einer der beiden Haltezähne (41) geeignet ist, auf jeder Stufe (32) angeordnet zu werden und den Stützfuß (3) an dem Befestigungsbereich (20) zu befestigen.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 9, wobei die beiden Stufen (32) oberseitig an zwei seitlichen Kanten (33) herausgearbeitet sind, die eine enge Mündung (33a) definieren, die Zugang zu dem Stützfuß (3) gibt und geeignet ist, die flexiblen Zungen (4) aufzunehmen; wobei vorgesehen ist, dass die seitlichen Kanten (33) geeignet sind, beim Kuppeln des unteren Abschnitts (3b) des Stützfußes (3) mit dem Befestigungsbereich (20) gegen die Haltezähne (41) in Eingriff zu stehen, derart, dass die flexiblen Zungen (4) zur Mitte hin gebogen werden, bis die beiden Haltezähne (41) in Eingriff gebracht und auf den Stufen (32) angeordnet sind.
- Bausatz nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der obere Abschnitt (3a) und der untere Abschnitt (3b) des Stützfußes (3) einstückig hergestellt sind.
