Abstract

The present disclosure provides an attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper, which includes an attachment comb, a body housing, a blade cover, an inner container assembly and a movable assembly. The blade cover is fixedly coupled to the body housing, the inner container assembly is provided inside the body housing, and the attachment comb is movably coupled to the body housing by the movable assembly. The attachment comb adjustment structure for the hair clipper provided by the present disclosure employs one attachment comb to achieve trimming of different hair sizes by an adjustable attachment comb structure, is convenient for a user to store and keep, and has high stability such that retreat of the attachment comb when used by a consumer will not occur.

Description

    FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of hair clipper technologies, and more particularly, to an attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In related art, during haircut, traditional modes need to detach attachment combs to be switched to different dimensioned attachment combs. User experience of these products is not good. Hair clippers currently on markets have attachment combs with fixed dimensions, and hair lengths that can be trimmed are limited.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present disclosure provides an attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper, and solves following technical problems: the hair clippers have fixed attachment combs, hair lengths that can be trimmed are limited, and in traditional multi-group attachment comb modes, the storage of the attachment combs is inconvenient.
  • In order to realize the above objective, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions:
    An attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper includes an attachment comb 1, a body housing 2, a blade cover 3, an inner container assembly 4 and a movable assembly. The blade cover 3 is fixedly coupled to the body housing 2, the inner container assembly 4 is provided inside the body housing 2, and the attachment comb 1 is movably coupled to the body housing 2 by the movable assembly.
  • In at least one embodiment, the movable assembly includes a sliding slot member 5 and a sliding assembly, the sliding slot member 5 is provided on the body housing 2 by fastened coupling with the inner container assembly 4, and the sliding assembly is slidably coupled to the sliding slot member 5.
  • In at least one embodiment, the sliding assembly includes a metal elastic piece 6, a slide 7 and a sliding detachment member 8. The slide 7 is movably coupled to the sliding detachment member 8, the metal elastic piece 6 is mounted into the slide 7, and the sliding detachment member 8 is movably coupled to the sliding slot member 5.
  • In at least one embodiment, the attachment comb adjustment structure further includes a metal coupling member 9 and an attachment comb sliding key 10, and the attachment comb sliding key 10 is provided on the sliding detachment member 8 by the metal coupling member 9.
  • The following technical effects may be obtained by implementing the above technical solutions: the attachment comb adjustment structure for the hair clipper provided by the present disclosure employs one attachment comb to achieve trimming of different hair sizes by an adjustable attachment comb structure, is convenient for a user to store and keep, and has high stability such that retreat of the attachment comb when used by a consumer will not occur.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE
  • In order to better understand the technical solution of the present disclosure, embodiments provided by the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference the accompanying drawings.
  • An attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper includes an attachment comb 1, a body housing 2, a blade cover 3, an inner container assembly 4 and a movable assembly. The blade cover 3 is fixedly coupled to the body housing 2, the inner container assembly 4 is provided inside the body housing 2, and the attachment comb 1 is movably coupled to the body housing 2 by the movable assembly. The movable assembly controls a position of the attachment comb 1, and forward or rearward sliding is realized, to achieve a technical effect of adjusting a desired length of the hair by trimming, and to facilitate storage and keeping by a user; meanwhile, there is high stability such that retreat of the attachment comb when used by a consumer will not occur.
  • On basis of the above embodiments, in other embodiments, the movable assembly further includes a sliding slot member 5 and a sliding assembly. The sliding slot member 5 is provided on the body housing 2 by fastened coupling with the inner container assembly 4, and the sliding assembly is slidably coupled to the sliding slot member 5.
  • On basis of the above embodiments, in other embodiments, the sliding assembly further includes a metal elastic piece 6, a slide 7 and a sliding detachment member 8. The slide 7 is movably coupled to the sliding detachment member 8, the metal elastic piece 6 is mounted into the slide 7, and the sliding detachment member 8 is movably coupled to the sliding slot member 5. In the present embodiment, the attachment comb adjustment structure further includes a metal coupling member 9 and an attachment comb sliding key 10, and the attachment comb sliding key 10 is provided on the sliding detachment member 8 by the metal coupling member 9.
  • In the present embodiment, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sliding slot member 5 is fixed to the inner container assembly 4 by a fastening way. The sliding detachment member 8 is mounted into the slide 7, and the metal elastic piece 6 is mounted into the slide 7 to be press-fitted to cooperatively form the sliding assembly. The sliding detachment member 8 is movably fitted with the slide 7, and the metal elastic piece 6 is fixed to the sliding detachment member 8 by a fastening way. The sliding assembly is assembled to the inner container assembly 4, and the inner container assembly 4 is mounted into the body housing 2 and fixed by a screw. The blade cover 3 is fixedly assembled to the body housing 2 by a screw. The attachment comb 1 is inserted into a mainframe by being fixed in a groove of the slide 7. In the present embodiment, the attachment comb sliding key 10 and the metal coupling member 9 are formed into one piece, and are inserted into the sliding detachment member 8 and snapped and fixed. During the user operation, a finger presses the attachment comb sliding key 10 to separate a protruding tooth of the slide 7 from a groove of the body housing 2, and slides it forwards or rearwards to realize that the attachment comb 1 adjusts a desired length of the hair by trimming. In the present embodiment, during the sliding, the metal elastic piece 6 will produce an auditory feedback every time it reaches a scale. The user's finger releases the attachment comb sliding key 10, the metal elastic piece 6 will jack the slide 7 up, and the protruding tooth of the slide 7 will be engaged with the groove of the body housing 2, to realize self-locking function of the attachment comb 1, guarantee that the attachment comb 1 will not retreat during haircut, and ensure that an ideal hair length can be stably trimmed. When comb sliding key 10 is operated by a finger, the metal elastic piece 6 produces a collision sound with the groove of the inner container assembly 4, and gives an auditory feedback to the user, reminding that the dimension of the attachment comb 1 is switching. The operation is convenient, and multi-position adjustment function of the attachment comb is realized.
  • An attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper provided by embodiments of the present disclosure has been described in detail above. For those of ordinary skill in the art, changes can be made to specific embodiments and application ranges in accordance with the idea of the embodiments of the present disclosure. In general, contents of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present disclosure.

Claims (4)

  1. An attachment comb adjustment structure for a hair clipper, comprising: an attachment comb (1), a body housing (2), a blade cover (3), an inner container assembly (4) and a movable assembly; the blade cover (3) being fixedly coupled to the body housing (2), the inner container assembly (4) being provided inside the body housing (2), and the attachment comb (1) being movably coupled to the body housing (2) by the movable assembly.
  2. The attachment comb adjustment structure according to claim 1, wherein the movable assembly comprises a sliding slot member (5) and a sliding assembly, the sliding slot member (5) is provided on the body housing (2) by fastened coupling with the inner container assembly (4), and the sliding assembly is slidably coupled to the sliding slot member (5).
  3. The attachment comb adjustment structure according to claim 2, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a metal elastic piece (6), a slide (7) and a sliding detachment member (8);
    the slide (7) is movably coupled to the sliding detachment member (8), the metal elastic piece (6) is mounted into the slide (7), and the sliding detachment member (8) is movably coupled to the sliding slot member (5).
  4. The attachment comb adjustment structure according to claim 3, further comprising a metal coupling member (9) and an attachment comb sliding key (10), the attachment comb sliding key (10) being provided on the sliding detachment member (8) by the metal coupling member (9).
