Die verschiedenen Dekore, die die einzelnen Elemente aufweisen, werden in der Regel gemeinsam in einem einzigen Druckvorgang mittels der Digitaldruckanlage auf den Gegenstand aufgebracht, der in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel vorzugsweise eine Papierbahn ist. Erst beim Zuschneiden und beim Trennen des Gegenstandes und/oder des Trägers werden die einzelnen Dekore getrennt. Das wenigstens eine Steuerzeichen enthält beispielsweise eine Nummer oder eine Kennzeichnung der einzelnen Dekore, sodass eine Packstation, die die einzelnen Gebinde zusammengestellt, anhand der Steuerzeichen erkennen und steuern kann, welche Elemente in einem Gebinde zusammengefasst und gegebenenfalls gemeinsam verpackt werden sollen.In a preferred embodiment, bundles are put together in which a plurality of the elements produced in this way are packed. So wird beispielsweise bei dem 100m Steuerzeichen ein akustisches Signal ausgeben, bei dem 50m Steuerzeichen der automatische Rollenwechsler angesteuert und geprüft, ob beispielsweise eine Folgerolle vorhanden ist. Bei dem roten Steuerzeichen bzw. 10m bis Rollenende wird vollautomatisch ein Rollenwechsel vollzogen. Dies bedeutet, das Papier wird automatisch abschlagen und an die "neue" Rolle geklebt ohne die Produktion zu unterbrechen. Um diese Vielfalt auch der späteren Verpackung wiederzufinden werden in die Druckdateien bereits Vorfeld Steuerzeichen in Form von Markierungen gesetzt um die Dielen und die Druckdateien einzeln zuordnen zu können. So erhält beispielsweise jede Diele eine Zahl, die mittels Software so in die Separationen eingebettet ist das diese mit dem menschlichen Auge nicht sichtbar ist allerdings von optischen Messgeräten und einer entsprechenden Bilderkennungssoftware erkannt werden kann. Dies ist beispielsweise von Filigrade oder aus dem Kopierschutz für Dekore bekannt. Nach der Fußbodenproduktion und Profilierung kann beim Verpacken der Dielen jede Verpackungseinheit unterschiedliche Dielen enthalten. Möglich ist auch die Verpackung mit den Nummern der Dielen zu bedrucken um dem Verbraucher eine maximal große Vielfalt zu bieten.In a second embodiment, a wood decor is produced on a digital paper printing system.
