Claims (12)
- Ein Verband zum Behandeln einer offenen Bauchhöhle mit Unterdruck, der Verband aufweisend:
eine erste Schicht, aufweisend:einen ersten Fluidverteiler (415), der geeignet ist, einen Unterdruck an die Bauchhöhle zu übermitteln und geeignet ist, Strömungswege für ein Fluid auszubilden, undeine Kontaktfolie (405, 410), die den ersten Fluidverteiler (415) umschließt, der erste Fluidverteiler (415) aufweisend einen zentralen Abschnitt und einen ersten und einen zweiten Erweiterungsabschnitt, die an den zentralen Abschnitt gekoppelt sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verband einen Dehnungssensor (440, 440A) aufweist, der geeignet ist, Daten zu erfassen, die mit der Dehnung entlang einer oder mehrerer Achsen des zentralen Abschnitts verknüpft sind. - Der Verband nach Anspruch 1, ferner aufweisend eine zweite Schicht, aufweisend einen zweiten Fluidverteiler (620), der geeignet ist, einen Unterdruck an die erste Schicht zu übermitteln, wobei die zweite Schicht geeignet ist, in der Nähe des zentralen Abschnitts der ersten Schicht angeordnet zu werden.
- Der Verband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Verband einen zweiten Sensor aufweist, der geeignet ist, Daten zu erfassen, die mit einer Dehnung in dem zweiten Erweiterungsabschnitt verknüpft sind.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Verband einen dritten Sensor (440D) aufweist, der geeignet ist, Daten zu erfassen, die mit der Dehnung in dem zweiten Fluidverteiler (620) verknüpft sind.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei mindestens einer des ersten Sensors (440, 440A), zweiten Sensors und/oder dritten Sensors (440D) zu einer Änderung der Kapazität basierend auf einer Verformung des Sensors geeignet ist.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei mindestens einer von dem ersten Sensor (440, 440A), dem zweiten Sensor und dem dritten Sensor (440D) ein elektroaktives Polymer, einen dehnbaren Kondensator, ein dielektrisches Material, das zwischen zwei dehnbaren Elektroden positioniert ist, oder ein dehnbares dielektrisches Material, das zwischen zwei Elektroden positioniert ist, aufweist.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, ferner aufweisend einen drahtlosen Sender (450), der an mindestens einen des ersten Sensors (440, 440A), des zweiten Sensors und des dritten Sensors (440D) gekoppelt ist.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der erste Fluidverteiler (415) offenzelligen Schaumstoff aufweist.
- Der Verband nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite Fluidverteiler (620) offenzelligen Schaumstoff aufweist.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Stelle von mindestens einem des ersten Sensors (440, 440A), des zweiten Sensors und des dritten Sensors (440D) geeignet ist, detektiert zu werden, wenn der Verband Unterdruck an die Bauchhöhle abgibt.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Stelle von mindestens einem des ersten Sensors (440, 440A), des zweiten Sensors und des dritten Sensors (440D) geeignet ist, detektiert zu werden, unter Verwendung von elektromagnetischen Feldern.
- Der Verband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Stelle von mindestens einem des ersten Sensors (440, 440A), des zweiten Sensors und des dritten Sensors (440D) geeignet ist, detektiert zu werden, unter Verwendung von Hochfrequenz, Ultraschall, Röntgenstrahlen und/oder einem Magnetfeld.
