Claims (9)

  1. Un dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) comprenant :
    - une chambre de génération d'aérosol (103) configurée pour recevoir et chauffer un substrat (2) pour générer un aérosol,
    - un capot (102) qui peut être dans une position fermée (31) recouvrant la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103), et dans une position ouverte (33) exposant la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103), et
    - un mécanisme d'éjection (101) muni d'un levier (1011) et qui est au moins partiellement en prise avec le capot (102) de manière à éjecter au moins une partie du substrat (2) hors de la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103) lorsque le capot (102) est dans la position ouverte,
    dans lequel le mécanisme d'éjection (101) peut être dans un état éjecté dans lequel le substrat (2) fait saillie de la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103), et dans un état non éjecté dans lequel le substrat (2) est entièrement contenu dans la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103) ; et
    le mécanisme d'éjection (101) se translate de l'état non éjecté à l'état éjecté lorsque le capot (102) est déplacé de la position fermée (31) à la position ouverte (33), éjectant ainsi le substrat (2) par rotation du levier (1011) .
  2. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, lorsque le capot (102) est déplacé de la position ouverte (33) à la position fermée (31), le levier (1011) revient en tournant à une position d'origine afin de passer à l'état non éjecté dans lequel la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103) a le substrat (2) entièrement inséré.
  3. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le capot (102) peut être dans une position intermédiaire (32) entre la position ouverte (33) et la position fermée (31), le levier (1011) ne tourne pas lorsque le capot (102) est déplacé de la position fermée (31) à la position intermédiaire (32), et le levier (1011) éjecte le substrat (2) par rotation lorsque le capot (102) est déplacé de la position intermédiaire (32) à la position ouverte (33).
  4. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le levier (1011) définit au moins partiellement la surface de fond de la chambre de génération d'aérosol (103).
  5. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mécanisme d'éjection (101) possède une glissière (1013), et un bloc coulissant (1002) en prise coulissante avec le capot (102) et le levier (1011) est agencé pour coulisser dans la glissière (1013) de façon à déclencher la rotation du levier (1011).
  6. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel un mécanisme de fixation fait en sorte que le levier (1011) vienne mécaniquement en prise avec le bloc coulissant (1012) de manière que le levier (1011) tourne lorsque le bloc coulissant (1012) coulisse, et vice versa.
  7. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, dans lequel un bossage (1021) du capot (102) est en prise à coulissement avec une extrémité du bloc coulissant (1012) de manière que, lorsque le capot (102) est déplacé de la position fermée (31) à la position ouverte (33) ou de la position ouverte (33) à la position fermée (31), le levier (1011) soit respectivement enfoncé ou relevé.
  8. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7 précédentes, dans lequel au moins des parties du mécanisme d'éjection comprennent, ou sont de préférence réalisées en, un matériau métallique, de préférence la saillie (1021) du capot (102) et/ou l'extrémité du bloc coulissant (1012) sont réalisées en métal.
  9. Le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1) présente une forme allongée, et le capot (102) est agencé pour coulisser dans une direction longitudinale du dispositif de génération d'aérosol (1).
