TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor reclining beds, specifically to an outdoor reclining bed tent.

BACKGROUND ART

With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay increasing attention to the quality of life, and the classification of living appliances is getting finer. Accordingly, some new types of living appliances, such as reclining beds, have emerged. Reclining beds are more relaxing than traditional chairs; people are in a half sleep state, and the whole body is relaxed and at rest. Therefore, reclining beds are widely used as accompanying chairs in hospitals, lunch break chairs, outdoor leisure chairs, etc.
Most reclining beds on the market are single reclining beds. Reclining beds neither have the function of a sunshade nor offer protection from summer heat, and need to be used together with parasols or awnings when being used outdoors. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention designs an outdoor reclining bed tent with a function of sunshading and protecting from summer heat.
In order to solve the foregoing technical problems, the present invention adopts the following solution:
An outdoor reclining bed tent, comprising a reclining bed mechanism and an awning mechanism, wherein the awning mechanism comprises foot tubes and a beam frame arranged at the tops of the foot tubes, the reclining bed mechanism is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes, top fabric is fixedly arranged on the beam frame, a shutter set is arranged in a fit manner on a surface of each lateral cavity of the awning mechanism, and the shutter sets can be used to block the surfaces of the lateral cavities of the awning mechanism.
According to the present invention, the the shutter set comprises a shutter fabric drum, the shutter fabric drum is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes or the beam frame through a shutter bracket, the shutter bracket is fixedly arranged at two ends of the shutter fabric drum, a rotating shaft is arranged inside the shutter fabric drum, and shutter fabric is arranged on the rotating shaft.
The outdoor reclining bed tent, wherein a drive end is arranged at one end of the shutter fabric drum, a driven end is arranged at the other end, the shutter bracket comprises a first shutter bracket and a second shutter bracket, the first shutter bracket is fixedly connected to the drive end, and the second shutter bracket is fixedly connected to the driven end.
The outdoor reclining bed tent, wherein a pull bead is arranged on the drive end, and the pull bead is pulled to control the rotation of the rotating shaft and lift or lower the shutter fabric.
According to the present invention, a fabric tube is arranged at the bottom of the shutter fabric, fabric tube clamps are arranged at two ends of the fabric tube, shutter guide tubes are arranged on the foot tubes, and the fabric tube is snapped onto the shutter guide tubes by means of the fabric tube clamps.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The embodiments of the present invention will be further illustrated with reference to accompanying drawings, so that the technical solution of the present invention can be more easily understood.
Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show an outdoor reclining bed tent, comprising a reclining bed mechanism and an awning mechanism. The awning mechanism comprises foot tubes 1, a beam frame is arranged at the tops of the foot tubes 1 and comprises long beams 3 and short beams 2, and top fabric 4 is arranged on the beam frame 4. The reclining bed mechanism is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes 1 and comprises a bed frame 5. A group or multiple groups of reclining beds are arranged on the bed frame 5, back components 20 of the reclining beds can be laid horizontally or lifted and tilted, and a storage board is arranged between adjacent reclining beds to place articles when there are multiple groups of reclining beds.
The beam frame is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes 1, and shutter sets are arranged below the beam frame. Long shutter sets 11 are fixedly arranged under the long beams 3, and short shutter sets 6 are fixedly arranged under the short beams 2. Each shutter set comprises a shutter fabric drum 12, shutter fabric 14 is arranged around a rotating shaft inside the shutter fabric drum 12, and a fabric tube 17 is arranged at the bottom of the shutter fabric 14. A drive end 13 is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, a driven end 18 is arranged at the other end, a pull bead 15 is arranged on the drive end 13, and when the pull bead 15 is pulled, the drive end 13 can rotate to drive the rotating shaft inside the shutter fabric drum 12 to rotate to put down or pack up the shutter fabric 14. The shutter guide tubes 9 are fixedly arranged on lateral sides of the foot tubes 1 and used to fit and fix the fabric tube clamps 16. A shutter bracket is arranged on the foot tubes 1. The shutter bracket is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes 1, and comprises a first shutter bracket 7 and a second shutter bracket 8. Bed frame supports 10 are arranged under the bed frame 5 to improve the load-bearing strength of the reclining bed.
The bottoms of the back components 20 are articulated on inner walls of the outer frame tubes of the bed frame 19 by means of articulation pieces. The bottom of the reclining bed is provided with a support frame, comprising horizontal support tubes 22. Adjusting support tubes 24 are fixedly arranged on the horizontal support tubes 22, and adjusting teeth 23 are arranged on the adjusting support tubes 24. Solder lugs 26 are arranged on the back components 20, connecting holes are arranged on the solder lugs 26, and two ends of each swing tube 25 are articulated into connecting holes of the solder lugs by means of articulation pieces. By adjusting the snapping positions of the horizontal tubes at the bottoms of the swing tubes 25 in the adjusting teeth 23, the inclination angle of the back components 20 can be adjusted.
In the outdoor reclining bed provided by the present invention, a beam frame is arranged at the tops of the foot tubes, top fabric is arranged on the beam frame, and shutter sets are arranged on the frame, so that the reclining bed has a function of protection from summer heat and no additional parasol or tent needs to be provided. The angle of the back components of the bed is adjustable to achieve the most comfortable state. A group or multiple groups of reclining beds can be provided. When multiple sets of reclining beds are provided, a storage board is arranged between adjacent beds, so that the users can place fruit, drinks and other articles on the storage board.

An outdoor reclining bed tent, comprising a reclining bed mechanism and an awning mechanism, wherein the awning mechanism comprises foot tubes (1) and a beam frame arranged at the tops of the foot tubes (1), the reclining bed mechanism is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes (1), top fabric (4) is fixedly arranged on the beam frame, a shutter set is arranged in a fit manner on a surface of each lateral cavity of the awning mechanism, and the shutter sets can be used to block the surfaces of the lateral cavities of the awning mechanism, wherein the shutter set comprises a shutter fabric drum, the shutter fabric drum (12) is fixedly arranged on the foot tubes or the beam frame through a shutter bracket, the shutter bracket is fixedly arranged at two ends of the shutter fabric drum (12) a rotating shaft is arranged inside the shutter fabric drum (12) and shutter fabric (14) is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a fabric tube (17) is arranged at the bottom of the shutter fabric, characterized in that fabric tube clamps (16) are arranged at two ends of the fabric tube (17), shutter guide tubes (9) are arranged on the foot tubes (1), and the fabric tube (1) is snapped onto the shutter guide tubes (9) by means of the fabric tube clamps (16).
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 1, wherein a drive end (13) is arranged at one end of the shutter fabric drum (12), a driven end (18) is arranged at the other end, the shutter bracket comprises a first shutter bracket (7) and a second shutter bracket (8), the first shutter bracket (7) is fixedly connected to the drive end (13), and the second shutter bracket (8) is fixedly connected to the driven end (13).
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 2, wherein a pull bead (15) is arranged on the drive end (13), and the pull bead (15) is pulled to control the rotation of the rotating shaft and lift or lower the shutter fabric (14).
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 1, wherein the reclining bed mechanism comprises a bed frame (5), a group or multiple groups of reclining beds are arranged on the bed frame (5), back components (20) are arranged on the reclining beds and can be laid horizontally or lifted and tilted, and the bottoms of the back components (20) are articulated on inner walls of the outer frame tubes (19) of the bed frame (5) by means of articulation pieces.
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 4, wherein back tubes (21) are arranged on the back components (20), solder lugs (26) are arranged on the back tubes (21), the solder lugs (26) are fixedly arranged on the back tubes (21), and swing tubes (25) are articulated in connecting holes of the solder lugs (26).
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 4 or 5, wherein horizontal support tubes (22) are arranged on the bed frame (5), adjusting support tubes (24) are arranged on the horizontal support tubes (22), and adjusting teeth (23) are fixedly arranged on the adjusting support tubes (24).
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 4, wherein the bottom of the bed frame (5) is also provided with bed frame supports (10) to improve the load-bearing strength of the reclining bed.
The outdoor reclining bed tent according to claim 4, wherein adjacent outer frame tubes of the bed frame (5) are connected by means of connectors, and the connectors are arranged on the inner sides of the outer frame tubes (19) of the bed frame (5); two ends of each outer frame tube (19) of the bed frame (5) are provided with assembly holes, respectively, and the assembly holes work with the foot tubes (1) to fixedly arrange the bed frame (5) onto the foot tubes (1).
