Abstract

The present invention relates to an interference filter group (1) comprising a plate (2); at least one housing (3) which is provided on the plate (2); and at least one interference filter (4) which is disposed into the housing (3) and which is configured to damp the interference generated during the operation of the electrical household appliances, and also relates to an electrical household appliance comprising such interference filter group (1).

Description

AN INTERFERENCE FILTER GROUP AND AN ELECTRICAL HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to an interference filter group and an electric household appliance comprising such an interference filter group.
During the operation of electrically-operated household appliances, especially washing machines, interference (noise) which disrupts the frequency and voltage of the network is generated. Today, generally interference filters comprising at least a coil and a capacitor are used for damping said interference. In the state of the art, companies producing electrical household appliances supply these interference filters from various suppliers. During the transportation from the supplier to the producer of electrical household appliances, said interference filters may be damaged and become unusable due to impacts. This situation causes an increase in the production cost of electrical household appliances.
In the state of the art, the interference filters are mounted to the bodies of the electrical household appliances by means of metal sheets suitable for grounding the interference filter. In this type of mounting process, since first the metal sheet which provides grounding and then the interference filter need to be mounted to the body, the mounting time is prolonged due to the successive mounting steps, increasing the labor force required for production.
Moreover, in said electrical household appliances, the power cable group which supplies the electricity required for the operation of the appliance is also connected to the body, mostly in the vicinity of the interference filter. In order to connect the power cable group to the body of the electrical household appliance, a suitable housing must be formed on the body and the cable group must be mounted in this housing. These processes both make the production of the electrical household appliance difficult and prolong the assembly time.
In the state of the art Chinese Patent Document No. CN1073385801, a washing machine is disclosed, comprising a plate which is disposed on the washing machine tub and which provides the grounding of the heater so as to prevent fire hazards which may occur due to problems in the heater.
The aim of the present invention is the realization of an interference filter group which provides that the mounting time of an electrical household appliance, especially a washing machine, is decreased and the assembly thereof is facilitated.
The interference filter group realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, explicated in the first claim and the respective claims thereof, comprises at least one interference filter which is configured to damp interference distorting the mains frequency and voltage; at least one plate which has a first housing suitable for the placement of the interference filter and which enables the interference filter placed thereon to be grounded; and at least one connection member which enables the interference filter to be fixedly attached to the plate by being borne in the first housing. Thus, it is provided that the plate and interference filter are mounted on the electrical household appliance at the same time with a single operation in the electrical household appliance production line, reducing the assembly time of the electrical household appliance and facilitating the labor. Moreover, by placing the interference filter on the plate by means of a connection member so as not to move, the interference filter is prevented from being separated from the plate during the transportation of the interference filter group, for example, from the supplier to the production line such that the interference filter is prevented from getting damaged due to impacts.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the interference filter comprises at least one protrusion which extends outwards from the first housing. In this embodiment, the interference filter group is mounted on the body of the electrical household appliance by means of a fixing member fixed to said protrusion. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, threads are bored on said protrusion and the interference filter group is fixed on the body of the housing of the household appliance by means of a nut with threads suitable for matching with said threads.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connection member which enables the interference filter to be placed on the plate in a fixed manner is a gasket. By means of the crushable nature gasket, the mounting can be performed without having to remove said gasket during the mounting of the interference filter group to the electrical household appliance by means of a connecting member such as a nut attached to the protrusion. Thus, the interference filter group is mounted to the electrical household appliance in a much shorter time. In addition, by using a simple gasket as the connection member, cost advantage is provided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the plate comprises at least one tab which contains the first housing, thus the interference filter placed into the first housing. In this embodiment, it is provided that the operator determines the mounting position quite easily during the mounting of the interference filter group to the electrical household appliance, and thus, the time for mounting the interference filter group to the electrical household appliance is further reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the interference filter group comprises at least one second housing which is provided on the plate and at least one power cable which is borne into said second housing. In this embodiment of the present invention, the need for forming a housing for said power cable in the body of the electrical household appliance is eliminated by bearing the power cable in the interference filter group to be mounted to the electrical household appliance, thus simplifying the production of the body of the electrical household appliance and providing cost advantage.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the plate comprises at least one auxiliary housing. In this embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary housing on the plate in the interference filter group to be mounted to the household electrical appliance can be shaped to enable auxiliary components such as plug holders, etc. which are placed on the part of the electrical household appliance body close to the interference filter group to be connected to the plate. Thus, the need for forming a housing for said auxiliary components in the body of the electrical household appliance is eliminated, simplifying the production of the body of the electrical household appliance and providing cost advantage.
The electrical household appliance of the present invention comprises an interference filter group as described in the above embodiments.
The electrical household appliance of the present invention is preferably a washing machine.
By means of the present invention, the interference filter group comprising at least the interference filter damping the interference distorting the mains frequency and voltage, and a plate suitable for grounding the interference filter enables the plate and the interference filter to be mounted simultaneously on the body of the electrical household appliance, thus reducing the assembly time of the household electrical appliance and facilitating the assembly process.
The interference filter group realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention is illustrated in the attached figures, where:

The interference filter group (1) comprises a plate (2); at least one housing (3) which is provided on the plate (2); and at least one interference filter (4) which is disposed into the housing (3) and which is configured to damp the interference generated during the operation of the electrical household appliances. The plate (2) provided on the interference filter group (1) is produced from a material, for example a galvanized material, which enables the interference filter (4) to be grounded. The interference filter (4) is placed into the first housing (3) and the interference filter group (1) formed in this manner is mounted to the body of the electrical household appliance in a single step.
The interference filter group (1) of the present invention comprises at least one connection member (5) which is borne in the first housing (3) and which enables the interference filter (4) to be fixedly placed onto the plate (2). By means of the connection member (5), in the interference filter groups (1), which are procured from the suppliers and transported to the electrical household appliance production line, the interference filter (4) is prevented from getting detached from the plate (2) during transportation and thus, time loss is eliminated by preventing the plate (2) and the interference filter (4) from being mounted separately on the production line.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the interference filter (4) comprises at least one protrusion (6) which extends outwards from the first housing (3). In this embodiment of the present invention, the interference filter group (1) is enabled to be easily mounted to the body of the electrical household appliance by using connecting members such as nut, etc. which are suitable to be fitted over the protrusion (6).
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connection member (5) is a gasket. In the embodiment wherein the connection member (5) is a gasket, no fixing means such as bolts, screws, etc. are used to fix the interference filter (4) in the first housing (3), and thus, the production of the interference filter group (1) is carried out quickly. Moreover, during the mounting of the interference filter group (1) to the electrical household appliance by means of a connecting member such as nut, etc. fitted over the protrusion (6), the gasket is not required to be taken out of the first housing (3) the during assembly by means of to the crushable structure of the gasket, thus further shortening the assembly process. In addition, by using a simple gasket as the connection member (5), cost advantage is provided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the plate (2) comprises at least one tab (7) which contains the first housing (3). In this embodiment, by enabling the operator to determine the mounting position of the interference filter group (1) quite easily during the mounting of the interference filter group (1) to the electrical household appliance, the mounting time is further reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the interference filter group (1) comprises at least one second housing (8) which is provided on the plate (2) and at least one power cable (9) which is borne into said second housing (8). Thus, by simultaneously mounting the power cable (9), which provides electricity to the electrical household appliance, together with the interference filter (4), the mounting time is reduced by eliminating an extra mounting step during the production of the electrical household appliance. Moreover, by eliminating the need for forming any housing allowing the bearing of the power cable (9) on the body of the household electrical appliance, the electrical household appliance can be produced more quickly.
In an embodiment of the present invention, at least one auxiliary housing (10) is provided on the plate (2) on the interference filter group (1). The auxiliary housing (10) is shaped so as to enable auxiliary components such as plug holder, etc. used in the electrical household appliance and close to the mounting position of the interference filter group (1) to the electrical household appliance to be placed onto the plate (2). Thus, by eliminating the need for forming any housing for said auxiliary components, the body of the household electrical appliance can be produced more quickly.
The present invention further relates to an electric household appliance comprising an interference filter group (1) described above.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electrical household appliance having the interference filter group (1) is a washing machine.
By means of the present invention, it is provided that the interference filter group (1) comprising at least the interference filter (4) used for damping the interference distorting the mains frequency and voltage during the operation of the electrically operated household appliances, and a plate (2) suitable for grounding said interference filter (4) is mounted to the electrical household appliance in a single step, thus reducing the assembly time of the household electrical appliance and facilitating the assembly process.

Claims

An interference filter group (1) comprising a plate (2); at least one housing (3) which is provided on the plate (2); and at least one interference filter (4) which is disposed into the housing (3) and which is configured to damp the interference generated during the operation of the electrical household appliances, characterized by at least one connection member (5) which is borne in the first housing (3) and which enables the interference filter (4) to be fixedly placed onto the plate (2).
An interference filter group (1) as in Claim 1, characterized by the interference filter (4) comprising at least one protrusion (6) extending outwards from the first housing (3).
An interference filter group (1) as in Claim 1 or 2, characterized by the connection member (5) which is a gasket.
An interference filter group (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by the plate (2) comprising at least one tab (7) which contains the first housing (3).
An interference filter group (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by at least one second housing (8) which is provided on the plate (2) and at least one power cable (9) which is borne into said second housing (8).
An interference filter group (1) as in any one of the above claims, characterized by the plate (2) comprising at least one auxiliary housing (10).
An electrical household appliance comprising an interference filter group (1) as in any one of the above claims.
