Claims (19)
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12), umfassend ein Heizelement (24) und ein Fluidtransfer-Erzeugnis (34), wobei das Fluidtransfer-Erzeugnis (34) ein Reservoir zur Aufnahme eines Aerosolvorläufers und einen Docht (34c) umfasst, der angeordnet und ausgelegt ist, um den Aerosolvorläufer aus dem Reservoir zu erhalten, wobei der Docht (34c) einen Erhitzungsbereich (36) des Heizelements (24) berührt, wobei der Erhitzungsbereich (36) des Heizelements (24) zumindest einen elektrisch leitfähigen Heizfaden (36d) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, um bei Durchgang von elektrischem Strom durch diesen hindurch Hitze zu erzeugen, wobei der zumindest eine Heizfaden (36d) eine Beschichtung aus elektrisch isolierendem Material auf diesem aufweist und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Beschichtung eine Dicke von nicht mehr als 50 µm aufweist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Beschichtung einen Widerstand von mehr als 20 Ω zwischen zwei beliebigen Punkten derselben aufweist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Beschichtung einen Widerstand von mehr als 1 MΩ zwischen zwei beliebigen Punkten derselben aufweist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Beschichtung aus Silikon besteht.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Beschichtung aus Kaliumsilikat-Farbe besteht.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der Erhitzungsbereich (36) des Heizelements (24) gefaltet ist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Erhitzungsbereich (36) ein isolierendes Substrat (36c) mit dem Heizfaden (36d) auf diesem umfasst.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Erhitzungsbereich (36) des Heizelements (24) flexibel ist, um dadurch aufgrund des Kontakts zwischen dem Docht (34c) und dem Erhitzungsbereich (36) verformbar zu sein.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach Anspruch 8, wobei zumindest der Erhitzungsbereich (36) des Heizelements (24) elastisch ist, wodurch der Kontakt zwischen dem Erhitzungsbereich (36) und dem Docht (34c) ein elastischer Kontakt ist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der Kontakt zwischen dem Docht (34c) und dem Erhitzungsbereich (36) nichtverbunden ist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der Docht (34c) U-förmig ist, wobei die Basis der U-Form mit dem Erhitzungsbereich (36) in Kontakt steht.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das Fluidtransfer-Erzeugnis (34) ein Dichtungselement (34b) umfasst, das das Reservoir dicht verschließt, wobei sich der Docht (34c) durch das Dichtungselement (34b) erstreckt.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach Anspruch 12 in Abhängigkeit von Anspruch 11, wobei sich beide Arme der U-Form durch das Dichtungselement (34b) erstrecken.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der Docht (34c) flexibel ist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Docht (34c) aus einem Schnurmaterial besteht.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der Erhitzungsbereich (36) des Heizelements (24) in einem Luftströmungspfad (44a, 44b) angeordnet ist.
- Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das Fluidtransfer-Erzeugnis (34) und das Heizelement (24) trennbar sind.
- Aerosol-Zufuhrsystem (10), umfassend eine Aerosol-Erzeugungsvorrichtung (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, einen Träger (14), der ein erstes Gehäuse (32), das das Reservoir enthält und den flexiblen Docht (34c) trägt, und ein zweites Gehäuse (33) aufweist, das das Heizelement (24) enthält, wobei das erste und das zweite Gehäuse (32, 33) trennbar sind.
- Aerosol-Zufuhrsystem (10) nach Anspruch 18 in Abhängigkeit von Anspruch 16, wobei das zweite Gehäuse (33) einen Einlass (50) aufweist, wobei das erste Gehäuse (32) einen Auslass aufweist und wobei sich der Luftströmungspfad (44a, 44b) zwischen dem Einlass (50) und dem Auslass erstreckt.
