Definitions
- the invention relates to a ski jumping glove with a glove body and glove fingers, the glove body of the ski jumping glove having a front palm that covers the palm of the glove wearer when the ski jumping glove is worn and a back palm that covers the back of the hand, the palm and the glove back initially being cut into shape are then sewn together on their outer contour lines with the exception of an insertion area for inserting the hand into the glove by means of seams, and wherein the palm and the back of the glove are firmly connected to one another via at least one side layer.
- Such sewn or knitted finger gloves have been known for a long time and have been made from a wide variety of materials such as fur, leather, textile, and recently also using plastics, since ancient times.
- the gloves are used in many ways, for example in the work area as protective gloves to protect hands against cold, heat or against skin injuries during rough mechanical manual work, in the professional area, for example as pilot gloves or racing driver gloves, but also as a decorative part of elegant clothing, for example in In the form of ball or uniform gloves as well as in the sports sector, for example as ski gloves, as goalkeeper gloves, as climbing gloves or in similar functions.
- gussets can also be used.
- the EP 2 554 063 A1 describes a knitted compression glove.
- Such a glove has absolutely nothing to do with a generic ski jumping glove with the features defined at the beginning, which technically involves creating as large an area as possible to improve the flight characteristics of the To get the glove wearer.
- Such compression gloves are usually knitted two-dimensionally on a circular knitting machine. None else, therefore, reveals them either EP 2 554 063 A1 .
- the two-dimensional production is in fact the only correspondence with the present invention.
- the known compression gloves are not sewn together from cut-to-size individual parts, as in the case of the generic ski jumping glove.
- the DE 10 2018 110 479 A1 concerns a goalkeeper glove. We cannot speak of a two-dimensionality here, but rather of the fact that the inside of this goalkeeper glove must be exchangeable after wear. It is also important here that different surfaces can be used, depending on the wetness or dryness during the football game. The specific properties of a generic ski jumping glove cannot and must not have such a goalkeeper glove. Even the goalkeepers of the RB soccer clubs shouldn't really get "wings" in their work; but the ski jumper definitely.
- the US 6 895 599 B1 describes a reversible finger glove. This is two-dimensional and has a white and a dark side. The glove after US 6 895 599 B1 However, it does not have any layers and is therefore in no way to be classified as a generic ski jumping glove. The known reversible finger glove certainly does not have a thumb that is exposed contrary to the human hand anatomy.
- the DE 85 25 113 U1 reveals a somewhat curious object, namely a tube with four fingers, but which apparently has two thumb tubes having. This is supposed to enable the glove to be worn on both the left and the right hand. In any case, there is no two-dimensionality here, but rather a "glove with two thumb tubes", which is matched with a generic ski jumping glove, such as that in the document EP 2 389 821 B1 is described has absolutely nothing in common.
- all gloves that are sewn together have an anatomical hand shape, i.e. the thumb is automatically moved towards the palm and the fingers are slightly curved towards the palm of the hand like the "normal natural hand".
- the side layers of such anatomically cut finger gloves via which the palm and the back of the glove are firmly connected to one another, are also bent inward.
- the glove thumb is curved downwards from the level of the hand and slightly inwards.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a generic ski jumping glove of the type described at the beginning with the simplest possible technical means, inexpensively and inexpensively, with which, on the one hand, a significant improvement in the aerodynamic properties of the ski jumper compared to the use of conventional gloves and also compared to the above known special ski jumping glove described is achieved, so that in particular higher jump distances can be achieved, on the other hand, however, the inventive proposal of the EP 2 389 821 B1 not actually realized, but the set goal is achieved in a technically different way.
- this object is achieved in a surprisingly simple and effective manner in that the back of the glove is cut at least as long as the palm of the hand, that the ski jumping glove is cut in two dimensions, i.e. not inwards and inwards as with an anatomical template with the thumb opposite the other fingers offset downwards from the palm of the hand, but contrary to the anatomy of the human hand with the thumb flared to the side in such a way that, before wearing the ski jumping glove, the glove finger for the thumb lies in the same plane of the ski jumping glove as the approaches of the glove fingers for the other fingers of the Glove wearer on the glove body, so that the thumb is splayed to the side from the outset when wearing the ski jumping glove, that the back of the glove and the palm are cut congruently, and that either the side layers are geometrically designed so that in front of the tra In the case of the ski jumping glove, the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove, or that the side layers are inserted rotated by 180 ° compared to
- the invention is therefore essentially based on presenting a finger glove for ski jumping, in which the above-described and desired main properties of a ski jumping glove are present, which are intended to contribute to improved jumping results, but without relying on the teaching of EP 2 389 821 B1 To make use, instead of this the physical properties of the glove and thus the achievable sporting results are even significantly improved.
- the ski jumping glove according to the invention no longer uses an anatomical glove cut. Rather, the present invention proposes that the glove should not be cut three-dimensionally, as is usual, but rather two-dimensionally, that is to say precisely not in accordance with a natural anatomical hand shape.
- the glove finger for the thumb is not offset inwards and downwards with respect to the palm of the hand, but in the same plane of the ski jumping glove as the approaches of the glove fingers for the other fingers, so that the thumb attachment is spread sideways from the start when the ski jumping glove is worn.
- ski jumping glove In order to further simplify the production of the ski jumping glove according to the invention technically and thus significantly reduce costs, it is also prescribed to cut the back of the glove and the palm of the hand essentially congruently.
- the side layers are geometrically designed in such a way that the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove before the ski jumping glove is worn.
- the side layers can be inserted rotated by 180 ° with respect to an anatomically cut glove, so that the ski jumping glove is curved from the palm to the back of the glove before it is worn.
- the ski flyer practically does not have to exert any force against the resistance of the glove during the jump phase in order to bring his fingers into the usual position, spread away from the back of the hand, and to linger there.
- anatomically cut gloves always have side layers that are anatomically curved inwards.
- these side layers 3 are inserted the wrong way round, so that the "upside down” layers of the glove fingers are slightly upwards bending what actually contradicts the "natural, normal" anatomy of a hand.
- the glove according to the invention with this cut shape is already curved upwards and essentially already in the special ski jumper position.
- Embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention are particularly advantageous which are characterized in that the back of the glove and the palm, including the glove fingers, are cut exactly congruent.
- this embodiment of the invention provides the ski jumper with the option of turning either the backhand or the palm during the jumping phase towards the slope, depending on the jumping style, which is individually different. Ski jumping gloves with exactly the same glove back and palm are in any case completely "neutral" in their handling properties in this regard.
- a class of embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention is also very particularly preferred in which the glove finger for the thumb is made in one piece with the back of the glove, in particular without a seam.
- the thumb is always cut separately from the back of the hand and then attached and sewn to it.
- the back of the hand and thumb are cut together from one piece, so that no creases can form on the back of the hand, particularly in the thumb area, when the glove is flat and spread out.
- the glove according to the invention can also be designed as a knitted glove, in particular seamless, preferably dipped.
- a knitted, stretchable and seamless glove that can be dipped for optimal grip is also possible.
- Gloves without a seam usually give you a better sense of touch. Of course, if there is no seam, it cannot come loose, so that the durability of the glove is increased.
- a particularly good grip is achieved by coating, usually by means of immersion.
- ski jumping gloves are made on the back of the hand from a material made of PA and foam, which is also used for the suits.
- Leather is used in the palm.
- the ski jumping glove according to the invention can, however, also have special materials in the palm, such as synthetic leather, artificial leather with a very high grip, and also synthetic materials with a corresponding grip coating, nubs or other imprints. This imprint can also be made partially, i.e. not over the whole Palm of the hand.
- These grip materials enable the ski jumper, on the one hand, to handle his equipment particularly safely and, on the other hand, to optimally kick off the ski jumping bar, even in wet and adverse conditions. This significantly reduces the risk of slipping on the beam.
- the ski jumping gloves according to the invention can be made of synthetic leather, artificial leather with a high grip or of synthetic materials with a grip coating, nubs or a printed surface structure. All of the materials mentioned are customary in glove manufacture and are therefore easy to obtain commercially.
- Embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention are also preferred which are characterized in that the palm is made of synthetic leather, artificial leather with a high grip or of synthetic materials with a grip coating, nubs or a printed surface structure.
- Chloroprene, polychloroprene or chlorobutadiene rubber is particularly suitable because these materials have a somewhat lower density and therefore a larger volume for the same weight, which in turn increases the surface area of the glove and contributes to aerodynamic lift when skiing.
- the ski jumping gloves modified according to the invention can also be produced using the conventional methods without additional complex new production technologies.
- the inner palm is made from the same material as the back of the glove, preferably from a material that is also used for ski jumping suits.
- the physical properties of the glove during ski flying are "neutral" with regard to the hand position of the respective user, that is, the inside of the hand or the back of the hand is directed towards the ground.
- uniformity of the ski jumping equipment is also achieved from an aesthetic point of view.
- the drawing shows a sewn, in particular made-up, or knitted ski jumping glove 10; 20; 30 made of a tightly fitting, stretchable, flexible base material, in particular made of textile material, leather or plastic, with a glove body and glove fingers 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e; 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e; 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, 31e.
- the glove each has a front, when wearing the ski jumping glove 10; 20; 30, the palm of the glove covering the carrier, in the drawing virtually invisible palm of the hand and a back, opposite the palm of the hand, back of the hand glove covering the back 12; 22; 32 , which in the case of a sewn glove on their outer contour lines with the exception of one Insertion area for inserting the hand into the glove are sewn together by means of seams.
- the palm and the back of the glove 12; 22; 32 are at least one side layer 13; 23; 33 firmly connected to each other.
- the ski jumping glove 10 is distinguished; 20 in that the glove back 12; 22 is cut at least as long as the palm of the hand that the ski jumping glove 10; 20 is cut two-dimensionally, so not as with an anatomical template with the thumb offset inwardly and from the palm of the hand downwards in relation to the other fingers, but in such a way that before wearing the ski jumping glove 10; 20 of the glove fingers 11a; 21a for the thumb in the same plane of the ski jumping glove 10; 20 lies, like the approaches of the glove fingers 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e; 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e for the remaining fingers of the glove wearer on the glove body, so that the thumb when wearing the ski jumping glove 10; 20 is splayed laterally from the outset, and that the glove back 12; 22 and the palm are cut congruently.
- the backhand material which is also used for the jump suits, is used in the palm of the hand and thus has the same effect as with the jumpers who fly to the ground with the backhand.
- a ski jumping glove 10 according to the invention is shown with a two-dimensional section, in which the side layers 13 are geometrically designed so that the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the glove back 12 before the ski jumping glove 10 is worn.
- the inner palm and the back of the glove 12 are cut the same, in particular with the same finger lengths.
- There is no seam between the thumb and backhand which is very advantageous. If you try to spread your thumb on a three-dimensional glove, there is automatically an excess of material on the back of the hand, i.e. a bulge that leads to disruptive air turbulence during the ski-flying phase.
- Fig. 2 shows an even more refined variant of the invention, in which the side layers 23 are inserted rotated by 180 ° with respect to an anatomically cut glove, so that the ski jumping glove 20 can be removed from the ski jumping glove before it is worn
- the palm of the hand is curved towards the back of the glove 22.
- the side layers 23 of the glove fingers 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e except the thumb are cut wedge-shaped in such a way that the fingers except the thumb of the glove wearer are also bent upwards away from the glove back 22 when wearing the ski jumping glove 20.
- This hand position is aerodynamically designed like a wing and therefore shows the best physical ski flying properties.
- ski jumping glove 10; 20 can also be seamless, preferably dipped.
- 20 are the glove fingers 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e; 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e for the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger and the little finger are cut in such a way that their approaches on the glove body run essentially parallel to one another even before wearing, while the glove finger 11a; 21a for the thumb to the side of the other Glove fingers 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e; 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e protrudes by about 45 °.
- Embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention in which the palm of the hand is made of a material with high grip or of synthetic materials with a grip coating, nubs or a printed surface structure are not specifically shown in the drawing.
- an imprint with a surface structure can also be applied only partially to a partial surface of the palm.
- Particularly suitable materials for this are chloroprene, polychloroprene or chlorobutadiene rubber.
- Fig. 3 shows a conventional three-dimensional finger glove 10 in which the thumb - according to the "normal" anatomy of the hand is turned inwards.
- the figure clearly shows that there is a seam 34 between the glove finger 31a for the thumb and the back of the glove 32. So far, this has generally been the case with all cut gloves.
- FIG Fig. 4 is shown schematically.
- the wind tunnel 41 was developed in order to measure ski jumping gloves in particular with regard to their air resistance and the lift generated by them.
- Air is accelerated by two fans 42 ', 42 "connected in series and passed through a pipe 43.
- a constant air flow of 68 km / h is generated.
- a glove is placed in the pipe 43 at a distance from the fan 42', 42" 40 -for example the size 9.5- hung on a defined hand shape (not recognizable in the drawing).
- the hand shape has a device 44 for fixing to a toggle lever 45, which leads to the outside of the tube 43 and is connected to a newton meter 46 . The force in N caused by the resulting wind pressure can then be read from this.
- the main aim of the ski jumping glove according to the present invention is to obtain as much wing area and thus lift as possible during the ski jumper's flight phase.
- the laterally splayed thumb which is cut completely against the anatomy of the human hand, is essential for this.
- the thumb regularly points inwards and in the direction of the other fingers.
- the side layers are to be designed and arranged: Either the side layers are geometrically designed so that the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove before wearing the ski jumping glove, or the side layers are inserted rotated by 180 ° compared to an anatomically cut glove, so that the Ski jumping glove is curved from the palm to the back of the glove before it is worn.

Abstract
A ski jumping glove (10) having a glove body with an inner palm and a glove back (12) which are first cut to shape and then sewn together at their outer contour lines with the exception of a tuck-in area for inserting the hand into the glove by means of seams, and which have side layers ( 13) are firmly connected to each other is characterized by the fact that the back of the glove is cut in two dimensions just as long as the palm and the ski jumping glove, i.e. contrary to the anatomy of the human hand with the thumb protruding to the side in such a way that the thumb lies in the same plane as the attachments for the other fingers, so that the thumb is spread out to the side from the start, that the back of the glove and the palm of the hand are cut congruently, and that either the side layers are geometrically designed in such a way that the palm of the hand runs parallel to the back of the glove before the ski jumping glove is worn air, or that the side layers are rotated by 180° compared to an anatomically cut glove, so that the ski jumping glove is already curved from the palm to the back of the glove before it is worn. This achieves a significant improvement in the ski jumper's aerodynamic properties compared to the use of conventional ski jumping gloves, in particular greater jump distances are achieved.

Such sewn or knitted finger gloves have been known for a long time and have been made from a wide variety of materials such as fur, leather, textile, and recently also using plastics, since ancient times. For ski jumping there are special jumper gloves with glove fingers that are slightly bent upwards towards the back of the hand.
As a rule, the glove maker sews the upper part of a glove to the lower part on a so-called layer or side layer arranged between the two glove parts; see WIKIPEDIA at https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Schichtel&oldid=188489511 In addition to the layers, gussets can also be used.

Normally, all gloves that are sewn together have an anatomical hand shape, i.e. the thumb is automatically moved towards the palm and the fingers are slightly curved towards the palm of the hand like the "normal natural hand". In particular, the side layers of such anatomically cut finger gloves, via which the palm and the back of the glove are firmly connected to one another, are also bent inward. The glove thumb is curved downwards from the level of the hand and slightly inwards.
However, in order to obtain an optimal ski jumper glove, this conventional cut is not necessarily effective. The ski jumper spreads his fingers in the air and tries to make a very broad hand in order to achieve as much "wing surface" and thus lift as possible. Furthermore, he usually tries to overextend his fingers towards the back of the hand in order to intensify this effect. To do this, the jumper usually has to press against the resistance of a glove cut in the usual way.
Although this sports glove for ski jumping, which is slightly modified compared to the "classic" finger glove, has been doing its job successfully for many years and has certainly "helped" in winning some winter sports medals, there is still a not inconsiderable potential for improvement in the With regard to the "technical" properties of this well-known ski jumping glove available.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a surprisingly simple and effective manner in that the back of the glove is cut at least as long as the palm of the hand, that the ski jumping glove is cut in two dimensions, i.e. not inwards and inwards as with an anatomical template with the thumb opposite the other fingers offset downwards from the palm of the hand, but contrary to the anatomy of the human hand with the thumb flared to the side in such a way that, before wearing the ski jumping glove, the glove finger for the thumb lies in the same plane of the ski jumping glove as the approaches of the glove fingers for the other fingers of the Glove wearer on the glove body, so that the thumb is splayed to the side from the outset when wearing the ski jumping glove, that the back of the glove and the palm are cut congruently, and that either the side layers are geometrically designed so that in front of the tra In the case of the ski jumping glove, the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove, or that the side layers are inserted rotated by 180 ° compared to an anatomically cut glove, so that the ski jumping glove is curved from the palm to the back of the glove before it is worn.
This is achieved on the one hand because the upper hand of the glove is not shorter and the palm is longer, but the back of the glove is cut at least as long as the palm. On the other hand, the ski jumping glove according to the invention no longer uses an anatomical glove cut. Rather, the present invention proposes that the glove should not be cut three-dimensionally, as is usual, but rather two-dimensionally, that is to say precisely not in accordance with a natural anatomical hand shape. As a result, the glove finger for the thumb is not offset inwards and downwards with respect to the palm of the hand, but in the same plane of the ski jumping glove as the approaches of the glove fingers for the other fingers, so that the thumb attachment is spread sideways from the start when the ski jumping glove is worn.
This two-dimensionality increases the surface area of the ski jumping glove because the thumb is exposed to the side against the anatomy of the hand. As a result, a higher and wrinkle-free surface is achieved in the ski jumping glove according to the invention, which generates up to 40% more buoyancy. Measurements in the wind tunnel, which was specially built by the applicant for testing ski jumping gloves, have produced a remarkable result (see below for details).
In order to further simplify the production of the ski jumping glove according to the invention technically and thus significantly reduce costs, it is also prescribed to cut the back of the glove and the palm of the hand essentially congruently.
In a first variant of the ski jumping glove according to the invention, the side layers are geometrically designed in such a way that the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove before the ski jumping glove is worn. These variants are particularly straightforward to manufacture and show essentially the same physical effect on the glove wearer, regardless of whether the ski jumper aligns the back of the hand or the palm towards the take-off table during the flight phase.
Alternatively, in another variant of the invention, the side layers can be inserted rotated by 180 ° with respect to an anatomically cut glove, so that the ski jumping glove is curved from the palm to the back of the glove before it is worn. As a result, the ski flyer practically does not have to exert any force against the resistance of the glove during the jump phase in order to bring his fingers into the usual position, spread away from the back of the hand, and to linger there.
Particularly preferred are further developments of this second, alternative variant of the invention in which the side layers of the glove fingers apart from the thumb are cut wedge-shaped in such a way that the fingers apart from the thumb of the glove wearer are also bent upwards away from the back of the glove when wearing the ski jumping glove.
Normally, anatomically cut gloves always have side layers that are anatomically curved inwards. In the case of the specially developed ski jumper glove according to the invention, however, these side layers 3 are inserted the wrong way round, so that the "upside down" layers of the glove fingers are slightly upwards bending what actually contradicts the "natural, normal" anatomy of a hand. Thus, the glove according to the invention with this cut shape is already curved upwards and essentially already in the special ski jumper position.
Embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention are particularly advantageous which are characterized in that the back of the glove and the palm, including the glove fingers, are cut exactly congruent.
This not only has the advantage of an even more cost-effective production of the back of the glove and palm, because they now have an identical shape. In addition, this embodiment of the invention provides the ski jumper with the option of turning either the backhand or the palm during the jumping phase towards the slope, depending on the jumping style, which is individually different. Ski jumping gloves with exactly the same glove back and palm are in any case completely "neutral" in their handling properties in this regard.
A class of embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention is also very particularly preferred in which the glove finger for the thumb is made in one piece with the back of the glove, in particular without a seam.
This has the decisive advantage that there is no seam between the thumb and the backhand. This avoids bulging or wrinkles when the thumb is spread apart. The big advantage is that thus the thumb and backhand form a unit without a seam . This avoids air turbulence.
Normally, in known gloves, the thumb is always cut separately from the back of the hand and then attached and sewn to it. In the present case, however, the back of the hand and thumb are cut together from one piece, so that no creases can form on the back of the hand, particularly in the thumb area, when the glove is flat and spread out.
As an alternative or in addition, the glove according to the invention can also be designed as a knitted glove, in particular seamless, preferably dipped. A knitted, stretchable and seamless glove that can be dipped for optimal grip is also possible. Gloves without a seam usually give you a better sense of touch. Of course, if there is no seam, it cannot come loose, so that the durability of the glove is increased. A particularly good grip is achieved by coating, usually by means of immersion.
Conventionally, ski jumping gloves are made on the back of the hand from a material made of PA and foam, which is also used for the suits. Leather is used in the palm. The ski jumping glove according to the invention can, however, also have special materials in the palm, such as synthetic leather, artificial leather with a very high grip, and also synthetic materials with a corresponding grip coating, nubs or other imprints. This imprint can also be made partially, i.e. not over the whole Palm of the hand. These grip materials enable the ski jumper, on the one hand, to handle his equipment particularly safely and, on the other hand, to optimally kick off the ski jumping bar, even in wet and adverse conditions. This significantly reduces the risk of slipping on the beam.
In advantageous embodiments, the ski jumping gloves according to the invention can be made of synthetic leather, artificial leather with a high grip or of synthetic materials with a grip coating, nubs or a printed surface structure. All of the materials mentioned are customary in glove manufacture and are therefore easy to obtain commercially.
Embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention are also preferred which are characterized in that the palm is made of synthetic leather, artificial leather with a high grip or of synthetic materials with a grip coating, nubs or a printed surface structure. Chloroprene, polychloroprene or chlorobutadiene rubber is particularly suitable because these materials have a somewhat lower density and therefore a larger volume for the same weight, which in turn increases the surface area of the glove and contributes to aerodynamic lift when skiing. In this way, the ski jumping gloves modified according to the invention can also be produced using the conventional methods without additional complex new production technologies.
Developments of these embodiments are particularly advantageous in which a coating, nub or an imprint with a surface structure is only partially on a partial surface of the palm is upset. On the one hand, this saves coating material, on the other hand, individual grip properties can be specifically evoked for the respective ski jumping glove.
In further particularly preferred embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention, the inner palm is made from the same material as the back of the glove, preferably from a material that is also used for ski jumping suits. As a result, the physical properties of the glove during ski flying are "neutral" with regard to the hand position of the respective user, that is, the inside of the hand or the back of the hand is directed towards the ground. In addition, by matching the glove materials with the suit materials, uniformity of the ski jumping equipment is also achieved from an aesthetic point of view.

According to the invention, the
- a) with the back of the hand to the floor
or - b) with the palm to the floor.
With the novel glove cut according to the invention ("SEIZ Cut") described here, not only jumpers who jump with the back of their hand to the ski jumping hill floor can get a glove that is suitable for them, but also jumpers who jump with the palm of their hand to the jumping hill floor.
In this case, the backhand material, which is also used for the jump suits, is used in the palm of the hand and thus has the same effect as with the jumpers who fly to the ground with the backhand.

The values for embodiments of the ski jumping glove according to the invention thus show up to 40% higher resistance and associated lift.
The main aim of the ski jumping glove according to the present invention is to obtain as much wing area and thus lift as possible during the ski jumper's flight phase.
The laterally splayed thumb, which is cut completely against the anatomy of the human hand, is essential for this. In the natural anatomy of a (uncrippled) human, the thumb regularly points inwards and in the direction of the other fingers.
For no other glove in the world - apart from a generic ski jumping glove - would it make sense to cut the glove parts in such a way that after sewing the thumbs apart in a non-anatomical way, of all things.
Another important difference between the present invention and all other known finger gloves is the way in which the side layers are to be designed and arranged:
Either the side layers are geometrically designed so that the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove before wearing the ski jumping glove, or the side layers are inserted rotated by 180 ° compared to an anatomically cut glove, so that the Ski jumping glove is curved from the palm to the back of the glove before it is worn.
Under no circumstances does the known prior art provide any indication, however hidden, of this specific technical problem solution that can be achieved with the present invention.

that the ski jumping glove (10; 20) is cut two-dimensionally, i.e. not, as in an anatomical template, with the thumb offset inwardly and from the palm of the hand downwards in relation to the other fingers, but contrary to the anatomy of the human hand with the thumb flared to the side in this way that before wearing the ski jumping glove (10; 20) the glove finger (11a; 21a) for the thumb lies in the same plane of the ski jumping glove (10; 20) as the approaches of the glove fingers (11b, 11c, 11d, 11e; 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e) for the remaining fingers of the Glove wearer on the glove body, so that the thumb is splayed to the side from the start when wearing the ski jumping glove (10; 20),
that the back of the glove (12; 22) and the palm are cut congruently,
and that either the side layers (13) are geometrically designed in such a way that the palm of the hand runs essentially parallel to the back of the glove (12) before the ski jumping glove (10) is worn,
or that the side layers (23) are inserted rotated by 180 ° with respect to an anatomically cut glove, so that the ski jumping glove (20) is curved from the palm to the glove back (22) even before it is worn.
