The fixingrod 142 is inserted through theswing member 82, thefirst plate 83 and thesecond plate 84. -
FIG. 8 andFIG. 9 are schematic views of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. When a user wants to perform a cutting operation, first, thecontrol device 20 is activated, and thebuttons 22 are used for setting the length of the packingstrap 200 for thecalculation unit 60. Then, the packingstrap 200 is pulled to the position of thefirst roller 45. Thefirst roller 45 drives the packingstrap 200 to pass through thesecond opening 162 via thestrap cutting unit 50. Thesecond roller 63 and theencoder 62 calculate the length of the packingstrap 200 to be pulled out. When the predetermined length of the packingstrap 200 is reached, the control valve controls the high-pressure gas to enter thefirst chamber 311 through the throughhole 313 to move thesealing pad 32 and thepressing plate 33 toward theshaft 34, so that theshaft 34 links thelink rods 35 to pull the clampingrods 36 to rotate relative to each other, so as to press the packingstrap 200 through the fixing blocks 37. At the same time, thepivot portion 341 of theshaft 34 abuts against the linkingmember 53, and theupper blade 521 is pressed downward by the linkingmember 53 so that the cuttingbevel 524 of theupper blade 521 is against the packingstrap 200. Through the cuttingbevel 524, the packingstrap 200 is quickly cut to complete the cutting operation. After that, the control valve controls the high-pressure gas in thefirst chamber 313 to be exhausted, and thespring 39 pushes thesealing pad 32 and thepressing plate 33 upward, while theshaft 34, thelink rods 35, the clampingrods 36 and the fixing blocks 37 are driven to their original positions. The fixing blocks 37 push theupper blade 521 back to perform the cutting operation again. - The
pivot portion 341 is formed with thefirst contact surface 342 and thesecond contact surface 343, and one side of the linkingmember 53 is formed with theprotrusion 531 and therecess 532. In this way, when theshaft 34 is moved downward, thefirst contact surface 342 pushes against the protrusion 531 a distance, and then thesecond contact surface 343 pushes against therecess 532. Theprotrusion 531 and therecess 532 are arc-shaped, so they can be pressed stably, thereby reducing the stagnation between thepivot portion 341 of theshaft 34 and the linkingmember 53, so that thepivot portion 341 of theshaft 34 is more coherent and smoother when moving relatively. -
FIG. 10 is a schematic view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. Finally, the floatingconnection unit 80 can automatically adjust to the position of the packingstrap 200 to be pulled out according to the position of the packingstrap 200 to be pulled out. It is worth mentioning that thecoupling seat 81 has theadjustment hole 812 and theswing member 82 is accommodated in theadjustment hole 812. Since theadjustment hole 812 is an X-shaped hole, theswing member 82 can swing in the gaps of theadjustment hole 812. Thecoupling seat 81 and the base 15 can be automatically adjusted according to the angle of the packingstrap 200 to be pulled out, so that the packingstrap 200 is located between the limitingmembers 64 to pass straight through the packing straplength cutting device 100, so as to reduce the situation that the packing strap is jammed and failures. The user can quickly complete the cutting operation. -
FIG. 11 is a schematic view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention when in use. It is worth mentioning that thefirst sensing member 71 is a front sensing switch for sensing whether the packingstrap 200 is jammed, and thesecond sensing member 72 is a rear sensing switch for sensing whether the packingstrap 200 is used up. When thefirst sensing member 71 or thesecond sensing member 72 senses that the packing strap is jammed or pull abnormally, thefirst sensing member 71 or thesecond sensing member 72 sends the signal to thecontrol device 20 to control themotor 42 to stop. This allows the user to eliminate the abnormal situation of the packing strap in real time to increase the efficiency of use.
