Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pack or stack of impregnated wipe products and a method of making same.
- wet wipes are non-woven fabrics that are impregnated with a composition, which is usually liquid and contains, among other things, a disinfecting, cleaning and/or care ingredient.
- a composition which is usually liquid and contains, among other things, a disinfecting, cleaning and/or care ingredient.
- Wet wipes are now used in many areas of personal care and especially baby care and are very popular because they offer the possibility of quick and convenient cleaning or care without the need for additional water. But wet wipes are also popular in the cleaning sector, especially for surface disinfection.
- Impregnated pads are also nonwovens impregnated with a liquid composition, which as a rule differ from wet wipes only in their different format and possibly in a greater material thickness of the nonwoven. Just like wet wipes, they offer the advantage of a convenient cleaning option that is basically available everywhere, be it for disinfecting surfaces or objects or for daily personal care, for example to remove make-up.
- Both soaked pads and wet wipes are usually packaged in handy units of around 10 to 200 wipe products.
- a disadvantage of this type of packaging is that an uneven distribution of the impregnating agent is often observed in the packaging. Because in the stack of soaked wipe products contained in the packaging, the soaking agent sinks due to gravity after a comparatively short standing time, so that the wipe products at the top of the stack no longer contain sufficient soaking agent, while the wipe products at the bottom of the stack contain an unnecessarily large amount of soaking agent or are surrounded by too much impregnating agent. This limits the usability and particularly the effectiveness of the wipes located at the top of the stack.
- a pack of tissue products according to the preamble of claim 1 is, for example, from EP-A-0978247 known.
- An alternative approach is to use a higher viscosity saturant to reduce "sagging" of the saturant in the pack.
- the increased viscosity is achieved with thickeners.
- This approach also has various disadvantages, since thickeners impair the effectiveness of many impregnating agents.
- residues form on surfaces and, in addition, a larger amount of impregnating agent is required in order to adequately wet a surface to be cleaned.
- an attempt is also made to ensure the effectiveness of the tissue products located at the top of a stack by using a larger quantity of impregnating agent, in that these still have a sufficiently high moisture content even after the impregnating agent has dropped in the pack.
- this has the consequence that the production of the wipe products becomes more expensive due to the increased need for impregnating agents and moreover, due to gravity, even more impregnating agent accumulates at the bottom of a package and generally remains unused there.
- the EP 0 978 247 A1 describes a stack of impregnated wipes that includes one or more anti-evaporation layers between the impregnated wipes to prevent evaporation of volatile components of the impregnant.
- the evaporation control layers are not necessarily liquid-impermeable.
- the evaporation protection layers are preferably hydrophobic and consist of polyethylene or polypropylene. However, this places an additional burden on the environment, as these materials are not biodegradable, but accumulate multiple times in each pack as waste for disposal.
- the DE 10 2006 035 570 A1 describes a pack with disk- or pad-shaped fiber composite articles, each comprising a fiber fleece layer soaked with an impregnating liquid and a liquid-impermeable film layer, which prevents liquid migration to the bottom and evaporation and gives the article dimensional stability.
- this solution fulfills the purpose of reducing the sagging behavior of the impregnating agent in a pack, it has the major disadvantage that the production of such fiber composite articles entails significantly increased effort and greatly increased costs.
- the prior art does not provide a satisfactory and environmentally friendly solution that keeps the liquid gradient in a stack of saturated tissue products within an acceptable range and thereby increases the effectiveness of all saturated tissue products contained in the stack by a sufficient Guaranteed amount of impregnating agent contained in these while avoiding accumulation of liquid at the bottom of the pack.
- the use of an increased amount of impregnating agent should be avoided and the solution should preferably be equally suitable for all known nonwoven materials, i.e. both for natural fibers and for synthetic fibers, and pollute the environment as little as possible.
- the invention solves this problem with the features of the claims and in particular by providing a stack of tissue products or a pack of tissue products (so-called. "Flowpack") containing a stack comprising a plurality of tissue products arranged one on top of the other, the tissue products each having a nonwoven fabric impregnated with an impregnating agent, and wherein in the stack comprising the towel products arranged on top of one another there is also arranged at least one barrier layer which comprises or consists of a material which has a different absorbency for the impregnating agent than the nonwoven fabric which the Wipe products include and wherein the material comprising or comprising the at least one barrier layer is a liquid impervious film comprised of biodegradable and/or compostable plastic.
- a towel product is understood to mean, in particular, a pad or a towel made of nonwoven material that can be impregnated with a liquid composition.
- the saturated tissue products stacked in accordance with the present invention are stacked one on top of the other and optionally folded, for example by having one layer of tissue product interlock with the layer of tissue product above and the layer of tissue product below.
- the stack of wipe products of the present invention includes at least one barrier layer comprising or made of a material that has a different absorbency than the nonwoven fabric comprising the wipe products. The barrier layer prevents the impregnating liquid from spilling due to gravity Bottom of the pack or stack accumulates because it is impermeable or substantially impermeable to liquids.
- the number of barrier layers provided for a pack of tissue products and their positioning within the stack of tissue products is arbitrary and should be made dependent in particular on the number of tissue products contained in the stack. In small stacks of, for example, 10 tissue products, a barrier placed between every 5 of the tissue products may be sufficient. In this way, a liquid gradient forms above and below the barrier layer in the tissue products contained in the stack, but because the barrier layer is impermeable to the impregnating agent, this gradient is significantly lower than the liquid gradient in a corresponding stack of tissue products without a barrier layer arranged in between.
- tissue products for example in packs each containing 50, 100 or 200 tissue products, it is possible to arrange several barrier layers within the stack of tissue products, for example at a distance of 5, 10, 20 or 50 tissue products.
- the material comprising or comprising the at least one barrier layer has a lower absorbency than the nonwoven fabric comprising the wipe products, the barrier layer being impermeable or substantially impermeable to liquids.
- the liquid-impermeable material that comprises the at least one barrier layer or from which it consists is a film that consists of biodegradable and/or compostable plastic.
- the biodegradable and/or compostable plastic is selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic starch, cellulose, degradable polyesters, polylactide, seaweed, chitin, chitosan, lignin or mixtures of these or one or more of the aforementioned materials.
- a barrier layer can be contained several times per pack, depending on the size of the pack of tissue products or depending on the quantity of tissue products contained in a pack, the barrier layers contained in each pack result in increased waste, which, however, is due to the biodegradability or compostability of the liquid-impermeable film does not represent any additional burden on the environment. Rather, the inventive use of biodegradable/compostable barriers in a package of tissue products has the added benefit environmentally friendly effect that due to the more even distribution of liquid in a pack of tissue products due to the at least one contained barrier layer, fewer and preferably no tissue products are contained in a pack that contain too few impregnating agents, i.e. are too dry for the desired application, and are therefore unused have to be disposed of.
- the stack contained in a package of tissue products according to the present invention comprises a plurality of superimposed layers of tissue products separated by a barrier layer from a plurality of further superimposed layers of tissue products.
- the stack contained in a larger package of tissue products preferably comprises multiple barrier layers spaced apart from one another by one or more stacked layers of tissue products.
- a package of tissue products according to the invention comprises a stack in which impregnated tissue products are arranged alternately with barrier layers on top of one another, i.e. on each layer of tissue product there is a layer of barrier layer on which in turn is arranged a layer of tissue product.
- barrier layers on top of one another, i.e. on each layer of tissue product there is a layer of barrier layer on which in turn is arranged a layer of tissue product.
- a pack of tissue products according to the invention contains a stack in which a plurality of layers of tissue product arranged one on top of the other, for example 2-20 layers of tissue product, more preferably 3 to 15 layers of tissue product and particularly preferably 5 to 10 layers of tissue product, are separated by a barrier layer of several layers superposed plies of tissue product, for example 2-20 plies of tissue product, more preferably 3 to 15 plies of tissue product and most preferably 5 to 10 plies of tissue product.
- each impregnated wipe product contained in the stack contains a sufficient amount of impregnating agent such that the impregnated wipe products, regardless of whether they are arranged at the top or bottom of the stack, can reliably provide the desired cleaning success.
- the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention can be a conventional nonwoven fabric, in particular a nonwoven fabric comprising viscose fibers, polypropylene fibers, lyocell fibers, PET fibers, microfibers, cotton - comprises or consists of fibers or mixtures thereof.
- the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention consists of viscose fibers and/or lyocell fibers and/or PET fibers, i.e. it can be either 100% Viscose fibers, lyocell fibers or PET fibers consist, or consist of mixed fibers of these.
- the non-woven fabric also contains microfibers and/or cotton fibers, for example in a proportion of up to 20% by weight, in particular 0.1-5.0% by weight.
- the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention consists of viscose fibers and/or lyocell fibers and/or PET fibers and/or hemp fibers and/or cellulosic fibers and/or flax fibers, and optionally additionally of 0.1-20.0% by weight of microfibers and/or 0.1-20.0% by weight of cotton fibers.
- the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention comprises or consists of 30-70% by weight viscose fibers and 30-70% by weight PET fibers and optionally 0.1 - 5.0% by weight microfibers and/or 0.1 - 30.0% by weight cotton fibers.
- the proportion of viscose fibers to PET fibers can vary continuously, for example from 1% by weight viscose fibers / 99% by weight PET fibers to 99% by weight viscose fibers / 1% by weight PET fibers.
- the impregnated wipe products contained in a stack or packet according to the invention may be impregnated with any impregnating agent, in particular the impregnating agent being a water-, oil- or alcohol-based composition, an oil-in-water emulsion or a water-in-oil - Emulsion can be and / or is selected in particular from the group that includes or consists of cosmetic compositions or preparations, cleaning agents and disinfectants.
- the impregnating agent being a water-, oil- or alcohol-based composition, an oil-in-water emulsion or a water-in-oil - Emulsion can be and / or is selected in particular from the group that includes or consists of cosmetic compositions or preparations, cleaning agents and disinfectants.
- Cosmetic compositions or preparations are understood to mean all types of liquid cosmetic compositions or preparations, including facial and/or body cleansing and care products, de-makeup, face masks, cures, skin care products, cosmetic products and products containing a medicinal or cosmetic active ingredient contain, where the active ingredient e.g. a compound with caring, greasing, moisturizing, calming, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, regenerative, wound healing, invigorating, firming, blood circulation-promoting, antimicrobial, fungicidal, bactericidal, antiallergic and/or antibacterial properties.
- active ingredient e.g. a compound with caring, greasing, moisturizing, calming, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, regenerative, wound healing, invigorating, firming, blood circulation-promoting, antimicrobial, fungicidal, bactericidal, antiallergic and/or antibacterial properties.
- Cleaning agents are understood to mean both agents for cleaning the body and agents for cleaning surfaces, e.g. floors.
- Disinfectants are understood to mean both skin disinfectants, in particular hand disinfectants, and surface disinfectants.
- the at least one barrier layer also contained in the pack with tissue products according to the invention is not accidentally used by the users like a soaked tissue product for cleaning etc.
- the at least one barrier layer optionally differs optically from the tissue products, in particular by a different color.
- the invention also relates to a method for producing a pack of tissue products containing a stack comprising a plurality of tissue products arranged one on top of the other, each comprising a nonwoven fabric impregnated with an impregnating agent, wherein in the stack comprising the tissue products arranged one on top of the other also at least disposing a barrier layer comprising or consisting of a material having a different absorbency than the non-woven fabric comprising the towel products, the at least one barrier layer being a liquid-impermeable film composed of biodegradable and/or compostable plastic.
- a plurality of layers of tissue products arranged one on top of the other are preferably arranged between two barrier layers in each case, with the barrier layers and the tissue products together forming the stack.
- the barrier layers and the tissue products together form the stack.
- 2 to 20 layers of cloth products in particular 3 to 15 layers of cloth products and particularly preferably 5 to 10 layers of cloth products can be arranged between two layers of barrier layer.
- tissue products, nonwoven fabrics, impregnating agents and barrier layers used in the method according to the invention can in particular be of the type described above with reference to the pack of tissue products or the stack of tissue products according to the invention.
- large-scale production can be continued unaltered, i.e., no other or additional machinery is required, because the placement of a barrier layer in the stack merely requires substituting a roll of the barrier material for the roll of non-woven fabric used for the towel products.
- the stack 1 has a large number of tissue products 2 which are arranged in layers one on top of the other.
- the tissue products 2 can be arranged horizontally one on top of the other lengthwise or also partially folded into one another, for example by a layer of tissue product 2 being folded on one side into the layer of tissue product 2 above it and on the opposite side into the layer of tissue product 2 below it .
- the stack 1 After every five layers of tissue product 2 placed one on top of the other, the stack 1 has a barrier layer 3 which consists of a liquid-impermeable material. In this way, soaking agent that escapes from the soaked tissue products and flows down by gravity can flow down a maximum of four layers in the pack until it is stopped by the barrier layer 3 . In this way, a liquid gradient only forms between the five layers of tissue product 2 arranged between the barrier layers 3 , but not (as in the prior art) between all the layers of tissue product 2 contained in the pack.
- the liquid gradient is accordingly much lower than in the Prior art is observed, and the barrier layers 3 (arranged at regular intervals in the embodiment shown) ensure that all tissue products 2 arranged in the pack or in the stack 1 are still saturated with sufficient impregnating agent even after a period of standing.
- Table 1 Analysis of the sagging behavior in a pack with tissue products according to the invention number of cloths Amount of liquid [g] liquid gradient 10 94.93 1.59 20 115.7 30 112:29 40 127.54 50 103.09 60 125.48 70 103.52 80 132.59 90 120.19 100 150.66
- the sagging behavior in a conventional pack of saturated tissue products 2 without a barrier layer 3 was examined in an analogous manner.
- the same non-woven fabric, the same impregnating agent and the same amount of impregnating agent were used for this.
- the total of 100 soaked tissue products were then subsequently stored one on top of the other without barrier layers 3 in between. Storage was also carried out for 55 hours.
- the sagging behavior of the impregnating agent in stack 1 was then examined by always removing and weighing the top 10 towels from stack 1 from above. The result is in Table 2 below and in the figure 2 (Curve B) shown.
- the liquid gradient was determined both for the pack with tissue products 2 according to the invention and for the reference pack. This is defined as the quotient of the amount or the weight of impregnating agent in the top ten layers of tissue products 2 and the amount or the weight of impregnating agent in the bottom ten layers of tissue products 2 in the stack 1.
- a liquid gradient of 1.59 was determined and for the reference package with tissue products 2 a liquid gradient of 2.25 was determined.
- the barrier layer 3 significantly improves the sagging behavior in a pack with tissue products 2 , in that all tissue products 2 contained in a pack still contain a completely sufficient amount of impregnating agent even after a longer period of time.
- This is not the case in a pack without a barrier layer 3, as is usually found in the prior art, because with a liquid gradient > 2, the upper tissue products 2 of a pack only contain an insufficient amount of impregnating agent, while the lower Wipe products 2 in a pack contain too much saturant.
- the top towel products 2 therefore often have to be discarded unused because they do not contain enough impregnating agent for the desired application.
- the excess saturant that accumulates at the bottom of the pack must also be disposed of unused in packs not according to the invention without a barrier layer, so that the environment is polluted both by unused saturant and by unused tissue products. This is avoided by the present invention.

As is known, wet wipes are non-woven fabrics that are impregnated with a composition, which is usually liquid and contains, among other things, a disinfecting, cleaning and/or care ingredient. Wet wipes are now used in many areas of personal care and especially baby care and are very popular because they offer the possibility of quick and convenient cleaning or care without the need for additional water. But wet wipes are also popular in the cleaning sector, especially for surface disinfection.
Ebenso wie Feuchttücher bieten sie den Vorteil einer grundsätzlich überall verfügbaren bequemen Reinigungsmöglichkeit, sei es zur Desinfektion von Flächen oder Gegenständen oder zur täglichen persönlichen Pflege, beispielsweise zum Entfernen von Make-up.Impregnated pads are also nonwovens impregnated with a liquid composition, which as a rule differ from wet wipes only in their different format and possibly in a greater material thickness of the nonwoven. Just like wet wipes, they offer the advantage of a convenient cleaning option that is basically available everywhere, be it for disinfecting surfaces or objects or for daily personal care, for example to remove make-up.
Various approaches are known from the prior art for solving this problem. For example, there are holders or dispensers in which the stacks with the soaked wipe products are stored upside down. In addition to the disadvantage of the lack of mobility, this approach does not solve the problem of the uneven distribution of impregnating agent within the pack, since in this way the tissue products removed first from the pack are sufficiently saturated, while the upper tissue products remaining in the pack contain a small amount of impregnating agent. The problem is therefore only shifted to the extent that it is no longer the wipe products removed first from a pack that are insufficiently saturated, but the wipes removed last.
An alternative approach is to use a higher viscosity saturant to reduce "sagging" of the saturant in the pack. The increased viscosity is achieved with thickeners. This approach also has various disadvantages, since thickeners impair the effectiveness of many impregnating agents. Furthermore, due to the increased viscosity of the impregnating agent, residues form on surfaces and, in addition, a larger amount of impregnating agent is required in order to adequately wet a surface to be cleaned. Furthermore, an attempt is also made to ensure the effectiveness of the tissue products located at the top of a stack by using a larger quantity of impregnating agent, in that these still have a sufficiently high moisture content even after the impregnating agent has dropped in the pack. However, this has the consequence that the production of the wipe products becomes more expensive due to the increased need for impregnating agents and moreover, due to gravity, even more impregnating agent accumulates at the bottom of a package and generally remains unused there.
Dies führt einerseits zu einer erhöhten erforderlichen Tränkmenge, was wiederum erhöhte Herstellungskosten mit sich bringt, und andererseits zu möglichen Wechselwirkungen mit in dem Tränkungsmittel enthaltenen Wirkstoffen (hier sei als Beispiel erwähnt, dass die Wiederfindungsrate von Benzalkoniumchlorid auf Viskose im Vergleich zu PET sehr schlecht ist).Yet another approach to better distribution of impregnating agent in a stack of impregnated cloth products provides that only natural fibers (viscose, tencel or the like) are used as nonwoven materials to be impregnated, since these have a higher absorbency than synthetic fibers. On the one hand, this leads to an increased amount of impregnation required, which in turn entails increased production costs, and on the other hand to possible interactions with the active ingredients contained in the impregnation agent (here it should be mentioned as an example that the recovery rate of benzalkonium chloride on viscose is very poor compared to PET) .

In summary, it can be said that the prior art does not provide a satisfactory and environmentally friendly solution that keeps the liquid gradient in a stack of saturated tissue products within an acceptable range and thereby increases the effectiveness of all saturated tissue products contained in the stack by a sufficient Guaranteed amount of impregnating agent contained in these while avoiding accumulation of liquid at the bottom of the pack.
It is the object of the present invention to provide an alternative solution for a pack containing a stack of soaked tissue products, which avoids the above-mentioned disadvantages known from the prior art and is characterized in particular by the fact that the liquid gradient in the pack or in the stack of soaked wipe products is kept low. In particular, the use of an increased amount of impregnating agent should be avoided and the solution should preferably be equally suitable for all known nonwoven materials, i.e. both for natural fibers and for synthetic fibers, and pollute the environment as little as possible.
The invention solves this problem with the features of the claims and in particular by providing a stack of tissue products or a pack of tissue products (so-called.
For the purposes of the invention, a towel product is understood to mean, in particular, a pad or a towel made of nonwoven material that can be impregnated with a liquid composition.
Like conventional tissue products, the saturated tissue products stacked in accordance with the present invention are stacked one on top of the other and optionally folded, for example by having one layer of tissue product interlock with the layer of tissue product above and the layer of tissue product below. However, unlike conventional wipe products, the stack of wipe products of the present invention includes at least one barrier layer comprising or made of a material that has a different absorbency than the nonwoven fabric comprising the wipe products. The barrier layer prevents the impregnating liquid from spilling due to gravity Bottom of the pack or stack accumulates because it is impermeable or substantially impermeable to liquids.
The number of barrier layers provided for a pack of tissue products and their positioning within the stack of tissue products is arbitrary and should be made dependent in particular on the number of tissue products contained in the stack.
In larger packaging units, for example in packs each containing 50, 100 or 200 tissue products, it is possible to arrange several barrier layers within the stack of tissue products, for example at a distance of 5, 10, 20 or 50 tissue products.
In accordance with the present invention, the material comprising or comprising the at least one barrier layer has a lower absorbency than the nonwoven fabric comprising the wipe products, the barrier layer being impermeable or substantially impermeable to liquids.
According to the invention, the liquid-impermeable material that comprises the at least one barrier layer or from which it consists is a film that consists of biodegradable and/or compostable plastic. In particular, the biodegradable and/or compostable plastic is selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic starch, cellulose, degradable polyesters, polylactide, seaweed, chitin, chitosan, lignin or mixtures of these or one or more of the aforementioned materials. Since a barrier layer can be contained several times per pack, depending on the size of the pack of tissue products or depending on the quantity of tissue products contained in a pack, the barrier layers contained in each pack result in increased waste, which, however, is due to the biodegradability or compostability of the liquid-impermeable film does not represent any additional burden on the environment.
The stack contained in a package of tissue products according to the present invention comprises a plurality of superimposed layers of tissue products separated by a barrier layer from a plurality of further superimposed layers of tissue products.
Since multiple barrier layers are required or advisable in larger packaging units, the stack contained in a larger package of tissue products preferably comprises multiple barrier layers spaced apart from one another by one or more stacked layers of tissue products.
According to one embodiment, a package of tissue products according to the invention comprises a stack in which impregnated tissue products are arranged alternately with barrier layers on top of one another, i.e. on each layer of tissue product there is a layer of barrier layer on which in turn is arranged a layer of tissue product. In this way, the exact desired amount of saturant will always remain in the wipe product, since each wipe product is bounded both at the top and at the bottom by a layer of liquid-impermeable barrier.
According to a further embodiment, a pack of tissue products according to the invention contains a stack in which a plurality of layers of tissue product arranged one on top of the other, for example 2-20 layers of tissue product, more preferably 3 to 15 layers of tissue product and particularly preferably 5 to 10 layers of tissue product, are separated by a barrier layer of several layers superposed plies of tissue product, for example 2-20 plies of tissue product, more preferably 3 to 15 plies of tissue product and most preferably 5 to 10 plies of tissue product. In this way there are always 2-20 plies of tissue product, more preferably 3 to 15 plies of tissue product and most preferably 5 to 10 plies of tissue product between two barrier layers, whereby the impregnant can only ever flow down between two barrier layers due to gravity, but not into the tissue products placed beneath the constraining barrier or even to the bottom of the package. The liquid gradient in the pack is kept small in this way and is of course the smaller the fewer layers of tissue products placed between two barrier layers are. By choosing an appropriate amount of barrier layers used per stack and by positioning them appropriately, particularly at a consistent spacing of a few layers of wipe products, it is ensured that each impregnated wipe product contained in the stack contains a sufficient amount of impregnating agent such that the impregnated wipe products, regardless of whether they are arranged at the top or bottom of the stack, can reliably provide the desired cleaning success.
The present invention is fully suitable for all nonwovens. Therefore, the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention can be a conventional nonwoven fabric, in particular a nonwoven fabric comprising viscose fibers, polypropylene fibers, lyocell fibers, PET fibers, microfibers, cotton - comprises or consists of fibers or mixtures thereof.
According to one embodiment, the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention consists of viscose fibers and/or lyocell fibers and/or PET fibers, i.e. it can be either 100% Viscose fibers, lyocell fibers or PET fibers consist, or consist of mixed fibers of these.
Optional enthält der Vliesstoff auch Mikrofasern und/oder Baumwoll-Fasern, beispielsweise zu einem Anteil von jeweils bis zu 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 0,1 - 5,0 Gew.-%.Optionally, the non-woven fabric also contains microfibers and/or cotton fibers, for example in a proportion of up to 20% by weight, in particular 0.1-5.0% by weight.
According to a preferred embodiment, the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention consists of viscose fibers and/or lyocell fibers and/or PET fibers and/or hemp fibers and/or cellulosic fibers and/or flax fibers, and optionally additionally of 0.1-20.0% by weight of microfibers and/or 0.1-20.0% by weight of cotton fibers.
Particularly preferably, the nonwoven fabric contained in a stack of impregnated tissue products or in a pack of impregnated tissue products according to the invention comprises or consists of 30-70% by weight viscose fibers and 30-70% by weight PET fibers and optionally 0.1 - 5.0% by weight microfibers and/or 0.1 - 30.0% by weight cotton fibers.
In embodiments in which the nonwoven contains neither Lyocell fibers nor microfibers or cotton fibers but consists exclusively of viscose fibers and PET fibers, the proportion of viscose fibers to PET fibers can vary continuously, for example from 1% by weight viscose fibers / 99% by weight PET fibers to 99% by weight viscose fibers / 1% by weight PET fibers.
The impregnated wipe products contained in a stack or packet according to the invention may be impregnated with any impregnating agent, in particular the impregnating agent being a water-, oil- or alcohol-based composition, an oil-in-water emulsion or a water-in-oil - Emulsion can be and / or is selected in particular from the group that includes or consists of cosmetic compositions or preparations, cleaning agents and disinfectants.
Cosmetic compositions or preparations are understood to mean all types of liquid cosmetic compositions or preparations, including facial and/or body cleansing and care products, de-makeup, face masks, cures, skin care products, cosmetic products and products containing a medicinal or cosmetic active ingredient contain, where the active ingredient e.g. a compound with caring, greasing, moisturizing, calming, moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, regenerative, wound healing, invigorating, firming, blood circulation-promoting, antimicrobial, fungicidal, bactericidal, antiallergic and/or antibacterial properties.
Cleaning agents are understood to mean both agents for cleaning the body and agents for cleaning surfaces, e.g. floors.
Disinfectants are understood to mean both skin disinfectants, in particular hand disinfectants, and surface disinfectants.
So that the at least one barrier layer also contained in the pack with tissue products according to the invention is not accidentally used by the users like a soaked tissue product for cleaning etc., the at least one barrier layer optionally differs optically from the tissue products, in particular by a different color.
The invention also relates to a method for producing a pack of tissue products containing a stack comprising a plurality of tissue products arranged one on top of the other, each comprising a nonwoven fabric impregnated with an impregnating agent, wherein in the stack comprising the tissue products arranged one on top of the other also at least disposing a barrier layer comprising or consisting of a material having a different absorbency than the non-woven fabric comprising the towel products, the at least one barrier layer being a liquid-impermeable film composed of biodegradable and/or compostable plastic.
In the method according to the invention, a plurality of layers of tissue products arranged one on top of the other are preferably arranged between two barrier layers in each case, with the barrier layers and the tissue products together forming the stack. In particular, for example 2 to 20 layers of cloth products, in particular 3 to 15 layers of cloth products and particularly preferably 5 to 10 layers of cloth products can be arranged between two layers of barrier layer.
The tissue products, nonwoven fabrics, impregnating agents and barrier layers used in the method according to the invention can in particular be of the type described above with reference to the pack of tissue products or the stack of tissue products according to the invention.
Advantageously, large-scale production can be continued unaltered, i.e., no other or additional machinery is required, because the placement of a barrier layer in the stack merely requires substituting a roll of the barrier material for the roll of non-woven fabric used for the towel products.

In the embodiment shown, the stack 1 has a large number of
After every five layers of
To investigate the sagging behavior in a pack of
The liquid gradient was determined both for the pack with
It can thus be seen that the
