Claims (3)
- Angebundener Kunststoffschraubstopfen (100), umfassend:eine Verschlussschale (104),ein Manipulationsnachweisband (106), das über eine Vielzahl von Brücken (112, 116) trennbar mit der Verschlussschale (104) verbunden ist, und zwar eine Vielzahl von oberen Brücken (112), die eine obere Schwächungslinie (110) bilden, und eine Vielzahl von unteren Brücken (116), die eine untere Schwächungslinie (114) bilden, wobei die Brücken einen unteren Rand der Verschlussschale (104) mit einem oberen Rand des Manipulationsnachweisbands (106) verbinden, wobei jede der Brücken (112, 116) dazu ausgestaltet sind, gedehnt und zerbrochen zu werden, wenn die Verschlussschale (104) aus einer ersten Ausrichtung vor dem Öffnen in eine zweite Ausrichtung nach dem Öffnen bewegt wird,eine Leiste (108), die an einer Verbindungsstelle (120) mit der Verschlussschale (104) verbunden ist, wobei die Leiste (108) eine Extremität an einem Ende der oberen Schwächungslinie (110) umfasst, wobei die Extremität die Leiste (108) an der Verbindungsstelle (120) mit der Verschlussschale (104) verbindet, undein Scharnier (118), das die Leiste (108) und das Manipulationsnachweisband (106) verbindet, wobei das Scharnier (118) unter einem Satz Brücken (112), die entlang der oberen Schwächungslinie (110) angeordnet sind, positioniert ist,wobei bei einer Stopfenkonfiguration mit einer Schraubbewegung im Uhrzeigersinndas Ende der oberen Schwächungslinie (110), das links von dem Scharnier (118) des Stopfens (100) angeordnet ist, über einer unteren Brücke (116) der unteren Schwächungslinie (114) angeordnet ist, die in Bezug auf die Schraubrichtung im Uhrzeigersinn als nächstes von dem Scharnier (118) angeordnet ist,die Leiste (108) eine erste Leiste (108) ist,der Schraubstopfen (100) ferner eine zweite Leiste (108) mit einer Extremität an dem anderen Ende der oberen Schwächungslinie (110) umfasst, die die zweite Leiste (108) an einer zweiten Verbindungsstelle (120) mit der Verschlussschale (104) verbindet,ein zweites Scharnier (118), das die zweite Leiste (108) und das Manipulationsnachweisband (106) verbindet, wobei das zweite Scharnier (118) unter einem zweiten Satz Brücken (112), die entlang der oberen Schwächungslinie (110) angeordnet sind, positioniert ist,wobei die zweite Leiste (108) gegenüber der ersten Leiste (108) um einen Durchmesser des Manipulationsnachweisbands (106) positioniert ist, unddie erste Leiste (108) und die zweite Leiste (108) durch die obere Schwächungslinie (110) trennbar mit der Verschlussschale (104) und durch die untere Schwächungslinie (114) mit dem Manipulationsnachweisband (106) verbunden sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie obere Schwächungslinie (110) bezüglich der unteren Schwächungslinie (114) asymmetrisch ist, die bezüglich einer einen Durchmesser des Stopfens (100) durchquerenden vertikalen Ebene symmetrisch ist.
- Angebundener Kunststoffschraubstopfen (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der oberen Schwächungslinie (110) links von dem Scharnier (118) angeordnet und winkelmäßig innerhalb von 40° einer vertikalen Achse der unteren Brücke (116) positioniert ist, die dem Scharnier (118) bei einer Konfiguration mit einer Schraubbewegung im Uhrzeigersinn am nächsten angeordnet ist.
- Angebundener Kunststoffschraubstopfen (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der oberen Schwächungslinie (110) links von dem Scharnier (118) angeordnet und winkelmäßig innerhalb von 20° einer vertikalen Achse der unteren Brücke (116) positioniert ist, die dem Scharnier (118) bei einer Konfiguration mit einer Schraubbewegung im Uhrzeigersinn am nächsten angeordnet ist.
