Similar devices are known from the state of the art.

The coupling device 2 comprises at least two fixing modules 6, 6'. Each fixing module 6, 6' is designed to be fixed to a shoe 8, 8'. The two fixing modules 6, 6' are interconnected by a body 7. Body 7 is therefore connected to the two attachment modules 6, 6'. Advantageously, each end of the body 7 is connected to a fixing module. Moreover, the body 7 extends between the two attachment modules 6, 6'.

A fixing module 6 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the figure 2 . The fixing module 6 comprises at least one fixing element 61 for its fixing to the shoe 8, 8' and at least one connecting means 62 for its connection to the body 7 of the coupling device 2.

Attachment 61 may include a jaw for reversibly attaching to a skate. For example, the fixing element 61 can comprise a suction cup and/or tightening system. In one embodiment illustrated on a figure 7 , the fastening element comprises a jaw.

The connecting means 62 is preferably designed to form with the body 7, a ball joint. The connecting means 62 of the fixing module 6 illustrated picture 2 includes a female ball joint but could include a male ball joint. As illustrated on the figure 8 , the connecting means makes it possible to receive a connecting means complementary to a carriage 33.

Le brin 64 permet de relier le module de fixation 6 au corps de l'élève 5.The coupling device 2 may further comprise at least one strand 64, a first end of which is connected to the fixing module 6 and the second end of which is designed to be attached to the pupil 5 in order to help him maintain a position. forward. This strand 64 helps the students, especially young children, to keep their pelvis forward of the skates. The strand 64 makes it possible to connect the fixing module 6 to the student's body 5.

Le bouton poussoir permet par exemple de libérer l'enrouleur d'un ressort de rappel et de modifier alors la longueur prédéfinie du brin 64.Said strand 64 may comprise an automatic winder 63 and/or a means for adjusting the length of the strand. The automatic winder 63 keeps the strand 64 under tension. The automatic winder 63 also makes it possible to block the unwinding of the strand 64 when the latter reaches a predefined maximum length. In one embodiment, the automatic winder comprises a means for adjusting said predefined length, for example, a push button (not shown). The push button makes it possible, for example, to release the winder from a return spring and then modify the predefined length of the strand 64.

On the other hand, the at least one strand 64 can serve as a visual guide for practicing edge grips by highlighting the movements of the pelvis. The second end preferably comprises reversible fasteners of the VELCRO ® type or a carabiner for its attachment to the student's body. Preferably, the strand 64 is designed to be attached to the student's clothing, for example at the level of the belt so as to prevent him from tilting his pelvis backwards. These fasteners are designed to come loose in the event of strong tension on the strand.

Ledit brin 64 peut comprendre un enrouleur automatique 63 et/ou un moyen de réglage de la longueur du brin, préférentiellement fixé au module de fixation 6.In one embodiment, the invention relates to a device for maintaining a student's position comprising a fixing module 6 intended to be fixed to a skate, the device comprising at least one strand 64, a first end of which is connected to the module fixing 6 and whose second end is designed to be attached to the pupil 5, preferably in order to help him maintain a forward position. Said strand 64 may comprise an automatic winder 63 and/or a means for adjusting the length of the strand, preferably fixed to the fixing module 6.

The attachment module 6 can then be designed to fit on a ski or a snowboard.

The coupling device 2 as a whole is described below with reference to the figures 3, 4, 5 , 9 and 10 .

Said coupling device 2 advantageously makes it possible, on the one hand, to force the student 5 to keep his two pads 8 within a range of predetermined distance, and on the other hand, to limit the divergence and convergence of the pads.

The coupling device 2 is designed to allow at least one translation of the first fixing module 6 relative to the second fixing module 6' so that the distance between the two fixing modules can be free between a first minimum distance predetermined distance and a second predetermined maximum distance. By a free distance, it is meant here that the student can bring his skates closer and further apart and therefore the two fixing modules from each other between a maximum distance and a minimum distance.

This controlled freedom makes it possible to force the student 5 to keep his skates 8, 8' within a range of predetermined and adjustable distance from each other. As a variant, in all the embodiments, the bringing together and/or the moving away between the two pads 8, and therefore between the two fixing modules 6, 6' could be done by any movement other than a translation, but of preferably by substantially a translation.

The coupling device 2 further comprises a body 7 between the two fixing elements 6, 6'. Preferably, the body 7 allows at least one translation between the connecting means 62, 62' of the fixing modules 6, 6'.

The body 7 connects the connecting means 62 of the first fixing module 6 to the connecting means 62' of the second fixing module 6'.

At least one, preferably both portions 11, 12, comprises a slideway 32, 32' designed to receive a carriage 33, 33'. The carriage 33, 33' is therefore linked to one of the portions 11, 12 with a degree of freedom in translation. As a variant, another movement can be envisaged, in particular substantially a translation.

The carriage 33, 33' is connected to a connecting means 62, 62' of a fixing module 6, 6'. The mechanical connection between the carriage 33, 33' and the connection means 62, 62' can comprise a mechanical connection allowing at least one degree of freedom in rotation. Preferably, the mechanical connection between the carriage 33, 33' and the fixing module 6, 6' is a ball joint, allowing three degrees of freedom in rotation. This ball joint makes it possible, when the runners 8, 8' are skis, not to prevent the skier from taking the edge.

Preferably, the carriage 33, 33' comprises a portion designed to cooperate with the connecting means 62 so as to form a ball joint.

The slide 32, 32' can comprise at least a first stop 13, 13' to block the translation of the carriage 33, 33' in a first direction. The slide can further comprise at least one second stop 14, 14' to block the translation of the carriage 33, 33' in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

During the displacement of one pad relative to the other, the carriage 33, 33' follows the slide between the first stop 13, 13' and the second stop 14, 14'. During the movement of one pad relative to the other, the carriage 33, 33' can thus move along the slideway 32, 32' between the first stop 13, 13' and the second stop 14, 14'.

When the pads are moved away, the at least one carriage 33, 33' slides along the slideway 32, 32' as far as the at least one first stop 13, 13', defining a maximum distance between the connecting means 62, 62' of each fixing module 6, 6'.

In one embodiment, the position along the slide of at least one stop 13, 13', 14, 14' is adjustable.

The at least one first stop 13, 13' and/or the at least one second stop 14, 14' can be moved along the slideway 32, 32'. This improvement advantageously makes it possible to modify the maximum and minimum distances according to the progress of the pupil and/or according to the pupil.

The at least one second stop can even be removed to set the minimum distance to around 0 cm. The first minimum distance and/or the second maximum distance are variable depending on the position of the stops.

In one embodiment, the first predetermined minimum distance between the two connecting means 62, 62' is between 0 cm and 35 cm.

In one embodiment, the second predetermined maximum distance between the two connecting means 62, 62' is between 2 cm and 40 cm.

In one embodiment, the difference between the first minimum distance and the second maximum distance is between 2 cm and 40 cm.

The first minimum distance and the second minimum distance can be adjusted by moving one or more stops 13, 13', 14, 14' along the slide 32, 32'. In one embodiment, the first stops are removable from the slideway so as to predetermine the first minimum distance at 0 cm.

Préférentiellement, le corps 7 peut comprendre au moins un moyen de recentrage et/ou d'amortissement pour le blocage progressif du chariot 33, 33' contre la première butée 13, 13' ou contre la deuxième butée 14, 14'.Preferably, the body 7 can comprise at least one recentering and/or damping means for the progressive blocking of the carriage 33, 33' against the first stop 13, 13' or against the second stop 14, 14'.

The first abutment 13, 13' and/or the second abutment 14, 14' can comprise at least one recentering and damping means 15. The recentering and damping means or means 15 can comprise a compressible material such as a foam or an elastomer. The refocusing and damping means 15 may comprise a spring.

These refocusing and damping means 15 advantageously allow the student 5 to favor the repositioning of the skates in the center of the predefined spacing between the stops 13, 13' and the stops 14, 14'.

The attachment between the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 may comprise a frangible or detachable attachment. This attachment of the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 to each other is advantageously a reversible removable connection. Particularly, this fixing can be detachable automatically in case of too much constraint. This fixing advantageously allows the automatic or semi-automatic fixing, for example assisted, of the two portions 11, 12. For this mutual fixing, each portion 11, 12 comprises corresponding connection elements.

Said breakable or detachable fastener according to the embodiment is for example designed to separate the first portion 11 from the second portion 12 in the event of a mechanical shock greater than a predetermined stress. This disjunction of the body 7 makes it possible to limit certain risks of injury, for example in the case where the pupil would take off only one foot while the two pads remain connected by the device.

Said detachable attachment may comprise a removable or reversible connection. For example, the detachable attachment may comprise a VELCRO® type attachment device or a closure using flexible hooks and/or loops.

In the embodiment illustrated in the picture 3 , the binding comprises two magnets 30, 30' on the end of the first portion 11 and of the second portion 12. Alternatively, any binding comprising at least one magnet can be implemented. Thus, the connection elements of the portions 11, 12 are designed for mutual magnetic connection, and for this comprise at least one magnet, or even at least two magnets (one magnet each or more).

The magnet(s) 30, 30' are designed to be separated. This separation is obtained from a predetermined constraint.

Said detachable fastener may comprise a material whose tensile strength is less than 30 MPa.

The first portion 11 and the second portion 12 can also comprise complementary fixing means, in other words connection elements, such as male/female couples. These fixing means or complementary connection elements can comprise at least one stud 31 and at least one hole 31' designed to receive the stud 31, as illustrated by a second embodiment on the figure 5 . In this embodiment, the at least one stud 31 and the at least one hole 31' designed to receive the stud 31 comprise the two magnets 30, 30'.

Les deux premières portions 11, 12 forment donc des portions d'extrémité du corps 7.The figures 9 and 10 illustrate a third embodiment of a removable magnetic connection between a first portion 11 and a second portion 12 of a body 7. In this third embodiment, the body 7 comprises a first portion 11 connected to the first module 6, a second portion 12 connected to the second module 6', and a third intermediate portion 27 connected respectively to the first two portions 11, 12. The two first portions 11, 12 therefore form end portions of the body 7.

The third intermediate portion 27 comprises various movable parts relative to each other in order to adjust the length of this third portion 27. This construction allows the body 7 to fulfill the function of freedom in translation allowing the free modification of the distance between the two fixing elements 6, 6' within a predefined limit. In this embodiment, the third portion comprises telescopic cylinders sliding relative to each other. Adjustment stops are provided to define the amplitude of movement of each telescopic cylinder. Naturally, any other arrangement making it possible to fulfill the same function in an equivalent manner can be envisaged as a variant.

Each of the two first portions 11, 12 comprises a connection element 41 to form a removable connection with a corresponding connection element 40 of the third portion 27. This arrangement makes it possible to form two identical connections between the third portion 27 and respectively the first portion 11 and the second portion 12. According to this embodiment, these two connections are removable and magnetized. For this, the connection elements 40, 41 implement a magnetic mutual attachment. On the other hand, according to this embodiment, the connection element 40 of the third portion 27 has a frustoconical shape and is a magnet. The connection element 41 of the end portions 11, 12 has a corresponding hollow shape, allowing the housing of the connection element 40 of frustoconical shape mentioned above. On the other hand, this hollow shape is open laterally, to allow the detachment of the frustoconical shape, according to a particular predefined direction, as will be detailed below. Its end is also open for the passage of a connecting rod 43 connecting the frustoconical connection element 40 to the third intermediate portion 27 in the fixing configuration. As a variant, the second connection between the second portion 12 and the third portion 27 could be different, for example have different connection elements, and/or not be removable, and/or not be magnetized.

The figure 10 illustrates the coupling device 2 according to the third embodiment in a detached configuration, more precisely semi-detached. Indeed, in this configuration, the first portion 11 and the third intermediate portion 27 are detached. Their corresponding connection elements 40, 41 are no longer engaged. On the other hand, the second portion 12 and the third intermediate portion 27 remain fixed to each other. Alternatively, these two portions 12, 27 could also be detached, similarly to the two portions 11, 27.

According to the embodiment, a cable 42 is fixed on the one hand to the connection element 40 of the third portion 27 and on the other hand to the first portion 11. Advantageously, this first portion 11 incorporates an automatic winder, which allows the cable 42 to unwind automatically to increase the distance between the two portions 11, 27. However, the reel exerts a return force on the cable 42, which winds the cable automatically if the two portions 11, 27 come together, and promotes the bringing together of the two portions 11, 27, to assist a user during a fixing phase of the body 7. The same arrangement is symmetrically arranged between the second portion 12 and the third portion 27. Naturally, this cable 42 remains optional and it is possible to envisage an alternative embodiment without cable.

The operation of this third embodiment is advantageous. Indeed, it allows user-friendly detachment of the coupling device. If the user wishes for example to proceed with a walk with his two skates 8, 8', during which he no longer needs the support of the coupling device 2, he can easily detach the portions of the body 7 to reach a detached configuration that favors this walk. The arrangement is such that this detachment can be obtained automatically by positioning the two pads 8, 8' in a predefined position. In this embodiment, it suffices to position the two pads along parallel and close axes, and with one foot greatly advanced relative to the other. This position of the pads makes it possible to position the body 7 of the coupling device 2 in a direction substantially parallel to the two pads 8, 8'. In this direction, the connecting elements 40, 40' separate automatically. As a further remark, in the event of the user falling, the forces exerted on the body 7 have a sufficient amplitude to exceed the magnetic force of the magnetic connection. In addition, the direction of the forces exerted is substantially random and eventually reaches the direction of detachment. Therefore, the solution also allows the detachment automatic portions of the body 7 during a fall, beyond a constraint exerted, to achieve the safety of the user.

In addition, the third embodiment also makes it possible to assist the user in fixing the various portions of the body 7, to pass from the detached configuration to the attached configuration. Indeed, the user can reposition his pads in alignment as described for the detachment, then bring them closer together so that the cable or cables 42 automatically wrap completely, guiding at the same time the bringing together of the connection elements 40, 40 '. When the latter are close enough, the magnetic shape of the magnets is sufficient for their final rapprochement in the fixing configuration. The solution according to this embodiment thus makes it possible to implement an automatic detachment and attachment of at least two portions of the body 7.

According to one embodiment, there is therefore a particular positioning of the coupling device 2, particularly of the relative position of the two fixing modules 6, 6', which allows the detachment or the fixing of at least two separable portions by a removable link. This particular positioning therefore allows the transition from the detached configuration to the attachment configuration and vice versa. The other positions of the coupling device 2, particularly of the relative position of the two fixing modules 6, 6', do not allow this change of configuration.

The different embodiments described previously could naturally be combined to form other embodiments. For example, a cable and a reel could also be arranged in the solutions of the embodiments of the figures 3, 4 and 5 . The connection elements could take other forms without departing from the scope of the invention. They could implement a magnetic link, like described, or not magnetized, but for example simply clipped. In addition, the body 7 may comprise two, three or more independent portions, movable relative to each other, in particular detachable to form a removable connection of the coupling device 2.

An embodiment not shown, the first portion and the second portion may comprise concentric tubes sliding one inside the other. Each portion is then fixed to a fixing module by a mechanical connection comprising no degrees of freedom in translation. The first portion can slide along the second portion between a first stop blocking the translation of the two portions in a first direction and a second stop blocking the translation of the two portions in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

The distance between the two fixing modules then varies between a maximum distance and a minimum distance when the first portion is blocked respectively by the first stop and the second stop.

The guide strand 3 preferably comprises at least a first elastic portion 9. The at least one elastic portion 9 allows shock absorption when the strand 3 is put under tension. This elastic portion 9 advantageously allows the pupil 5 to feel the jolts less. Jolts can in fact be a source of imbalance, for example when there is a speed differential between the instructor and the student and that the guide strand 3 tightens. The guide strand 3 more advantageously comprises at least one portion provided with fringes 9' designed to increase its visibility.

Preferably, the elastic portion 9 allows the elastic damping of shocks in the event of mechanical tension on the guide strand 3 up to a predetermined constraint.

Said elastic portion 4 may comprise an elastomeric material, such as synthetic polyisoprene (IR).

The guide strand 3 may further comprise a breakable or detachable portion 10. Said breakable or detachable portion 10 is designed to separate the guide strand 3 into two parts in the event of mechanical tension greater than a predetermined stress. The two parts are the parts located on one side and on the other of said breakable or detachable portion 10.

Said frangible or detachable portion 10 may comprise a material whose tensile strength is less than 20 MPa.

Said breakable or detachable portion 10 may comprise a removable link, said link being capable of yielding in the event of tension greater than a given constraint. Preferably, said removable connection is reversible. For example, the removable connection may comprise a VELCRO ® type fastening device or a closure using flexible hooks and/or loops. Said removable link can also comprise two magnets designed to be separated from a predetermined constraint.

In one embodiment, the elastic portion 9 comprises a material whose elastic limit is greater than the stress necessary to break the connection of said breakable or detachable portion 10.

Le patin 8 de l'élève 5 n'est alors plus relié mécaniquement au moniteur 4.Thus, in the event of an accident or if a guide strand 3 gets caught in an obstacle, the guide strand 3 comes off in two parts. Skate 8 of student 5 is then no longer mechanically connected to monitor 4.

In one embodiment, each guide strand 3 comprises an automatic winder 17. The automatic winder 17 is designed to be carried in the hand of the monitor 4. The automatic winder 17 advantageously makes it possible to wind the guide strand 3 on himself, thus allowing the monitor 4 to adjust the distance of the guide strand 3 between him and the pupil 5.

Préférentiellement, l'enrouleur automatique 17 comprend une gâchette 18 conçue pour déclencher l'enroulage automatique du brin et/ou le déroulage automatique du brin de guidage 3.Preferably, the automatic winder 17 comprises a trigger 18 designed to trigger the automatic winding of the strand and/or the automatic unwinding of the guide strand 3.

The automatic retractor 17 may comprise a means of remaining close to the wrist of the monitor if the latter releases it. Said means may comprise a strap attached to the winder 17 and intended to be passed around the monitor's neck or wrist. The strap can also be intended to be attached to the monitor's suit, preferably at the level of the sleeve.

In one embodiment illustrated in the figure 7 , the learning aid system 1 comprises a GPS chip 20 and transmission means 21 for transmitting position and displacement information to an electronic system 22 nearby. The electronic device 22 is preferably a mobile phone.

The system 1 can further comprise at least one inertial unit 23 for transmitting to the electronic system 22 information concerning the linear accelerations of the student in the three orthogonal directions. The inertial unit 23 preferably comprises three accelerometers which calculate the linear accelerations along three orthogonal axes.

The system 1 can further comprise at least one gyrometer 24 to calculate and transmit to the electronic system 22 rotations or angular velocities of the pupil.
