  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the hair dryer 100 includes a housing 10, a fan and an outer shell 20. An air duct is formed in the housing 10, and the housing 10 includes an air inlet 1231 and an air outlet 112 communicating with the air duct. The fan is provided in the housing 10 and located in the air duct. The outer shell 20 is sleeved and fixed on an outside of the housing 10, and an anechoic gap 10A is formed between an outer surface of the housing 10 and an inner surface of the outer shell 20.
  • The fan may use a motor to drive the blades for rotary suction. In order to improve the safety of using the hair dryer 100, the housing 10 can be made of plastic materials, such as ABS, POM, PS, PMMA, PC, PET, etc., or other insulating materials, such that when the hair dryer 100 leaks electricity, it is not easy for the user to hold the handle 12 to get an electric shock, which improves the safety of the user using the hair dryer 100. Meanwhile, the outer shell 20 can be made of elastic materials such as rubber, so that a better hand feeling can be obtained when the user holds the hair dryer 100 for use. It should be noted that the larger the anechoic gap 10A, the better the noise reduction effect, but the volume of the hair dryer 100 will increase accordingly. Therefore, the present disclosure only needs to ensure that there is an anechoic gap 10A between the housing 10 and the outer shell 20. The specific size of the anechoic gap 10A can be selected according to those skilled in the art and is not limited here. In addition, the hair dryer 100 further includes a power line 60 that is connected to the housing 10 and extends out of the housing 10 so as to be connected to an external power source to improve battery life.
  • In technical solutions of the present disclosure, the hair dryer 100 includes a housing 10, a fan and an outer shell 20. As such, when the fan is working, the sound generated by the fan will pass through the housing 10, the anechoic gap 10A, and the outer shell 20 in sequence, before being transmitted to the external environment. The sound generated during this process will diffuse in the air when passing through the anechoic gap 10A. Therefore, the loudness of the sound produced by the fan is reduced after passing through the anechoic gap 10A, and the loudness transmitted to the external environment is smaller. This can effectively reduce the noise during the operation of the hair dryer 100, reduce the degree to which the user is affected by the noise of the fan when using the hair dryer 100, and thereby improve the user's comfort during using the hair dryer 100.
  • In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the housing 10 includes a main body 11 and a handle 12 connected to the main body 11. The fan is located in the handle 12. The outer shell 20 is sleeved on an outside of the handle 12, and the anechoic gap 10A is formed between an outer surface of the handle 12 and the inner surface of the outer shell 20. The main body can be provided with heating wire and printed circuit board (PCB), etc., and the heating wire can be controlled by the PCB to work, so that the fluid flowing in from the air inlet 1231 is heated by the heating wire and discharged from the air outlet 112 to meet the needs of users when hot air is required. The air inlet 1231 is provided at the handle 12, and the air outlet 112 is provided on the main body to ensure the length of the air duct in the hair dryer 100, so that the external fluid flows into the hair dryer 100 for a long time to facilitate heating. The fan is provided in the handle 12, which can effectively reduce the weight of the main body 11, so that when the user holds the handle 12, the hair dryer 100 is more stable, which is convenient for the use of the hair dryer 100. In order to eliminate the noise of the fan, the outer shell 20 is sleeved on the handle 12 and generates the anechoic gap 10A with the handle 12 to reduce the noise of the fan.
  • Further, the handle 12 includes a connecting portion 121, a mounting portion 122, and an air inlet portion 123. The connecting portion 121 is connected to the main body 11. The mounting portion 122 is connected to a side of the connecting portion 121 away from the main body 11. The fan is installed in the mounting portion 122. The air inlet portion 123 is connected to a side of the mounting portion 122 away from the connecting portion 121, the air inlet 1231 is defined in the air inlet portion 123. The fan can be fixed in the mounting portion 122 by means of buckles, etc., to prevent the fan from shaking after installation. The air inlet portion 123 is connected to the side of the mounting portion 122 away from the connecting portion 121, thereby further increasing the distance between the air inlet 1231 and the air outlet 112 to further ensure the length of the air duct in the hair dryer 100.
  • Furthermore, a cross section of the mounting portion 122 is polygonal, and a cross section of the outer shell 20 is circular in an extension direction of the handle 12. Specially, the extension direction of the handle 12 can be the length direction of the handle 12, so that when the handle 12 is sleeved with the outer shell 20, due to the cooperation of the polygon and the circle, a plurality of concave arc spaces will be generated between the mounting portion 122 and the outer shell 20, and then the anechoic gap 10A is formed by the plurality of concave arc spaces, so as to effectively reduce the noise of the fan. A number of concave arcs are arranged around the fan to reduce the noise of the fan from multiple directions to ensure the noise reduction effect of the fan. It should be noted that the polygon can be a hexagon, an octagon, a decagon, etc., which can be specifically selected by those skilled in the art. The side lengths of the polygon are equal, so as to ensure the same noise reduction effect for the fan in each direction.
  • Alternatively, a cross-sectional area of the connecting portion 121 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the mounting portion 122 in an extension direction of the handle 12. The extension direction of the handle 12 may be the length direction of the handle 12. In order to enlarge the space of the anechoic gap 10A between the mounting portion 122 and the outer shell 20, the cross-sectional area of the connecting portion 121 is larger than that of the mounting portion 122. Furthermore, when the outer shell 20 is installed, it will contact the connecting portion 121 first to further increase the gap between the mounting portion 122 and the outer shell 20, thereby improving the noise reduction effect on the fan.
  • In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a surface of the connecting portion 121 towards the outer shell 20 is provided with an anechoic groove 1211. Specially, in order to further improve the noise reduction effect, an anechoic groove 1211 is provided on the surface of the connecting portion 121 towards the outer shell 20. That is, when the outer shell 20 abuts the connecting portion 121, there is a certain gap between the anechoic groove 1211 and the outer shell 20. When the sound generated by the fan works through the gap, the loudness will be reduced accordingly. That is, the anechoic groove 1211 can also reduce the noise generated by the fan when it is working, so as to further reduce the degree of the user being affected by the noise of the fan when the user uses the hair dryer 100.
  • Further, there are a plurality of anechoic grooves 1211, and the plurality of anechoic grooves 1211 are spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction of the connecting portion 121. The plurality of anechoic grooves 1211 can improve the noise reduction effect. The specific number of anechoic grooves 1211 can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual conditions. The plurality of anechoic grooves 1211 are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the connecting portion 121, so that noise reduction can be provided to the fan from multiple directions, so as to further improve the noise reduction effect of the fan.
