Claims (15)

  1. Mélangeur (1) pour brûleurs de recirculation de fumées d'échappement, définissant une première section d'entrée (12) pour un flux d'air comburant, une seconde section d'entrée (13) pour un flux de fumées de recirculation, une chambre de mélange (11) pour ledit air et lesdites fumées de recirculation et une section de sortie (14) pour un mélange dudit air et desdites fumées de recirculation, ledit mélangeur (1) comprenant :
    - un premier dispositif de soupape (20) interposé entre ladite première section d'entrée (12) et la chambre de mélange (11) pour commander un débit dudit flux d'air comburant ;
    - un second dispositif de soupape (30) interposé entre ladite seconde section d'entrée (13) et la chambre de mélange (11) pour commander un débit dudit flux de fumées de recirculation ;
    - un dispositif d'activation (40) actif sur lesdits premier et second dispositifs de soupape (20, 30) pour activer simultanément lesdits premier et second dispositifs de soupape (20, 30) ;
    - un élément de réglage (50) interposé entre le dispositif d'activation (40) et au moins un dispositif respectif parmi lesdits dispositifs de soupape (20, 30) pour définir un mouvement dudit dispositif de soupape respectif (30, 20) suite à une activation dudit dispositif d'activation (40), et en ce que ledit élément de réglage (50) peut être configuré selon une pluralité de configurations différentes de sorte qu'un même actionnement du dispositif d'activation (40) correspond à différents mouvements du dispositif de soupape respectif (30, 20), ledit élément de réglage (50) étant associé à des moyens de réglage (80) configurés pour régler lesdites configurations de l'élément de réglage (50) ; ledit élément de réglage (50) comprend un mécanisme de came (52) à géométrie variable, lesdits moyens de réglage (80) étant actifs sur ledit mécanisme de came (52) pour modifier la géométrie dudit mécanisme de came (52) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif d'activation (40) comprend un arbre d'activation (41) et dans lequel ledit mécanisme de came (52) ayant une géométrie variable comprend :
    - un guide incurvé (53) contraint rotativement et fermement audit arbre d'activation (41) ;
    - un suiveur de came (55) engagé sur ledit guide (53) et relié audit dispositif de soupape respectif (30) de sorte qu'une rotation de l'arbre d'activation (41) détermine un mouvement correspondant dudit dispositif de soupape respectif (30).
  2. Mélangeur (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit élément de réglage (50) comprend un élément rotatif (51), de préférence en forme d'éventail, et ledit guide (53) comprend une plaque déformable (54) supportée sur une pluralité de points de support et sur laquelle ledit suiveur de came (55) est mobile, lesdits moyens de réglage (80) comprenant une succession d'éléments de support réglables (81) reliés audit élément rotatif (51) et actifs sur ladite plaque (54) au niveau de ladite pluralité de points de support.
  3. Mélangeur (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits éléments de support (81) sont orientés radialement par rapport à l'arbre d'activation (41) et comprennent des actionneurs linéaires respectifs.
  4. Mélangeur (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel lesdits éléments de support (81) peuvent être réglés manuellement, par exemple au moyen de systèmes de vis/écrou.
  5. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel lesdits éléments de support (81) comprennent des éléments de contrainte respectifs (81c) ayant une conformation de pince et engagés avec une plaque (54), et des tiges filetées respectives engagées avec les éléments de contrainte (81c) de façon à régler la position des éléments de contrainte (81c) dans la direction radiale par rapport à l'arbre d'activation (41).
  6. Mélangeur (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel chaque élément de support (81) a une tête de réglage solidement fixée à la tige filetée respective et de préférence accessible dans la direction radiale par rapport à l'arbre d'activation (41).
  7. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 6, dans lequel ladite plaque (54) a une extension angulaire comprise entre 0° et 120° par rapport à l'arbre d'activation (41).
  8. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 7, dans lequel lesdits points de support sont répartis le long d'une ligne d'extension prévalente de la plaque (54) à intervalles réguliers ayant des amplitudes comprises entre 15 mm et 20 mm.
  9. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 8, dans lequel ladite plaque (54) a une largeur, transversale à une direction d'extension prévalente de celle-ci, de manière à avoir une première bande longitudinale prévue pour le couplage avec les éléments de support (81) et une seconde bande longitudinale, adjacente à la première, conçue pour un engagement coulissant avec le suiveur de came (55).
  10. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 9, dans lequel ledit suiveur de came (55) comprend une paire de paliers (55a, 55b) disposés en butée sur des côtés opposés de ladite plaque (54).
  11. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 10, dans lequel au moins un desdits éléments de support (81) est configuré pour contraindre par translation ladite plaque (54) audit élément rotatif (51), les autres éléments de support (81) contraignant ladite plaque (54) audit élément rotatif (51) de manière à permettre un coulissement de ladite plaque (54) par rapport audit élément rotatif (51) selon une direction d'extension principale de ladite plaque (54).
  12. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant :
    - un culbuteur (60) ayant un point d'appui (60a) articulé sur une partie fixe dudit mélangeur (1), et une première partie mobile (61) et une seconde partie mobile (62) pouvant tourner autour dudit point d'appui (60a), ledit suiveur de came (55) étant articulé sur la première partie mobile (61) ;
    - une tige (65) articulée sur la seconde partie mobile (62) et configurée pour actionner ledit dispositif de soupape respectif (30).
  13. Mélangeur (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit dispositif d'activation (40) comprend un seul servomoteur rotatif, de préférence électrique.
  14. Brûleur de recirculation des fumées d'échappement (100), comprenant :
    - un mélangeur (1) pour brûleurs de recirculation de fumées d'échappement selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes ;
    - un premier corps tubulaire relié ou pouvant être relié à la section de sortie (14) dudit mélangeur (1) pour recevoir un mélange d'air et de fumées de recirculation ;
    - un second corps tubulaire relié ou pouvant être relié à une source de combustible de préférence gazeux ;
    - un dispositif d'allumage disposé au niveau de, ou appliqué sur, des parties d'extrémité respectives desdits premier et second conduits et configuré pour allumer la combustion d'un mélange dudit carburant, de l'air et des fumées de recirculation.
  15. Unité thermique (200) comprenant un brûleur (100) selon la revendication 14, ladite unité thermique (200) comprenant :
    - une chambre de combustion (210) disposée en aval du dispositif d'allumage du brûleur (100) afin de loger une flamme déterminée par l'allumage du mélange de combustible, d'air et de fumées de recirculation ; et
    - un conduit de recirculation (220) disposé en aval de ladite chambre de combustion (210) de manière à établir une connexion de flux entre ladite chambre de combustion (210) et la chambre de mélange (11) du mélangeur (1) à travers la deuxième section d'entrée (13), ledit conduit de recirculation (220) étant configuré pour recycler au moins une partie des gaz d'échappement provenant de ladite chambre de combustion (210).
