Abstract

L'invention concerne un conteneur pour l'expédition et l'affichage d'un produit incluant un manchon ondulé à quatre côtés qui est sélectivement enfermé par une paire de plateaux en plastique opposés. La surface interne de chaque plateau inclut une bride externe et une bride interne qui définissent ensemble une rainure périphérique continue qui est dimensionnée pour recevoir de manière ajustée soit l'extrémité supérieure ouverte, soit l'extrémité inférieure ouverte du manchon pendant le processus d'assemblage. La nature continue et la profondeur de la rainure périphérique simplifient l'orientation des composants pendant l'assemblage et réduisent en outre le risque de tout gonflement considérable du manchon lors du chargement de produit en son sein. Dans son état assemblé, le conteneur protège de manière adéquate le produit pendant l'expédition tout en maintenant une ventilation adéquate. À la fin de l'expédition, le plateau supérieur et le manchon peuvent être retirés, laissant le produit affiché sur le plateau inférieur au niveau du point de vente sans qu'aucune manipulation directe ne soit requise.
