Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'opérations unitaires d'une usine de produits chimiques pour l'élimination de gaz acides. Le procédé est mis en œuvre par un ordinateur ou un système informatique distribué et comprend les étapes consistant à : fournir (S1) un premier ensemble de paramètres pour les opérations unitaires ; fournir (S2) un second ensemble de paramètres pour les opérations unitaires sur la base du premier ensemble de paramètres fourni et sur la base de données extraites d'une base de données ; déterminer (S3) un modèle numérique de l'usine de produits chimiques sur la base du premier ensemble de paramètres et du second ensemble de paramètres, le modèle numérique comprenant un système d'équations définissant les opérations unitaires de l'usine de produits chimiques ; sélectionner (S4) des points de départ pour un procédé de solution à base d'équations du système d'équations, les points de départ étant au moins partiellement choisis parmi les éléments suivants : - i) le premier ensemble de paramètres ; - ii) le second ensemble de paramètres ; et - iii) les données extraites de la base de données ; déterminer (S5) les paramètres obtenus pour les opérations unitaires de l'usine de produits chimiques à l'aide du procédé de solution basé sur des équations pour le système d'équations initié par les points de départ sélectionnés.
