Claims (11)
- Stift (12) eines elektrischen Verbinders (10), umfassend einen Verbindungsabschnitt (12.1) zur Verbindung mit dem Verbinder und einen freien Endabschnitt (12.2), wobei der freie Endabschnitt (12.2) zwei parallele Blätter hat, die zueinander beabstandet sind und jeweils zwei Hauptflächen haben, die miteinander über zwei Ränder verbunden sind, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsrichtung des Stiftes sind und von denen einer mit mindestens einem Kontaktabschnitt (16) versehen ist, der in Bezug auf eine Außenfläche des Verbindungsabschnitts (12.1) seitlich vorsteht und der ausgebildet ist, um in eine Fläche einzugreifen, gegen die er gedrückt wird, wobei sich die Kontaktabschnitte einander gegenüberliegend erstrecken und die Blätter (15) zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer angenäherten Stellung, in der die Kontaktabschnitte einander angenähert sind, elastisch verformbar sind.
- Stift nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Endabschnitt einen flachen Querschnitt hat und mit einem Schlitz (14) versehen ist, der den Endabschnitt (12.2) in seiner Dicke durchsetzt und sich über eine Länge des freien Endabschnitts (12.2) erstreckt, um die beiden Blätter (15) zu bilden, wobei die beiden Blätter jeweils einen ersten geradlinigen Rand (15.1) haben, der den Schlitz (14) säumt, und einen zweiten Rand (15.2), der sich dem Schlitz (14) abgewandt erstreckt und von dem der Kontaktabschnitt (16) seitlich vorsteht, wobei die Blätter (15) durch eine Veränderung der Breite des Schlitzes in Querrichtung elastisch verformbar sind.
- Stift nach Anspruch 2, bei dem sich der Schlitz (14) ferner in einem Teil des Verbindungsabschnitts (12.1) erstreckt.
- Stift nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem der Endabschnitt (12.2) aus einem Material ist, derart, dass, wenn die Blätter (15) aneinander anliegen, die Elastizitätsgrenze des Materials nicht erreicht wird.
- Stift nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Blätter (15') zueinander in einer Richtung senkrecht zu den Hauptflächen um einen Abstand versetzt sind, der größer als eine Dicke der Blätter ist.
- Stift nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Kontaktabschnitte (16) eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige Form haben.
- Stift nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Kontaktabschnitte (16) auf einem Endstück (12.3) des Endabschnitts (12.2) ausgebildet sind.
- Stift nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Endabschnitt (12.2) ein abgeschrägtes oder abgerundetes Endstück (12.3) hat.
- Elektronische Vorrichtung, umfassend:- eine gedruckte Leiterplatte (1), die Leiterbahnen (3) und Löcher (4) hat, die jeweils mit einem elektrisch leitenden Überzug (5) versehen sind, der mit einer der Leiterbahnen (3) verbunden ist,- mindestens einen Verbinder (10), der mit Stiften (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche versehen ist, wobei die Endabschnitte (12.2) der Stifte (12) jeweils in einem Loch (4) aufgenommen sind und die Blätter (15) derart elastisch verformt sind, dass die Kontaktabschnitte (16) elastisch gegen den elektrisch leitenden Überzug (5) gedrückt sind und in den elektrisch leitenden Überzug (5) eingedrungen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei der zwei der Löcher (4.1) Blindlöcher sind und sich koaxial zueinander von abgewandten Flächen (2.1, 2.2) eines Substrats (2) der Platte (1) erstrecken.
- Verbinder (10), umfassend eine Basis, die Stifte (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 trägt.
