Description
- The disclosure relates to an electronic cigarette.
- A conventional electronic cigarette includes an atomization assembly and a battery assembly. The atomization assembly includes no airflow regulator and the vapor volume of the electronic cigarette is unadjustable. For example, ON 110447980 A discloses an electronic cigarette including an atomizer assembly and a battery assembly;
EP 3545779 A1 discloses an electronic cigarette including an atomizer; andEP 3560358 A1 discloses an electronic cigarette including an atomizer. - The disclosure provides an atomizer, comprising a hollow cylinder and an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder; the airflow regulator comprises a regulating ring, a seal ring, and a rod; the regulating ring comprises an air vent; the regulating ring is disposed on the rod; the seal ring is disposed on the rod and seals the regulating ring; and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control a vapor volume of the atomizer.
- The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid tank equipped with an air passage, the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage of the e-liquid tank; when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer.
- The air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, thereby completing an internal circulation of the airflow, and discharges from a top opening of the e-liquid tank.
- The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the e-liquid tank and a seal plug disposed in the e-liquid injection hole; when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into the e-liquid tank.
- The airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage in an upper left of the e-liquid tank, and the e-liquid injection hole is disposed on an upper right of the e-liquid tank.
- Also provided is an electronic cigarette, comprising an atomization assembly and a battery assembly; the atomization assembly comprises the aforesaid atomizer; the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of a first magnet and a second magnet.
- With regard to the electronic cigarette, the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet. The atomizer of the atomization assembly comprises the hollow cylinder and the airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder, and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. The atomizer further comprises the e-liquid injection hole, and when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole whereby the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer.

FIG. 5 is a sectional view of an electronic cigarette according to one embodiment of the disclosure. - To further illustrate, embodiments detailing an electronic cigarette are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1-5 , the disclosure provides an electronic cigarette comprising an atomization assembly A and a battery assembly B. The atomization assembly comprises an atomizer. - The atomizer comprises a hollow cylinder and an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder; the airflow regulator comprises a regulating
ring 3, aseal ring 4, and arod 5; the regulatingring 3 comprises an air vent; the regulatingring 3 is disposed on therod 5; theseal ring 4 is disposed on therod 5 and seals the regulatingring 3; and the regulatingring 3 is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. - The airflow regulator is disposed on the upper left or the upper right of the atomizer.
- The atomizer further comprises an
e-liquid tank 6 equipped with an air passage, the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage of the e-liquid tank; when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulatingring 3, passes through the air passage of thee-liquid tank 6, flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer. - Specifically, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating
ring 3, passes through the air passage of thee-liquid tank 6, flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, thereby completing an internal circulation of the airflow, and discharges from a top opening of thee-liquid tank 6. - The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the
e-liquid tank 6 and aseal plug 2 disposed in the e-liquid injection hole; when in maintenance, theseal plug 2 is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into thee-liquid tank 6. - Specifically, the atomization assembly comprises a
mouthpiece cover 1, aseal plug 2, a regulatingring 3, aseal ring 4, arod 5, ane-liquid tank 6, anupper cover 7, afirst sealing gasket 8, anatomizer 9, asecond sealing gasket 10, alower cover 11, athird sealing gasket 12, afirst magnet 13, and ajoint 14. Theseal ring 4 is disposed on therod 5 and seals the regulatingring 3; the regulatingring 3 is disposed on therod 5 to form an airflow regulator. The airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage in the upper left of thee-liquid tank 6; theseal plug 2 is disposed in the e-liquid injection hole on the upper right of thee-liquid tank 6. Theupper cover 7 is disposed on thee-liquid tank 6. The third sealinggasket 12 is disposed on thelower cover 11. Thefirst sealing gasket 8 and thesecond sealing gasket 10 are disposed on two ends of theatomizer 9, respectively. Theatomizer 9 is disposed on thelower cover 11. Thelower cover 11 is disposed in the bottom of thee-liquid tank 6. Themouthpiece cover 1 is disposed on thee-liquid tank 6. The airflow regulator is disposed on the upper left of the atomization assembly. The regulatingring 3 is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. The e-liquid injection hole is disposed on the upper right of the atomization assembly; when in maintenance, theseal plug 2 is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole whereby the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer. - The battery assembly B comprises a
second magnet 15, anupper battery cover 16, asilicone pad 17, acontrol panel 18, abattery 19, abutton 20, aUSB panel 21, afastener 22, asupport 23, ahousing 24, and alower battery cover 25. Thesecond magnet 15 is disposed on theupper battery cover 16. Thecontrol panel 18 is disposed on theupper battery cover 16. Thebattery 19 is soldered to thecontrol panel 18. Thesilicone pad 17 and thebutton 20 are disposed on the control panel. The control panel is disposed on thesupport 23. Thesupport 23 is disposed in thehousing 24. Thelower battery cover 25 is disposed on the bottom end of thehousing 24. The atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of thefirst magnet 13 and thesecond magnet 15. - With regard to the electronic cigarette, the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet. The atomizer of the atomization assembly comprises the hollow cylinder and the airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder, and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. The atomizer further comprises the e-liquid injection hole, and when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole whereby the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer.
Claims (4)
- An electronic cigarette, comprising an atomization assembly and a battery assembly;
wherein:the atomization assembly comprises an atomizer and a mouthpiece cover (1);the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of a first magnet and a second magnet;the atomizer comprises a hollow cylinder, an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder, an e-liquid tank (6) equipped with an air passage, an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the e-liquid tank (6), and a seal plug (2) disposed in the e-liquid injection hole;the mouthpiece cover (1) is disposed on the e-liquid tank (6); andthe airflow regulator comprises a regulating ring (3), a seal ring (4), and a rod (5); the regulating ring (3) comprises an air vent; the regulating ring (3) is disposed on the rod (5); the seal ring (4) is disposed on the rod (5) and seals the regulating ring (3); and the regulating ring (3) is rotatable so as to control a vapor volume of the atomizer;characterised in that:the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage;the air passage is disposed on an end of an upper surface of the e-liquid tank (6), and the e-liquid injection hole is disposed on the other end of the upper surface of the e-liquid tank (6); andthe e-liquid tank (6) comprises a top opening as a mouthpiece, and the top opening is disposed on the upper surface of the e-liquid tank (6) between the airflow regulator and the e-liquid injection hole. - The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring (3), passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank (6), flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer.
- The electronic cigarette of claim 2, wherein the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring (3), passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank (6), flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, and discharges from the top opening.
- The electronic cigarette of claim 3, wherein when in maintenance, the seal plug (2) is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into the e-liquid tank (6).
