Claims (13)

  1. A vessel (10) intended to contain a fluid, of the baby bottle, bottle, flask or tank for a gas or a liquid type, the vessel (10) comprising
    a container (11) delimiting an internal volume (12) formed from a flexible material and capped with a tubular sleeve (15), one proximal end of which delimits a housing (21) in combination with the container (11), and one distal end of which delimits an upper opening (13) allowing the flow of the fluid towards or from the internal volume (12) and including an upper shoulder (151) protruding radially towards the outside of the sleeve (15),
    a removable closure device (22) formed from a flexible material, and including a lower shoulder (221) likely to collaborate with the upper shoulder (151) of the sleeve (15) so that a seal is created when the lower shoulder (221) and the upper shoulder (151) are compressed against each other,
    a coupling system allowing hold and mutual compression of the lower shoulder (221) of the removable closure device (22) and of the upper shoulder (151) of the sleeve (15), and consisting of the following two parts, independent of each other and both formed from a rigid material:
    - a first annular ring (16) delimiting a first thread (18) and a flange (161) likely to be inserted into the housing (21) by elastic deformation of the proximal end of the sleeve (15), the first annular ring (16) being urged to be positioned around the sleeve (15), under the upper shoulder (151), by elastic deformation of the upper shoulder (151),
    - a second annular ring (17) delimiting a second thread (19) engaging with the first thread (18) by screwing the second annular ring (17) relative to the first annular ring (16), so that the lower shoulder (221) of the removable closure device (22) and the upper shoulder (151) of the sleeve (15) are likely to be enclosed and mutually compressed between the first annular ring (16) and the second annular ring (17) by the screwing action of the second annular ring (17) on the first annular ring (16),
    characterized in that the container (11) delimits an external shoulder (111), the free face of which is generally orthogonal to the longitudinal extension direction (152) of the tubular sleeve (15), and that the second annular ring (17) delimits a primary shoulder (171) so that the primary shoulder (171) of the second annular ring (17) bears against the external shoulder (111) of the container (11) when the second annular ring (17) encloses the lower shoulder (221) of the removable closure device (22) and the upper shoulder (151) of the sleeve (15) in cooperation with the first annular ring (16).
  2. The vessel (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the second thread (19) of the second annular ring (17) is arranged so as to protrude from an inner face of the second annular ring (17).
  3. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flange (161) of the first annular ring (16) extends so as to protrude from an outer face of the first annular ring (16) and in that the housing (21) is arranged in a plane generally orthogonal to the longitudinal extension direction (152) of the sleeve (15) so that the flange (161) previously inserted into the housing (21) is kept blocked against at least one translational movement along the longitudinal extension direction (152) of the sleeve (15).
  4. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flange (161) of the first annular ring (16) has a thickness greater than the thickness of the housing (21) seen in the longitudinal extension direction (152) so that the walls delimiting the housing (21) are compressed by the flange (161) when the flange (161) of the first annular ring (16) is inserted into the housing (21) in such a way that the first annular ring (16) is kept blocked against rotational movement around the longitudinal extension direction (152) of the sleeve (15).
  5. The vessel (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lower shoulder (221) of the removable closure device (22) includes a flat face (221a) and an edge (221b) generally orthogonal to the flat face (221a) so as to form a hook, and in that the second annular ring (17) delimits a secondary shoulder (172) distal to the primary shoulder (171) and whose shape is complementary to that delimited by the lower shoulder (221) of the removable closure device (22) so that, when the second annular ring (17) encloses the lower shoulder (221) of the removable closure device (22) and the upper shoulder (151) of the sleeve (15) in cooperation with the first annular ring (16), the removable closure device (22) is blocked against at least one translational movement generally perpendicular to the longitudinal extension axis (152) of the sleeve (15).
  6. The vessel (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the walls of the tubular sleeve (15) have a thickness less than that of any one of the walls of the container (11).
  7. The vessel (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sleeve (15) is likely to be placed selectively in at least one first raised position where the sleeve (15) is placed outside the container (11) and at least one second folded position where the sleeve (15) is folded towards the inside of the container (11).
  8. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least part of the internal face of the internal volume (12) of the container (11) arranged towards the proximal end of the sleeve (15) describes a draft angle (121) greater than 40° with respect to the longitudinal extension direction (152) of the sleeve (15).
  9. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the removable closure device (22) comprises a teat.
  10. The vessel (10) according to claim 9, characterized in that the vessel (10) comprises a lid (20) adapted to be removably mounted on the second annular ring (17) so as to cover the teat, the vessel (10) constituting a baby bottle intended to contain a liquid for consumption through the teat.
  11. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container (11) partly delimits a general shape of a curved cylinder, one generatrix of which has an arcuate shape such that the container (11) has a maximum diameter (28) substantially at mid-height (29).
  12. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container (11) has a support face (11a) arranged to allow the container (11) to be placed on a flat support in a stable manner, the support face (11a) having a corrugated central shape so that only the periphery of the support face (11a) bears against the flat support.
  13. The vessel (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container (11) and the closure device (22) are formed from a silicone.
