Abstract
Description
- This application claims the benefits of Chinese Patent Application No.
201922386571.4, filed on December 25, 2019 - The present invention relates to a lower frame for a table or a chair, and more particularly to a detachable lower frame for a table or a chair.
- The lower frame for a table or a chair refers to the bracket used at the bottom of the table or the chair, which can ensure the balance and the stability of the table top or the chair top, and can withstand some weight, the lower frame for a table or a chair is made of metal. The existing lower frame for a table or a chair usually consists of 3-4 legs, in most cases, the legs of them are fixed into a whole by welding, so they cannot be disassembled. The lower frame for a table or a chair can not be transported conveniently due to irregular shape, large volume and large space.
- For overcoming the drawing backs of the conventional lower frame for a table or a chair, the present invention provides a detachable lower frame for a table or a chair, which solves the problem of nondetachable unification, difficult packaging and inconvenient transportation.
- Accordingly, the present invention provides a detachable lower frame for a table or a chair comprises a connecting piece (20), a two-legged upper frame (30), a two-legged bottom frame (40) and a bottom cover (50), the two-legged upper frame (30) is sleeved on the outside of the connecting piece (20), the two-legged bottom frame (40) is embedded in the bottom of the connecting piece (20) and is configured to intersect the two-legged upper frame (30), the bottom cover (50) is fastened and connected to the bottom of the connecting piece (20) for preventing the two-legged upper frame (30) and the two-legged bottom frame (40) from moving along the axial direction.
- Preferably, the top of the connecting piece (20) is provided with a blanking edge (21) that abuts against the top edge of the two-legged upper frame (30), the two-legged upper frame (30) comprises a square shell (31) and two first legs (32), the connecting piece (20) penetrates downward into the square shell (31) along the axial direction, the two first legs (32) are symmetrically fixed on two opposite sides of the square shell (31).
- Preferably, the two-legged bottom frame (40) comprises a U-shaped connecting block (41), two second legs (42) are fixed to two opposite sides of the U-shaped connecting block (41), two notches (33) are respectively opened on two opposite sides of the square shell (31) that is adjacent to two first legs (32), two slots (22) are opened on two opposite sides of the connecting piece (20) corresponding to the notches (33), the U-shaped connecting block (41) is upward inserted into the slots (22) of the connecting piece (20), and the second legs (42) are inserted into the notches (33) of the square shell (31).
- Preferably, at least one hole (24) is formed on the bottom surface of the connecting piece (20), at least one projection (51) that is engaged with the hole (24) is configured on the bottom cover (50).
- Preferably, a turnplate (10) is configured above the connecting piece (20).
- Preferably, a shaft core (11) extends downward from the axis of the turnplate (10), a through hole (23) is formed in the connecting piece (20) along the axial direction, the shaft core (11) is inserted into the through hole (23).
- Preferably, the bottom of the first legs (32) and the bottom of the second legs (42) are in the same plane.
- In comparison with the prior art, the detachable lower frame for a table or a chair of the invention includes a connecting piece (20), a two-legged upper frame (30), a two-legged bottom frame (40) and a bottom cover (50), the two-legged upper frame (30) is sleeved on the outside of the connecting piece (20), the two-legged bottom frame (40) is embedded in the bottom of the connecting piece (20) and is configured to intersect the two-legged upper frame (30), the bottom cover (50) is fastened and connected to the bottom of the connecting piece (20) for preventing the two-legged upper frame (30) and the two-legged bottom frame (40) from moving along the axial direction, therefore, a detachable lower frame for a table or a chair is formed. The embedded installation method of the invention replaces a tedious connection method such as bolts. The detachable lower frame for a table or a chair of the invention has a simple, practical and stable structure, the detachable structure achieves the purpose of convenient packaging and transportation.
- In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments of the present invention or the prior art will be briefly introduced below. Obviously, the drawings described in the following are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention. For the ordinary skills in the art, other drawings can be obtained based on these drawings without paying creative labor.

Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a bottom cover according to an embodiment of the present invention. - The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative labor shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
- As illustrated in
Figs. 1-2 , the present invention provides a detachable lower frame for a table or a chair, which comprises a connectingpiece 20, a two-leggedupper frame 30, a two-leggedbottom frame 40, abottom cover 50, and aturnplate 10 rotatablely configured above the connectingpiece 20. - The top of the
turnplate 10 is connected to a table top or a chair top, in order to realize the rotatable function of theturnplate 10, ashaft core 11 extends downward from the axis of theturnplate 10, a throughhole 23 is formed in the connectingpiece 20 along the axial direction, theshaft core 11 of theturnplate 10 is inserted into the throughhole 23 to realize that theturnplate 10 is rotatablely configured above the connectingpiece 20. - To support the
turnplate 10 or provide support force for theturnplate 10, the two-leggedupper frame 30 is sleeved on the outside of the connectingpiece 20, the two-leggedbottom frame 40 is embedded in the bottom of the connectingpiece 20 and is configured to intersect the two-leggedupper frame 30, the two-leggedupper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 are intersected to form a four-corner support frame, thereby providing support for theturnplate 10. - Specifically, as shown in
Fig. 3∼4 , the connectingpiece 20 is in a shape of a cuboid, the top of the connectingpiece 20 is provided with ablanking edge 21, the two-leggedupper frame 30 comprises asquare shell 31 and twofirst legs 32, the connectingpiece 20 penetrates downward into thesquare shell 31 along the axial direction, the twofirst legs 32 are symmetrically fixed on two opposite sides of thesquare shell 31. Thefirst legs 32 includes two chair legs arranged at an included angle, preferably, the included angle is set at 80°, and the bottom of the chair leg is flat, so that the chair leg can stand on the ground. Thesquare shell 31 is hollow, the connectingpiece 20 penetrates downward into thesquare shell 31 along the axial direction, and theblanking edge 21 on the top of the connectingpiece 20 abuts against the top edge of the two-leggedupper frame 30, thereby the two-leggedupper frame 30 provides support forturnplate 10. - At this time, the connecting
piece 20 has been inserted into the two-leggedupper frame 30 from top to bottom. The two-leggedupper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 are intersected to form a four-corner support frame, as shown inFig. 5 , the two-leggedbottom frame 40 comprises aU-shaped connecting block 41 and twosecond legs 42 fixed to two opposite sides of theU-shaped connecting block 41. Similarly, thesecond legs 42 includes two chair legs disposed at the same angle as thefirst legs 32, and the bottom of the chair leg is flat. - Please refer to
Fig. 3∼4 again, twonotches 33 for receiving thesecond legs 42 are respectively opened on two opposite sides of thesquare shell 31 that is adjacent to twofirst legs 32, twoslots 22 are opened on two opposite sides of theconnecting piece 20 corresponding to thenotches 33, and theslots 22 pass through the bottom of the connectingpiece 20. - Further, the
U-shaped connecting block 41 is inserted upward into theslots 22 of the connectingpiece 20, and thesecond legs 42 are inserted into thenotches 33 of thesquare shell 31, then the two-leggedbottom frame 40 is raised to the same height as the two-leggedupper frame 30, and the bottom of thefirst legs 32 and the bottom of thesecond legs 42 are in the same plane. Theslots 22 at two opposite sides of the connectingpiece 20 prevent the two-leggedbottom frame 40 from rotating along the axial direction. Thesecond legs 42 of the two-leggedbottom frame 40 are inserted into thenotches 33 of the two-leggedupper frame 30, thereby prevent the two-leggedupper frame 30 from rotating along the axial direction, finally, form a stable four-corner support frame. - Since both the two-legged
upper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 are inserted into the connectingpiece 20 along the axial direction, in order to prevent the two-leggedupper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 from being separated from the connectingpiece 20 when the connectingpiece 20 is lifted, abottom cover 50 is fastened to the bottom of the connectingpiece 20. - Specifically, referring to
Fig. 6 , at least onehole 24 is formed on the bottom surface of the connectingpiece 20, at least oneprojection 51 that is engaged with thehole 24 is configured on thebottom cover 50. After the two-leggedupper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 are connected to the connectingpiece 20, thebottom cover 50 is engaged upward with the bottom of the connectingpiece 20, and then theU-shaped connecting block 41 of the two-leggedbottom frame 40 is fixed to the bottom of the connectingpiece 20 by thebottom cover 50. Thebottom cover 50 engaged with thehole 24 can prevent the two-leggedupper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 from moving along the axial direction, and provides a stable structure. - In order to facilitate disassembly, the
bottom cover 50 may be made of plastic and has flexibility. When it needs to be removed, just pull thebottom cover 50 downward at the matching gap between thebottom cover 50 and the connectingmember 20, and theprojection 51 can be separated from thehole 24, and then thebottom cover 50 can be separated from the connectingpiece 20. In another embodiment, theprojection 51 may be an elastic projection, when thebottom cover 50 is moved downward, theprojection 51 can be separated from thehole 24 due to the elasticity of theprojection 51. - In sum, the detachable lower frame for a table or a chair of the invention includes a connecting
piece 20, a two-leggedupper frame 30, a two-leggedbottom frame 40 and abottom cover 50, the two-leggedupper frame 30 is sleeved on the outside of the connectingpiece 20, the two-leggedbottom frame 40 is embedded in the bottom of the connectingpiece 20 and is configured to intersect the two-leggedupper frame 30, thebottom cover 50 is fastened and connected to the bottom of the connectingpiece 20 for preventing the two-leggedupper frame 30 and the two-leggedbottom frame 40 from moving along the axial direction, therefore, a detachable lower frame for a table or a chair is formed. The embedded installation method of the invention replaces a tedious connection method such as bolts. The detachable lower frame for a table or a chair of the invention has a simple, practical and stable structure, the detachable structure achieves the purpose of convenient packaging and transportation. - The foregoing description of the present invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. Claims (7)
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair, wherein the detachable lower frame for a table or a chair comprises a connecting piece (20), a two-legged upper frame (30), a two-legged bottom frame (40) and a bottom cover (50), the two-legged upper frame (30) is sleeved on the outside of the connecting piece (20), the two-legged bottom frame (40) is embedded in the bottom of the connecting piece (20) and is configured to intersect the two-legged upper frame (30), the bottom cover (50) is fastened and connected to the bottom of the connecting piece (20) for preventing the two-legged upper frame (30) and the two-legged bottom frame (40) from moving along the axial direction.
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair according to claim 1, wherein the top of the connecting piece (20) is provided with a blanking edge (21) that abuts against the top edge of the two-legged upper frame (30), the two-legged upper frame (30) comprises a square shell (31) and two first legs (32), the connecting piece (20) penetrates downward into the square shell (31) along the axial direction, the two first legs (32) are symmetrically fixed on two opposite sides of the square shell (31).
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair according to claim 2, wherein the two-legged bottom frame (40) comprises a U-shaped connecting block (41), two second legs (42) are fixed to two opposite sides of the U-shaped connecting block (41), two notches (33) are respectively opened on two opposite sides of the square shell (31) that is adjacent to two first legs (32), two slots (22) are opened on two opposite sides of the connecting piece (20) corresponding to the notches (33), the U-shaped connecting block (41) is upward inserted into the slots (22) of the connecting piece (20), and the second legs (42) are inserted into the notches (33) of the square shell (31).
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair according to claim 1, wherein at least one hole (24) is formed on the bottom surface of the connecting piece (20), at least one projection (51) that is engaged with the hole (24) is configured on the bottom cover (50).
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair according to claim 1, wherein a turnplate (10) is configured above the connecting piece (20).
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair according to claim 5, wherein a shaft core (11) extends downward from the axis of the turnplate (10), a through hole (23) is formed in the connecting piece (20) along the axial direction, the shaft core (11) is inserted into the through hole (23).
- A detachable lower frame for a table or a chair according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the first legs (32) and the bottom of the second legs (42) are in the same plane.
