Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of refrigerator shelf devices, and particularly relates to an adjustable refrigerator drawer assembly.
- Generally, a drawer for storage is disposed inside a refrigerator chamber. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the drawer, partition plates are disposed inside the drawer, and the drawer is divided into different spaces by changing positions of the partition plates to meet storage requirements.
- In order to realize the separation of a plurality of cavities, in the prior art, a plurality of partition plates are sometimes disposed inside the drawer to divide the space inside the drawer into a plurality of cavities.
- However, most of the partition plates in the prior art are connected to the drawer. When the partition plates are not needed, the partition plates can only be moved to the side wall of the drawer to increase the storage space of the drawer as much as possible. However, the partition plates of this connection form still occupy a certain space, so that the space of the drawer can not be fully utilized.
- One objective of the present invention is to provide an adjustable refrigerator drawer assembly which can effectively utilize the space of a drawer body.
- Another objective of the present invention is to simplify the processes of disassembling and assembling partition plates.
- Specifically, the present invention provides an adjustable refrigerator drawer assembly, including:
- a drawer body, provided with an accommodating cavity for placement of objects;
- a sliding assembly, slidably disposed in the drawer body perpendicular to a pulling direction of the drawer body; and
- at least one partition plate, detachably connected to the sliding assembly, configured to separate the accommodating cavity, and moving with the sliding assembly to change the size of the separation.
- Optionally, the partition plate is arranged along a pulling direction of the drawer body, and front and rear ends of each partition plate are connected to the sliding assembly.
- Optionally, the drawer body includes a front wall and a rear wall arranged oppositely, the front wall and the rear wall are respectively provided with a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove aligned with each other, the sliding assemblies are inserted into each of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove respectively, and the sliding assembly can slide along the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove.
- Optionally, each sliding assembly includes:
- a base, disposed on an outer side of the drawer body; and
- a connecting arm, wherein one end of the connecting arm is fixedly connected to the base, and the other end passes through the first sliding groove or the second sliding groove and is connected to the partition plate.
- Optionally, the connecting position of the connecting arm and the partition plate is provided with a notch penetrating through the connecting arm along the vertical direction of a refrigerator, the notch is used for insertion of the partition plate, and the disassembly of the sliding assembly and the partition plate can be realized by pulling out the partition plate upward.
- Optionally, the refrigerator drawer assembly further includes:
two guide rods, extending along a width direction of the refrigerator and are respectively fixed on an outer side of the front wall or the rear wall of the drawer body, wherein the base on the corresponding side sleeves an outer side of the guide rod. - Optionally, two ends of each guide rod are further provided with limiting blocks for limiting the limit position of the sliding assembly along its sliding direction.
- Optionally, two partition plates are disposed, correspondingly, the front wall of the drawer body is provided with two first sliding grooves, and the rear wall of the drawer body is provided with second sliding grooves aligned with the two first sliding grooves.
- Optionally, the partition plate is sized to be capable of being placed in a space below a refrigerating shelf of the refrigerator.
- Optionally, the refrigerator drawer assembly is configured to be disposed in a temperature-variable chamber of the refrigerator.
- In the present invention, the partition plate is detachably connected to the sliding assembly. When it is necessary to separate the accommodating cavity of the drawer body into a plurality of cavities, for example, when different types of objects are kept off, the sliding assembly can be operated to slide so as to drive the partition plate to move to divide the cavity. When a larger storage space is needed, for example, when a larger volume of food needs to be placed, the partition plate and the sliding assembly can be detached. Thedrawer body 10 is provided with an accommodating cavity for placement of objects. The slidingassembly 20 is slidably disposed in the drawer body 10 a left-and-right direction H perpendicular to a pulling direction D of thedrawer body 10. The pulling direction D of thedrawer body 10 is a depth direction or the front-and-rear direction of the refrigerator chamber. Thepartition plate 30 is detachably connected to thesliding assembly 20, is configured to separate the accommodating cavity, and moves with the slidingassembly 20 to change the size of the separation. In other words, thesliding assembly 20 drives thepartition plate 30 to slide, so that thepartition plate 30 separates the accommodating cavity of thedrawer body 10. The sliding position of thepartition plate 30 determines the size of the divided cavity. - Since the

This detachable connection mode for insertion of thepartition plate 30 by thenotch 221 along the vertical direction facilitates the disassembly of thepartition plate 30 and the slidingassembly 20, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient. - As shown in
figure 2 , in an embodiment, therefrigerator drawer assembly 100 further includes twoguide rods 40 which extend along a width direction of the refrigerator and are respectively fixed on the outer side of thefront wall 11 or therear wall 12 of the drawer body 10 (referring tofigure 1 ), and the base 21 on the corresponding side sleeves an outer side of theguide rod 40. Optionally, as shown infigure 3 , thebase 21 is provided with around hole 211, the size of theround hole 211 is adapted to theguide rod 40, and the round hole is used for penetration of theguide rod 40. - By disposing the
guide rod 40, the slidingassembly 20 is restrained by the sliding groove and theguide rod 40 when sliding, so that the sliding track is more stable. Furthermore, the arrangement of theguide rod 40 limits a sliding direction of the slidingassembly 20, so as to allow the width of the first slidinggroove 111 or the second slidinggroove 121 to be set to be slightly larger, thereby facilitating the insertion of the slidingassembly 20. - In another embodiment, as shown in

In other embodiments not shown, when therefrigerator drawer assembly 100 includes twopartition plates 30, it is also possible to only provide a sliding groove passing through left and right at thefront wall 11 of thedrawer body 10, and provide a sliding groove passing through left and right at therear wall 12, so that the slidingassemblies 20 on the front sides of the twopartition plates 30 share the sliding groove at thefront wall 11, and the slidingassemblies 20 on the rear sides of the twopartition plates 30 share the sliding groove at therear wall 12. - In other embodiments, the
refrigerator drawer assembly 100 may also be provided with two ormore partition plates 30, which is not limited herein. -
Figure 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator drawer assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention with a partition plate placed on a refrigerating shelf. As shown infigure 5 , in another embodiment, thepartition plate 30 is sized to be capable of being placed in a space below arefrigerating shelf 200 of a refrigerator. Generally, around rod 201 for storage is disposed below therefrigerating shelf 200 in the refrigerating chamber of the refrigerator, and thepartition plate 30 of the present embodiment can be placed on theround rod 201 after being disassembled, without occupying other spaces. - Optionally, the
refrigerator drawer assembly 100 is configured to be disposed in a temperature-variable chamber of the refrigerator. Usually, an independent temperature-variable chamber is disposed between an upper refrigerating chamber and a lower freezing chamber of a high-end French refrigerator, a drawable temperature-variable drawer is disposed in the temperature-variable chamber, and therefrigerator drawer assembly 100 of the present invention can be used as the temperature-variable drawer. - Hereto, those skilled in the art should realize that although multiple exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described in detail herein, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, many other variations or modifications that conform to the principles of the present invention can still be directly determined or deduced from the contents disclosed in the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.
