Abstract
Description
- This application relates to the field of lighting device, in particular to a striplight.
- The existing striplight includes a lamp tube and a printed circuit board with a light-emitting element located inside the lamp tube. When assembling, the printed circuit board needs to be fixed in the lamp tube by snap rings, and then the lamp holders at both ends of the lamp tube are assembled with the lamp tube to complete the assembly of the striplight. The striplight with this structure needs to be provided with a separate snap ring to fix the printed circuit board, which makes the structure of the striplight complicated and also increases the cost of raw materials. The provision of the snap ring in the tube will also decrease the aesthetics of the striplight. Moreover, the assembly process is more complicated, and the assembly time is increased.
- The purpose of this application is to provide a striplight, which aims to solve the problem of complicated structure of the striplight in the prior art.
- To achieve this goal, this application adopts the following technical solutions:
A striplight, which includes a lamp tube, a printed circuit board arranged in the lamp tube, a light-emitting element arranged on the printed circuit board, two insulated lamp holders respectively inserted at both ends of the lamp tube, and metal sockets connected with the insulated lamp holders; both ends of the printed circuit board have electrical connectors that are electrically connected with the metal sockets; the inner wall of the insulated lamp holder has at least one mounting slot, and the printed circuit board is inserted in the mounting slot. - Further, the insulated lamp holder includes a first connecting ring contacting the inner wall of the lamp tube, a second connecting ring connected with a side of the first connecting ring away from the lamp holder, and a third connecting ring connected with a side of the second connecting ring away from the first connecting ring; the mounting slot is located in the first connecting ring.
- Further, the first connecting ring is a circular ring, and the number of the mounting slots is two; the two mounting slots are located on the same diameter of the first connecting ring.
- Further, the inner wall of the first connecting ring is provided with a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate that are opposed and spaced apart; a gap between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate is formed as the mounting slot.
- Further, the inner diameter of the second connecting ring gradually decreases in a direction away from the first connecting ring; the metal socket is sleeved outside the third connecting ring.
- Further, the insulated lamp holder further includes a protecting ring connected with the second connecting ring and arranged around the first connecting ring, the length of the protecting ring is less than the length of the first connecting ring, and the protecting ring abuts against the lamp tube.
- Further, the insulated lamp holder is a plastic part; the metal socket is an aluminum part.
- Further, an elastic metal member is provided between the electrical connector and the metal socket; the elastic metal member is connected with the electrical connector and abuts against the metal socket.
- Further, the elastic metal member includes a fixing plate fixedly connected with the electrical connector, a first elastic piece connected with the fixing plate, a second elastic piece connected with the first elastic piece, a first arc-shaped transition plate arranged between the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece, a third elastic piece connected with the second elastic piece, and a second arc-shaped transition plate arranged between the second elastic piece and the third elastic piece; the angle between the second elastic piece and the first elastic piece is an acute angle.
- Further, the elastic metal member is a spring.
- The beneficial effects of the application are: a mounting slot adapted to the edge of the printed circuit board is provided inside the insulated lamp holder, i.e., the edge of the printed circuit board is accurately inserted into the mounting slot after the insulated lamp holder and the lamp are assembled, to fix the printed circuit board in the tube. The printed circuit board is fixed in the lamp tube without snap rings or other components, thereby effectively simplifying the structure of the striplight and reducing the cost of the striplight.
- In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application, the following will briefly introduce the accompanying drawings that need to be used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art. Obviously, the accompanying drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present application. Those skilled in the art can obtain other drawings based on these drawings without creative efforts.

- It should be noted that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or indirectly above the other element. When an element is said to be "connected with" another element, it can be directly connected with the other element or indirectly connected with the other element.
- It should be understood that the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the terms "length", "width", "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. is based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and is only for the convenience of describing the application and simplifying the description, and does not indicate or imply the device or the element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation of the present application.

- The implementation of this application will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments.
- As shown in
Figs 1 to 3 , the embodiment of the present application proposes a striplight, which includes alamp tube 1, a printedcircuit board 2 arranged in thelamp tube 1, a light-emittingelement 3 arranged on the printedcircuit board 2, two insulatedlamp holders 4 respectively inserted at both ends of thelamp tube 1, and ametal socket 5 connected with the insulatedlamp holder 4; both ends of the printedcircuit board 2 haveelectrical connectors 201 electrically connected with themetal socket 5; the inner wall of the insulatedlamp holder 4 has at least onemounting slot 405, and the printedcircuit board 2 is inserted into themounting slot 405. - In the embodiment of the present application, a mounting
slot 405 adapted to the edge of the printedcircuit board 2 is provided inside theinsulated lamp holder 4, i.e., the edge of the printedcircuit board 2 is accurately inserted into the mountingslot 405 after theinsulated lamp holder 4 and the lamp are assembled, to fix the printedcircuit board 2 in thelamp tube 1. The printedcircuit board 2 is fixed in thelamp tube 1 without snap rings or other components, thereby effectively simplifying the structure of the striplight and reducing the cost of striplight. In the process of assembling the striplight, the printedcircuit board 2 is put in thelamp tube 1 first, and then theinsulated lamp holder 4 is inserted on thelamp tube 1 and the printedcircuit board 2 is inserted into the mountingslot 405, and then themetal socket 5 is connected with theinsulated lamp holder 4, and themetal socket 5 is in contact with theelectrical connector 201 on the printedcircuit board 2, so that themetal socket 5 and the printedcircuit board 2 are electrically connected. Thelamp tube 1 can be milky white to enhance the softness of the light. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 4 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided by the present application, theinsulated lamp holder 4 includes a first connectingring 401 contacting the inner wall of thelamp tube 1, a second connectingring 402 connected with a side of the first connectingring 401 away from the lamp holder, and a third connectingring 403 connected with a side of the second connectingring 402 away from the first connectingring 401; the mountingslot 405 is located in the first connectingring 401. The first connectingring 401 of theinsulated lamp holder 4 is inserted into the inside of thelamp tube 1 and in close contact with the inner wall of thelamp tube 1 to realize the connection between theinsulated lamp holder 4 and thelamp tube 1. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 4 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided by the present application, the first connectingring 401 is a circular ring, and the number of the mountingslots 405 is two; the two mountingslots 405 are located on the same diameter of thefirst connection ring 401, so the opposite sides of the printedcircuit board 2 can be inserted into the two mountingslots 405 respectively. The first connectingring 401 can achieve a more symmetrical installation and fixation of the printedcircuit board 2 to improve the stability of the printedcircuit board 2 after installation. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 4 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided by the present application, the inner wall of the first connectingring 401 is provided with a first limitingplate 406 and a second limitingplate 407 that are opposed and spaced apart. The gap between the first limitingplate 406 and the second limitingplate 407 is formed as a mountingslot 405. When theinsulated lamp holder 4 is manufactured, the first limitingplate 406 and the second limitingplate 407 can be formed simultaneously, and the first connectingring 401 is processed without a slotting process, which saves the process to manufacture the first connectingring 401. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 4 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided by the present application, the inner diameter of the second connectingring 402 gradually decreases in a direction away from the first connectingring 401, and the inner diameter of the third connectingring 403 is the same as the inner diameter of the small end of the second connectingring 402. The second connectingring 402 serves as a transition member between the first connectingring 401 and the third connectingring 403, so that the first connectingring 401 and the third connectingring 403 which are significantly different in size are processed smoothly; themetal socket 5 is sleeved on the outside of the third connectingring 403. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 4 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided by the present application, theinsulated lamp holder 4 further includes a protectingring 404 connected with the second connectingring 402 and arranged around the first connectingring 401. The length of the protectingring 404 is less than the length of the first connectingring 401, and the protectingring 404 abuts against thelamp tube 1. Therefore, when theinsulated lamp holder 4 is inserted into thelamp tube 1, the protectingring 404 can cover the gap between the first connectingring 401 and thelamp tube 1 to improve dust and water-proof performance. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 4 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided in the present application, the insulatinglamp holder 4 is a plastic part; themetal socket 5 is an aluminum part. - Further, as shown in
Figs. 3 and5 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided in the present application, anelastic metal member 6 is provided between theelectrical connector 201 and themetal socket 5; theelastic metal member 6 is electrically connected withelectrical connector 201 and abuts against themetal socket 5. Theelastic metal member 6 can ensure the stable contact between the printedcircuit board 2 and themetal socket 5, and when the internal structure is loose or misaligned during use, theelastic metal member 6 can still be in close contact with themetal socket 5. - Further, as shown in
Fig. 5 , as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided in the present application, theelastic metal member 6 includes a fixingplate 601 fixedly connected with theelectrical connector 201, and a firstelastic piece 602 connected with the fixingplate 601, a secondelastic piece 603 connected with the firstelastic piece 602, a first arc-shapedtransition plate 604 arranged between the firstelastic piece 602 and the secondelastic piece 603, a thirdelastic piece 605 connected with the secondelastic piece 603, and a second arc-shapedtransition plate 606 arranged between the secondelastic piece 603 and the thirdelastic piece 605; the angle between the secondelastic piece 603 and the firstelastic piece 602 is an acute angle. The fixingplate 601 can realize a stable connection between theelastic metal member 6 and theelectrical connector 201, and the firstelastic piece 602, the secondelastic piece 603, and the thirdelastic piece 605 can be deformed to achieve close contact with themetal socket 5. - Further, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided in the present application, the
elastic metal member 6 is a spring, and may also be other metals with conductive properties. - It can be understood that the solution in another specific implementation may be an embodiment which can be achieved by further improving on the basis of other embodiments.
- Obviously, the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application are only used to clearly illustrate the examples of the present application, and are not intended to limit the implementation of the present application. For those skilled in the art, other changes or modifications in different forms can be made on the basis of the above description. It is unnecessary and impossible to list all the implementation here. Any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the spirit and principle of this application shall be included in the protection scope of the claims of this application.
Claims (10)
- A striplight, characterized in that it comprises a lamp tube, a printed circuit board arranged within the lamp tube, a light-emitting element arranged at the printed circuit board, two insulated lamp holders respectively inserted at both ends of the lamp tube, and metal sockets connected with the insulated lamp holders; both ends of the printed circuit board have electrical connectors electrically connected with the metal sockets, respectively; the inner wall of the insulated lamp holder has at least one mounting slot, and the printed circuit board is inserted into the mounting slot.
- The striplight according to claim 1, characterized in that the insulated lamp holder includes a first connecting ring connected with the inner wall of the lamp tube, a second connecting ring connected with a side of the first connecting ring away from the lamp holder, and a third connecting ring connected with a side of the second connecting ring away from the first connecting ring; the mounting slot is located in the first connecting ring.
- The striplight according to claim 2, characterized in that the first connecting ring is a circular ring, and the number of the mounting slots is two; and the two mounting slots are located on the same diameter of the first connecting ring.
- The striplight according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner wall of the first connecting ring is provided with a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate that are opposed and spaced apart; the gap between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate is formed as the mounting slot.
- The striplight according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner diameter of the second connecting ring gradually decreases in a direction away from the first connecting ring; the metal socket is sleeved on the outside of the third connecting ring.
- The striplight according to claim 2, characterized in that the insulated lamp holder further includes a protecting ring connected with the second connecting ring and arranged around the first connecting ring, and the length of the protecting ring is less than the length of the first connecting ring, the protecting ring abuts against the lamp tube.
- The striplight according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the insulated lamp holder is a plastic part; and the metal socket is an aluminum part.
- The striplight according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that an elastic metal member is provided between the electrical connector and the metal socket; the elastic metal member is connected with the electrical connector and abuts against the metal socket.
- The striplight according to claim 8, characterized in that the elastic metal member includes a fixing plate fixedly connected with the electrical connector, a first elastic piece connected with the fixing plate, a second elastic piece connected with the first elastic piece, a first arc-shaped transition plate arranged between the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece, a third elastic piece connected with the second elastic piece, and a second arc-shaped transition plate arranged between the second elastic piece and the third elastic piece; the angle between the second elastic piece and the first elastic piece is an acute angle.
- The striplight according to claim 8, wherein the elastic metal member is a spring.
