Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fastening device.
  • Thermal insulation composite systems like on-roof insulation systems, are becoming increasingly widespread on building walls and on building ceilings. Although these systems produce good thermal insulation in the desired manner, they have a low mechanical load-bearing capacity. This makes it difficult or even impossible to attach add-on parts to building walls or add-on parts on a roof without damaging the insulation layer.
  • a spacing device which has a fastening means for fastening the spacing device to a supporting structure of a building.
  • This fastening means is arranged at a radial distance from a central longitudinal axis of the spacing device in such a way that a first contact area facing a subsoil is larger than a second contact area facing away from the subsoil.
  • a bridging element for connecting components which has at least one primary element and at least one connecting element which can be connected in an engaging manner, whereby the primary element and the connecting element are designed to be adjustable in length with respect to one another.
  • a fastening device which has a base body, in the first end region of which a receiving space is provided which is open to the outside and extends into the inner region of the base body.
  • a nut is arranged, which forms an inner closing surface of the receiving space and is in contact with a support surface of the base body.
  • a recess is provided which extends from the outside of the base body into the receiving space.
  • a rod-shaped element connected to the nut is guided through the recess and the nut, one end region of which protrudes outwardly from the outside of the base body and the other end region of which extends into the receiving space.
  • a closing plate that closes off the receiving space to the outside is fastened, which end plate can contain one or more connecting elements for receiving external components.
  • This attachment is implemented by a threaded rod guided into the base body, the outer end area of which is fixed on the end plate by means of a nut and the other end area of which is attached to a nut which is inserted into a recess in the base body.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a device by means of which add-on parts can be attached to a building wall or structural parts on a roof without damaging an existing or to be applied insulating layer.
  • the base body consists of a non-thermally conductive material, for example ceramic or glass.
  • the bearing surface runs parallel to the end plate.
  • the rod-shaped element is fastened to the distribution element by means of a nut and a washer is positioned between the nut and the distribution element.
  • the second end region of the base body forms a flat surface, the following size relationship applying to the flat surface and the cross-sectional area of the recess: F. > x • Q , where x ⁇ 5.
  • the distribution element is connected to the support surface.
  • the tension elements are arranged along a circle or segment of a circle at a distance from one another around a central axis of the base body and are guided through the base body in the radial direction of the base body outside the receiving space.
  • the fastening device has means for contact-making with a stable base in a manner secured against rotation.
  • the fastening device has two or more rod-shaped elements, one end region of which protrudes outwardly from the outside of the base body and the other end region of which extends into the receiving space.

  • the fastening device has two or more base bodies which are covered by a common cover plate.
  • the end plate has a circumferential shoulder which is designed to accommodate a end layer of a wall or ceiling structure.
  • the end layer can be fastened on the circumferential shoulder by clamping using a flange ring and a fastening element or by gluing.
  • a fastening device according to the invention is used in a thermal insulation composite system or an on-roof insulation system.
  • the fastening device according to the invention can transmit forces via an insulating layer that is not stable.
  • the fastening device itself has an insulating effect and does not form a cold bridge penetrating the insulation layer.
  • the fastening device still has a defined load-bearing capacity over a certain period of time when the temperature rises.
  • a fastening device according to the invention can be adapted in their thickness to the respective local conditions. The fastening device is thus able to bridge insulation layers of different thicknesses.
