Description

The present invention relates to a removable lighting device.

The present invention also relates to a set of such devices and a corresponding lighting installation.

The lighting device according to the invention can be used in particular for interior lighting, for example of a room such as a bedroom or a living room, and can be easily moved between different lighting points arranged in the same room. or in different rooms. The lighting device according to the invention can also be used outdoors.

Very many examples of lighting devices that can be used for interior lighting are known in the state of the art.

In general, these lighting devices are arranged in a fixed manner such as for example a wall lamp or a ceiling lamp, or in a movable manner such as for example a floor lamp.

However, the existing lighting devices are not completely satisfactory.

In particular, in the case of a movable lighting device, it is powered either via an electrical network or via a battery then attached to this device.

In the first case, to move such a device, it is necessary to first disconnect it from the electrical network, and then connect it again. This is always inconvenient because it involves moving the device with an associated cable, changing sockets, etc. In addition, the presence of the cables generally degrades the aesthetic appearance of the lighting device.

In the second case, that is to say when the lighting device is powered by a battery, recharging such a device also requires its connection via a cable, which is not always convenient. Moreover, as in the previous case, this also degrades the aesthetic appearance of the lighting device. The documents FR 3 044 742 A1 , CN 203 099 586 U , US 2017/261163 A1 , US 2014/126187 A1 And US 2015/354788 A1 are considered prior art relevant to the present invention.

The present invention aims to provide a lighting device that can be easily moved without causing the aforementioned drawbacks, that is to say without the need to connect it via a cable and therefore without degrading its aesthetic appearance.

  • the intensity regulator being capable of receiving each orientation datum received by the transceiver and, as a function of this datum, of controlling the intensity of the light of the luminous strip;

The invention also relates to a set of lighting devices composed of a plurality of lighting devices as defined above, the transceiver of each lighting device being capable of receiving orientation data from each other lighting device to modify the intensity of the light of its light strip according to each orientation data received and to transmit orientation data generated by its accelerometer to change the light intensity of the light strip of each other lighting device.

The invention also relates to a lighting installation comprising at least one lighting device as defined above and an external support configured to removably fix the lighting device and to recharge the battery thereof.

According to other advantageous aspects of the invention, the external support defines a shape complementary to that of the second half-shell and of the fixing means fixed to this second half-shell, the external support being of dimensions smaller than those of the device lighting.

These characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following description, given solely by way of non-limiting example, and made with reference to the appended drawings, in which:
  • [ Fig 1 ] there figure 1 is a perspective view of a lighting installation according to the invention, the installation comprising a lighting device and an external support;
  • [ Fig 2 ] there figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the outer support of the figure 1 ;

We have indeed represented on the figure 1 a lighting installation 1 according to the invention.

Cette installation comprend un support extérieur 10 et un dispositif d'éclairage 20 amovible par rapport à ce support 10.This installation comprises an external support 10 and a lighting device 20 removable with respect to this support 10.

The support 10 is intended to be placed in an attachment point, for example of a room inside a dwelling or any other building.

In the example described below, the external support 10 is intended to be fixed to a wall. According to another exemplary embodiment, the external support 10 is intended to be fixed to the ceiling or to any other suitable support.

So, with reference to this figure 2 , the outer support 10 comprises a fixing means 11, a half-shell 12 mounted on the fixing means 11, a wedge 13 arranged in the half-shell 12, a magnet 14, contacts 15 and a contact support 16 mounted also on the fixing means 11 through the half-shell 12.

The present fixing means 11 presents for example a wall fixing arm known per se. Thus, this means 11 defines, for example, two fixing holes through which this means 11 can be fixed to the wall using, for example, a pair of screws.

Advantageously, according to the invention, the fixing means 11 further defines, for example in its central part, an orifice for passing an electric cable (not shown on the figure 2 ). This cable is intended to be connected on the one hand to an electrical network via for example a suitable transformer and on the other hand, to the contact support 16. On the side of the support 16, the cable defines at least two terminals, for example a positive terminal and a negative terminal.

The half-shell 12 has a general oval shape curved towards the fixing means 11. Thus, this half-shell 12 has for example a first surface 17 oriented towards the wall when the half-shell 12 is mounted on the fixing means 11 and a second surface 18 opposite the first surface 17.

La demi-coque 12 définit en outre dans sa partie centrale un orifice de passage du support de contact 16.The half-shell 12 further defines in its central part an orifice for the passage of the contact support 16.

Cette cale 13 délimite donc également un orifice de passage analogue à celui de la demi-coque 12.The wedge 13 is made for example of a flexible material such as silicone and defines a shape similar to that of the second surface 18. This wedge 13 therefore also delimits a passage orifice similar to that of the half-shell 12.

The magnet 14 has a ring shape. It is received, for example, in the passage orifice defined by the half-shell 12 and is fixed rigidly to this half-shell 12 or to the fixing means 11.

The contacts 15 are arranged on the contact support 16. In particular, each contact is connected to a corresponding terminal of the electric cable.

One of the contacts 15 has for example the shape of a ring and another has the shape of a disc received in the center of this ring, without being in contact with this first.

So, as is apparent from this picture 3 , the lighting device 20 comprises a support strip 21, a light strip 22 arranged on this support strip 21, an electronic module 23 having a case, a pair of reflectors 30A, 30B enclosing the electronic module 23, a pair of diffusers 31A, 31B fixed on the support strip 21 and a pair of half-shells 32A, 32B fixed one on the other in order to enclose the aforementioned elements and form a body of the device 20.

The support strip 21 extends along a closed contour, for example of oval shape, and defines an inner lateral surface 44 oriented inside this contour, an outer lateral surface 45 oriented outside the contour and two fixing surfaces 50A, 50B. These surfaces are visible on the figure 4 wherein it is clear that inner 44 and outer 45 side surfaces extend between attachment surfaces 50A, 50B.

La bande de support 21 est faite par exemple d'un matériau métallique et permet ainsi d'absorber et de diffuser la chaleur produite par la bande lumineuse 22.The support strip 21 is made for example of a metallic material and thus makes it possible to absorb and diffuse the heat produced by the light strip 22.

These light sources are electrically connected to the electronic module 23 and are capable of emitting light of a predetermined color or of a variable color.

The reflectors 30A, 30B are arranged in the closed contour defined by the support strip 21 and are configured to reflect light coming from the luminous strip 22 towards the half-shells 32A, 32B.

As can be seen on the picture 3 , these reflectors 30A, 30B also have for example the shape of half-shells but have dimensions smaller than those of the half-shells 32A, 32B.

To fix this electronic module 23 in this space, one of the reflectors 30A, 30B, for example the reflector 30B, defines a housing 55 of complementary shape to that of the module.

Par ailleurs, le module électronique 23 est fixé dans ce logement 55 au moyen par exemple des vis traversant le réflecteur 30B, le diffuseur 31B et la demi-coque 32B.Furthermore, the electronic module 23 is fixed in this housing 55 by means, for example, of screws passing through the reflector 30B, the diffuser 31B and the half-shell 32B.

The diffusers 31A, 31B are arranged on either side of the support strip 21 and are for example fixed to the fixing surface 50A, 50B thereof.

Les diffuseurs 31A, 31B présentent également une forme de demi-coques de dimensions inférieures à celles des demi-coques 32A, 32B.The diffusers 31A, 31B also have the shape of half-shells with dimensions smaller than those of the half-shells 32A, 32B.

These diffusers 31A, 31B are therefore interposed between the half-shells 32A, 32B and the reflectors 30A, 30B.

Furthermore, these diffusers 31A, 31B are for example opaque and make it possible to diffuse the light originating from the reflectors 30A, 30B and from the light strip 22 in a homogeneous manner.

The half-shells 32A, 32B make it possible to enclose the entire structure to form a body of the device 20. These half-shells therefore define the external shape of the device 20 which then has a flattened shape.

These half-shells 32A. 32B are for example transparent and are made of any suitable material, for example to give the external aesthetic appearance and/or the desired rigidity.

The fixing means 40 has for example the shape of a metal ring capable of cooperating with the magnet 14 of the external support 10 to fix the device 20 to this support 10.

Thus, the fixing means 40 is fixed for example on an outer surface 57 of the half-shell 32B in the center of the latter by using for example the same screws as those used to fix the case of the electronic module 23 in the housing 55 .

Enfin, le moyen de fixation 40 présente des propriétés magnétiques nécessaires pour supporter le poids du dispositif 20, par coopération avec l'aimant 14.Finally, the fixing means 40 has the magnetic properties necessary to support the weight of the device 20, by cooperating with the magnet 14.

The electronic module 23 is electrically connected to the contacts 15 of the external support 10 via charging contacts 60 formed by pads.

Ces contacts de recharge 60 sont ainsi aptes à coopérer avec les contacts 15These recharging contacts 60 protrude with respect to the outer surface 57 of half-shell 32B, for example at the center of the ring defined by the fixing means 40. These recharging contacts 60 are thus capable of cooperating with the contacts 15

It has a capacity necessary to power the light strip 22 when the device 20 is not fixed on the external support 10 and to be charged and directly power the light strip 22 when the device 20 is fixed on the support 10.

Le régulateur d'intensité 63 est apte à contrôler l'intensité de la lumière de la bande lumineuse 22 en contrôlant l'alimentation de cette bande 22 par la batterie 62.The intensity regulator 63 is able to control the intensity of the light from the luminous strip 22 by controlling the supply of this strip 22 by the battery 62.

The accelerometer 64 is capable of detecting each modification of the orientation of the device 20 in space and of generating an orientation datum corresponding to this modification.

In particular, the accelerometer 64 is able to generate orientation data comprising the angle of rotation of the device 20 around a first axis X1 and around a second axis X2 perpendicular for example to this first axis. Both axes are visible on the figure 4 .

Avantageusement, selon l'invention, le régulateur d'intensité 63 est apte en outre à recevoir chaque donnée d'orientation générée par l'accéléromètre 64 et en fonction de cette donnée, à contrôler l'intensité de la lumière de la bande lumineuse 22.Advantageously, according to the invention, the intensity regulator 63 is also able to receive each orientation datum generated by the accelerometer 64 and, depending on this datum, to control the intensity of the light of the luminous strip 22 .

Par exemple, selon un exemple de réalisation, le régulateur d'intensité 63 est apte à modifier l'intensité de la lumière de la bande lumineuse 22 proportionnellement à l'angle de rotation uniquement autour du premier axe X1, cet angle de rotation étant compris dans la donnée d'orientation générée par l'accéléromètre 64.For example, according to an exemplary embodiment, the intensity regulator 63 is capable of modifying the intensity of the light of the luminous strip 22 in proportion to the angle of rotation only around the first axis X1, this angle of rotation being included in the orientation datum generated by the accelerometer 64.

Ces valeurs correspondent donc respectivement à un état « éteint » de la bande et un état « puissance maximale ».The modification of the intensity can for example extend from an initial value when no current is transmitted from the battery 23 to the light strip and a final value when all the current coming from the battery 23 is transmitted. to the light strip. These values therefore correspond respectively to an “off” state of the band and a “maximum power” state.

The radio wave transceiver 65 is able to communicate with other similar transceivers in the vicinity by transmitting and receiving radio waves.

In particular, the radioelectric wave transceiver 65 is capable of transmitting orientation data generated by the accelerometer 64 to at least one other lighting device similar to said lighting device to modify the intensity of the light from this other lighting device.

The radioelectric wave transceiver 65 is also capable of receiving orientation data generated by an accelerometer of at least one other lighting device.

In such a case, the intensity regulator 63 is capable of modifying the intensity of the light of the light strip 22 in proportion to the angle of rotation only around the second axis X1 of another device, this angle of rotation being then included in the orientation datum generated by the accelerometer of this other device.

Selon un exemple de réalisation, le régulateur d'intensité 63 et l'émetteur-récepteur d'ondes radioélectriques 65 forment une composante unique de type « WiFi microcontroller ».According to an exemplary embodiment, the intensity regulator 63 and the radioelectric wave transceiver 65 form a single component of the “WiFi microcontroller” type.

Un ensemble 80 de dispositifs d'éclairage selon l'invention sera désormais expliqué en référence à la figure 5.A set 80 of lighting devices according to the invention will now be explained with reference to the figure 5 .

Indeed, as can be seen in this figure 5 , the assembly 80 comprises for example four lighting devices 81 to 84, each of these devices being similar to the lighting device 20 explained previously.

In particular, these lighting devices 81 to 84 are mounted on corresponding external supports and are therefore powered by the electrical network. As a variant, at least one of these devices 81 to 84 is removed from its external support and is therefore powered by its battery.

The transceivers of these devices 81 to 84 form a computer network capable of transmitting in particular orientation data generated by the accelerometers of these devices.

Advantageously, this network is decentralized insofar as no server is necessary to implement its operation. In such a case, the identification of the devices is carried out for example automatically when a given device has entered the coverage zone created by the other devices.

Bien entendu, d'autres modes d'identification sont également envisageables.Of course, other modes of identification are also possible.

Comme cela a été décrit précédemment, selon un exemple de réalisation, pour modifier l'intensité de lumière de l'un des dispositifs 81 à 84 pris isolément, il suffit de le tourner autour du premier axe X1.As described previously, according to an exemplary embodiment, to modify the light intensity of one of the devices 81 to 84 taken in isolation, it suffices to turn it around the first axis X1.

So, in the example of the figure 5 , a rotation of the device 83 around its first axis X1 leads to the corresponding modification of the intensity of its light.

According to the invention, it is also possible to adjust the intensity of all the other devices of the set 80 from one of these devices.

So, in the example of the figure 5 , it suffices to turn the device 83 around its second axis X2 to modify the intensity of the light of the devices 81, 82 and 84.

It can then be seen that the present invention has a certain number of advantages.

First of all, the device according to the invention can operate in a hooked position (for example on the wall) and in a hooked position. It is thus easily removable from its support, which allows it to be used in both positions.

In both positions the device is fully usable. The recharging of its battery is carried out in a particularly simple way, without the need to handle with cables or sockets. These cables are not even visible which creates a particular aesthetic aspect.

In addition, it is clear that in the case of a plurality of devices, these devices are interchangeable between their support which allows for example the user to move freely in his home with a device and then to hang it to the first available medium. We can speak in this case of a “portable” light which can be carried and recharged easily by the user.

Finally, the device according to the invention has a connected device which allows it to easily control the other connected devices or to be controlled by one of these devices. Thus, it is possible to control all the brightness for example of the user's home in a particularly simple way.

Il s'agit donc d'un dispositif de type « tout en un ».It is then conceivable that the device brings together in itself a multitude of functionalities linked to the lighting, for example, of the user's home. It is therefore an “all-in-one” type device.
