  1.   2. Frame door profile according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting web (13) simultaneously forms the connecting web of the U-shaped retaining profile (9) and of the U-shaped engagement profile (8), which are directed inward and outward in opposite directions.
  3. Frame door profile according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the outer side web (17) of the U-shaped engagement profile (8) has on the inside an ergonomic access protrusion (20), which is directed toward the forwardly directed front wall (7) of the main body.

Frame door profile formed of an extruded hollow chamber profile (3), wherein it has three walls (4; 5; 6) arranged at an angle to one another, an outwardly directed outer wall (4), an opposite inner wall (5) and a rearwardly directed rear wall (6) connecting the two walls (4; 5), wherein the walls (4; 5; 6) are smooth and flat, and wherein it has a forwardly directed front wall (7), which is located opposite the rear wall (6) and from which an outwardly open, U-shaped engagement profile (8) with outer and inner side portions and with a connecting web (13) extends forward into a room, wherein the engagement profile (8) has a depth and a width dimension that is large enough at least for the engagement of one or more fingertips of a person, and wherein it has an inwardly directed open retaining profile (9), which likewise extends forward into a room, characterized in that the retaining profile (9) is U-shaped with side portions and with a connecting portion, and the outer side portion of the engagement profile (8) forms the inner side portion of the retaining profile (9), and the engagement profile (8) and the retaining profile (9) are arranged next to one another but oriented in opposite directions, and in that the outer wall (4) and the inner wall (5) are connected at a right angle to the rear wall (6), and the front wall (7) is connected at a right angle to the outer wall (4), wherein the front wall (7) is in part angled toward the rear wall (6) such that the outer wall (4) is wider than the inner wall (5), and in that the engagement profile (8) extends forward into a room with its connecting portion (13) of the U-shaped engagement profile (8) in an extension of the inner wall (5).
  6. Frame door formed of a frame door profile (1) according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of frame door profiles (1) are mitred on both sides and joined together to form a closed frame door (2), and a sheet-like filling (21) is inserted in the retaining profile (9) or in a U-shaped elastic profile strip (11), characterized in that the outer wall (4), the inner wall (5), the rear wall (6) and the front wall (7) form an outer frame and the U-shaped retaining profile (9) forms a smaller inner frame placed in front thereof, and in that the outer frame and the inner frame are connected to one another by the engagement profile (8).
  7. Frame door profile according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 3 or 5, characterized in that an elastic profile strip (11) is inserted in the retaining profile (9) and an undercut (12) is provided in the inner and/or outer side portion of the retaining profile (9), in the wall portion of the front wall (7) of the U-shaped retaining profile (9) and/or in the side web (18) of the front web (16) of the U-shaped retaining profile (9), behind which undercut the profile strip (11) is fixed.
  8. Frame door according to claim 4 or 6, characterized in that the filling consists of glass, mirror glass, wood, chipboard, plastic, cork, stone, metal, or substitutes of these, or of printed or coated or veneered or composite lightweight or multilayer panels.
  9. Frame door according to any one of the preceding claims 4, 6 or 8, characterized in that the hollow chamber profile is equipped with hinges and the frame door (2) is designed as a built-in door or front-mounted door.
