Claims (3)
- Türschloss (3), das an einem Türblatt (2) montierbar ist und mit einem Griff (4) verbindbar ist, wobei das Türblatt (2) nach außen und nach innen gewandte Oberflächen (21, 22) aufweist, die einander in einer ersten Richtung gegenüberliegen, und eine Seitenoberfläche (23), die zwischen den nach außen und nach innen gewandten Oberflächen (21, 22) angeordnet ist, um zusammenwirkend einen Aufnahmeraum (24) dazwischen zu definieren, wobei die Türschloss (3) Folgendes umfasst:eine Riegelvorrichtung (5), die in dem Aufnahmeraum (24) montierbar ist, und einen Riegel (51) einschließt, der in Bezug auf das Türblatt (2) bewegbar ist zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in der eine Zunge des Riegels (51) aus dem Aufnahmeraum (24) heraus vorsteht, und einer Entriegelungsposition, in der die Zunge des Riegels (51) in den Aufnahmeraum (24) zurückgezogen ist; undeine Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) einschließlich einer Gehäusesitzeinheit (61), die an der nach außen weisenden Oberfläche (21) des Türblattes (2) und außerhalb davon montierbar ist, und einer Kupplungseinheit (62), die innerhalb der Gehäusesitzeinheit (61) angeordnet ist, wobei die Kupplungseinheit (62) ein Kupplungsantriebselement (65) aufweist, das an der Gehäusesitzeinheit (61) um eine erste Achse (LI) in der ersten Richtung drehbar angebracht ist und das einen Eingriffsendabschnitt aufweist, der mit dem Griff (4) in Eingriff zu bringen ist, und einen Antriebsendabschnitt (651), der dem Eingriffsendabschnitt (656) in der ersten Richtung gegenüberliegt und der einen Aufnahmeschlitz (652) aufweist, der sich entlang der ersten Achse (LI) erstreckt, und eine Verbindungsbohrung (653), die sich radial erstreckt, um in räumlicher Verbindung mit dem Aufnahmeschlitz (652) zu stehen, eine Abtriebsachse (66), die drehbar in dem Aufnahmeschlitz (652) aufgenommen ist und die eine eingebettete Rille (661) aufweist, die sich entlang einer zweiten Achse (L2) erstreckt, die quer zu der ersten Achse (LI) verläuft, und einen Kupplungsbolzen (67), der in der Verbindungsbohrung (653) des Kupplungsantriebselements (65) angeordnet und relativ zu dieser entlang der zweiten Achse (L2) beweglich ist und der betriebsfähig ist, um sich zwischen einer eingerückten Position zu bewegen, in der die Verbindungsbohrung (653) mit der eingebetteten Zunge (661) entlang der zweiten Achse (L2) ausgerichtet ist und in der der Kupplungsbolzen (67) mit der eingebetteten Zunge (661) der Abtriebsachse (66) in Eingriff steht, um eine synchrone Drehung der Abtriebsachse (66) mit dem Kupplungsantriebselement (65) zu ermöglichen, um eine Verbindung zwischen dem Griff (4) und dem Riegel (51) herzustellen, und einer ausgerückten Position zu bewegen, in der die Verbindungsbohrung (653) nicht mit der eingebetteten Rille (661) ausgerichtet ist und in der der Kupplungsbolzen (67) aus der eingebetteten Rille (661) der Abtriebsachse (66) ausgerückt ist, um eine Leerlaufdrehung der Abtriebsachse (66) relativ zu dem Kupplungsantriebselement (65) zu ermöglichen, um die Verbindung zwischen dem Griff (4) und dem Riegel (51) zu trennen, die Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) ferner eine Antriebseinheit (63) einschließt, die innerhalb der Gehäusesitzeinheit (61) angeordnet ist, wobei die Antriebseinheit (63) einen Motor (631) aufweist, der an der Gehäusesitzeinheit (61) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:die Kupplungseinheit (62) ein Vorspannelement (68) aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsbohrung (653) ein Segment (654) mit kleinerem Durchmesser und ein Segment (655) mit größerem Durchmesser aufweist, die in der Nähe bzw. distal von der Ausgangsachse (66) ausgebildet sind, sowie eine Schulter (657), die zwischen dem Segment (654) mit kleinerem Durchmesser und dem Segment (655) mit größerem Durchmesser ausgebildet ist, wobei der Kupplungsbolzen (67) einen Flansch (671) aufweist, der sich radial von einem Umfang desselben erstreckt, wobei das Vorspannelement (68) zwei Enden aufweist, die an der Schulter (657) bzw. dem Flansch (671) anliegen, um den Kupplungsbolzen (67) von der Abtriebsachse (66) weg vorzuspannen,wobei die Kupplungseinheit (62) ein ringförmiges Halteelement (69) aufweist, das über dem Segment (655) mit dem größeren Durchmesser angeordnet ist und das ein Durchgangsloch (691) aufweist, das sich durch dieses entlang der zweiten Achse (L2) erstreckt, um eine Bewegung des Kupplungsbolzens (67) zu ermöglichen, und das einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der des Flansches (671), um die Bewegung des Kupplungsbolzens (67) weg von der Abtriebsachse (66) zu stoppen,wobei die Antriebseinheit (63) ein Druckelement (632) aufweist, das aus einem Polyoxymethylenmaterial hergestellt ist und das durch den Motor (631) betätigt wird, um relativ zu dem Kupplungsantriebselement (65) bewegt zu werden, um den Kupplungsbolzen (67) zu drücken und entlang der zweiten Achse (L2) in die eingerückte Position zu bewegen,wobei das Kupplungsantriebselement (65) mit dem Griff (4) gedreht wird, um eine Winkelbewegung des Kupplungsbolzens (67) relativ zu dem Druckelement (632) entlang eines Weges (a) zu bewirken, der die zweite Achse (L2) umgibt, wobei das Druckelement (632) eine Druckendfläche (633) aufweist, die an dem Kupplungsbolzen (67) anliegt und auf diesen drückt, und mindestens eine Führungsschrägfläche (634), die an die Druckendfläche (633) entlang des Weges (a) angrenzt, um einen Gleiteingriff mit dem Kupplungsbolzen (67) zu ermöglichen, um die Bewegung des Kupplungsbolzens (67) auf die Druckendfläche (633) zu ermöglichen.
- Türschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) eine Stromversorgungseinheit (64) einschließt, die innerhalb der Gehäusesitzeinheit (61) angeordnet ist, um den Motor (631) mit Strom zu versorgen, wobei die Gehäusesitzeinheit (61) einen Sitzrahmen (611) aufweist, der an der nach außen weisenden Oberfläche (21) des Türblattes (2) montierbar ist, eine Gehäuseschale (612), die außerhalb des Sitzrahmens (611) angeordnet ist und diesen abdeckt, und ein Stromversorgungsfach (613), das durch den Sitzrahmen (611) und die Gehäuseschale (612) definiert ist, um die Stromversorgungseinheit (64) darin unterzubringen.
- Tür, umfassend:ein Türblatt (2) aufweisend nach außen und nach innen weisende Oberflächen (21, 22), die einander in einer ersten Richtung gegenüberliegen, und eine Seitenoberfläche (23), die zwischen den nach außen und nach innen weisenden Oberflächen (21, 22) angeordnet ist, um zusammenwirkend einen Aufnahmeraum (24) dazwischen zu bilden;ein Türschloss (3) nach Anspruch 1,das an dem Türblatt (2) montiert ist,und einschließlich einer Riegelvorrichtung (5), die in dem Aufnahmeraum (24) montiert ist, wobei die Riegelvorrichtung (5) einen Riegel (51) enthält, der relativ zu dem Türblatt (2) zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in der eine Zunge des Riegels (51) aus dem Aufnahmeraum (24) herausragt, und einer Entriegelungsposition, in der die Zunge des Riegels (51) in den Aufnahmeraum (24) zurückgezogen ist, beweglich ist; undeinen Griff (4), der mit dem Türschloss (3) verbunden ist
