Cette invention concerne un dispositif de dévidage, comprenant un rouleau de feuille perforée non déployée qui est enroulé sur un tube de papier qui est plus long que la largeur du rouleau de feuille perforée, le tube de papier étant placé sur un élément de tige. Une pression réglable vers le bas est exercée sur le tube de papier et le tube de papier exerce une pression sur l'élément de tige. À mesure que le papier est tiré, la pression vers le bas crée le frottement requis pour permettre à la feuille perforée non déployée d'être déroulée et acheminée tout en étant simultanément déployée.
