Claims (13)
- Halterung (10) für Paneel (13), umfassend- ein halternder Sockel (11), der eine Aufnahme (12) für den Randbereich (13A) des Paneels (13) bildet, wobei die Aufnahme einen Boden (12A) aufweist, zwei gegenüberliegende Seiten (12B), die sich von dem Boden aus erstrecken, sowie eine an den Enden der Seiten (12B) vorgesehene Öffnung (14) zum Einfügen des Paneels in die Aufnahme (12), wobei mindestens eine der Seiten in der Nähe ihres Endes jeweils einen hinterschnittenen Bereich (15) aufweist,- mindestens eine zwischen dem Paneel (13) und dem halternden Sockel (11) angeordnete Einrichtung (16) zum Einstellen der Neigung und zum Festklemmen des Paneels an dem halternden Sockel (11), mit einem konkaven Rahmen (17) zum Aufnehmen des Endes (13A) der Kante des Paneels, wobei der Rahmen eine Unterseite (18) und zwei gegenüberliegende seitliche Rückhalteseiten (19) für das Ende der Kante des Paneels (13A) aufweist, wobei mindestens einer der Rückhalteseiten (19) jeweils mindestens eine Baugruppe (20) zum Einstellen der Neigung und der seitlichen Klemmung des Paneels zugeordnet ist,wobei die Baugruppe (20) zum Einstellen der Neigung und der seitlichen Klemmung des Paneels umfasst:- ein keilförmiges Element (21), das auf der Außenseite der jeweiligen Seitenfläche gleitet, um den Rahmen in einer Richtung vom Boden (12A) der Aufnahme (12) zu derer Öffnung (14) und umgekehrt zu haltern, wobei das keilförmige Element (21) eine erste Seitenfläche (19A) aufweist, die an der Außenseite der jeweiligen Seitenfläche (19) des Rahmens (17) anliegt, und eine entgegengesetzte zweite Seitenfläche (19B), die relativ zu der Bewegungsrichtung des keilförmiges Element geneigt ist,- eine Einstellschraube (27), die in einem Loch (28) mit Gegengewinde zu der Schraube in Eingriff steht, das in dem keilförmigen Element (21) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Schraube ein Ende (27A) aufweist, das dazu ausgebildet ist, an einem Abschnitt (29) des Rahmens (17) in Anlage zu stehen, sowie ein gegenüberliegendes Ende, das einen Regulierungskopf für ein Werkzeug aufweist, so dass eine Drehung der Schraube (27) in eine erste Richtung bewirkt, dass das keilförmige Element (21) in Richtung der Öffnung (14) der Aufnahme (12) des Paneels hin bewegt wird, während eine Drehung in die entgegengesetzte Richtung bewirkt, dass das keilförmige Element (21) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zum Boden (12A) der Aufnahme hin bewegt wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Seitenfläche (19B) des keilförmigen Elements (21) in Richtung von der Innen- zur Außenseite der Aufnahme (12) mit Bezug von der Öffnung (14) zum Boden (12A) der Aufnahme geneigt ist,
dass die Baugruppe (20) zum Einstellen der Neigung und der seitlichen Klemmung des Paneels (13) ferner mindestens ein zwischenliegendes Klemmelement (26) umfasst, das zur Anordnung zwischen der zweiten Seitenfläche (19B) des keilförmigen Elements (21) und dem hinterschnittenen Bereich (15) an der entsprechenden Seite der Aufnahme vorgesehen ist, und dass durch die Drehung der Schraube (27) in der ersten Richtung, durch welche das keilförmige Element (21) zur Öffnung (14) der Aufnahme (12) des Paneels hin bewegt wird, das zwischenliegende Klemmelement (26) gegen den entsprechenden hinterschnittenen Bereich (15) der entsprechenden Seite der Aufnahme vorgeschoben wird. - Paneelhalterung nach Anspruch 1, wobei für jede Einstell- und Klemmeinrichtung (16) zwei Baugruppen (20) zum Einstellen der Neigung vorgesehen sind, d.h. eine für jede Seitenfläche (19) des Aufnahmerahmens (17).
- Paneelhalterung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das keilförmige Element (21) zwei keilförmige Abschnitte (24) aufweist, die in Richtung der Kante des Paneels (13) voneinander beabstandet sind,
und wobei in dem Raum (25) zwischen den beiden keilförmigen Abschnitten das Loch (28) für die Einstellschraube (27) ausgebildet ist, wobei zwei zwischenliegende Klemmelemente (26) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils zum Zusammenwirken mit einem entsprechenden keilförmigen Abschnitt (24) ausgebildet sind. - Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine zwischenliegende Klemmelement (26) zylinderförmig ist.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der hinterschnittene Bereich (15) an der jeweiligen Seite der Aufnahme (12) eine gekrümmte Form aufweist, vorzugsweise mit einem konstanten Radius, wobei vorzugsweise das mindestens eine zwischenliegende Klemmelement (26) eine Anlagefläche an dem hinterschnittenen Bereich aufweist, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu dem hinterschnittenen Bereich (15) geformt ist.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die mindestens eine Seite (12B), die den hinterschnittenen Bereich (15) aufweist, einen Abschnitt (12D) aufweist, der von der Innen- zur Außenseite der Aufnahme geneigt ist, mit Bezug vom Boden zur Öffnung der Aufnahme hin, der mit der Hinterschneidung (15) verbunden ist und dazu ausgebildet ist dem jeweiligen Klemmelement zu ermöglichen, sich während der Klemmphase zwischen dem hinterschnittenen Bereich und dem keilförmigen Element zu bewegen. - Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seiten (12B) der Aufnahme (12) an der Mittellinie der Aufnahme einen geringeren gegenseitigen Abstand im Vergleich zu dem Abstand an der Öffnung (14) aufweisen.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Abschnitt des Rahmens (17), an dem das Ende der Schraube (27) in Anlage steht,- ein Abschnitt mit einer Härte gleich der Härte des Rests des Rahmens ist,- oder ein Abschnitt mit größerer Härte verglichen mit der Härte des Rests des Rahmens ist,wobei dieser Abschnitt beispielsweise vorzugsweise eine Platte (29) ist, die an einem Rückhalteabschnitt (30) befestigt ist, der an einer jeweiligen Seitenfläche des Rahmens ausgebildet ist, und wobei dieser Abschnitt weiter bevorzugt eine Metallplatte ist.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der halternde Sockel (11) aus einem metallischen Material besteht und der Rahmen (17) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das mindestens eine keilförmige Element (21) und das zwischenliegende Befestigungselement (26) aus einem metallischen Material bestehen.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rahmen (17) eine Führung für die Bewegung des mindestens einen keilförmigen Elements (21) bildet.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rahmen (17)- einstückig ausgebildet ist oder- aus zwei Teilen besteht, die jeweils eine Seitenfläche und einen Teil des Bodens umfassen und durch quer zur Dicke des Paneels bewegliche Verbindungselemente miteinander verbunden sind, so dass die beiden Teile durch Anpressen von gegenüberliegenden Seiten auf dem Paneel festgeklemmt werden können.
- Paneelhalterung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seiten der Aufnahme (11) am Boden jeweilige erste eingesenkte Abschnitte (12E) aufweisen, wobei der Rahmen vorzugsweise in den unteren Bereichen der Seitenflächen jeweilige zweite eingesenkte Abschnitte zur Anlage an den ersten eingesenkten Abschnitten der Aufnahme aufweisen.
