- wenigstens einen über die Sockelfläche hervorstehenden und einen Trägerstruktur-Abstützbereich bereitstellenden Abstützvorsprung, wobei in dem Abdeckelement in Zuordnung zu dem wenigstens einen Abstützvorsprung eine Abstützvorsprung-Durchgriffsöffnung vorgesehen ist.

Zur Festlegung des Fahrzeugheizgeräts 10 an der Trägerstruktur 64 umfasst die insbesondere auch den Montagesockel 44 und das Abdeckelement 46 umfassende Montageanordnung 63 vier beispielsweise in rechteckiger Struktur angeordnete Befestigungsbolzen 64. Die Befestigungsbolzen 64 sind im dargestellten Beispiel als Außengewindebolzen ausgebildet und sind mit einem Außengewindebereich 66 in als Innengewindeöffnungen ausgebildete Befestigungsbolzen-Aufnahmeöffnungen 65 eingeschraubt. Mit einem über den Sockelbereich 44 bzw. dessen Sockelfläche 54 hervorstehenden Außengewindebereich 68 durchgreifen die Befestigungsbolzen 64 Bolzendurchgriffsöffnungen 70 im Abdeckelement 46 und Bolzendurchgriffsöffnungen 72 in der Trägerplatte 62 der Trägerstruktur 64. An der vom Fahrzeugheizgerät 10 abgewandten Seite der Trägerstruktur 61 ist auf jeden Befestigungsbolzen 64 eine Mutter 74 geschraubt, so dass durch festes Anziehen der Muttern 74 das Fahrzeugheizgerät 10 im Bereich der Befestigungsbolzen 64 an der Trägerstruktur 61 festgelegt wird.To fix the
Am Montagesockel 44 ist in Zuordnung zu jedem der Befestigungsbolzen 64 ein über die Sockelfläche 54 hervorstehender, einen jeweiligen Befestigungsbolzen 64 ringartig umgebender Abstützvorsprung 76 vorgesehen. Jeder dieser Abstützvorsprünge 76 ist vorzugsweise als integraler Bestandteil des Montagesockels 44 und somit auch des Wärmetauschergehäuses 18 bereitgestellt und weist einen der Trägerstruktur 61 zugewandten bzw. an dieser anliegenden, einen jeweiligen Befestigungsbolzen 64 ringartig umgebenden Trägerstruktur-Abstützbereich 78 auf. Die die Befestigungsbolzen 64 mit Abstand zu deren Außenoberfläche umgebenden, ringartigen Abstützvorsprünge 76 greifen in die von den Befestigungsbolzen 64 durchsetzten Bolzendurchgriffsöffnungen 70 des Abdeckelements 46 ein, so dass diese auch in Zuordnung zu jedem Abstützvorsprung 76 eine Abstützvorsprung-Durchgriffsöffnung 80 bereitstellen.On the mounting
Die Vorsprunghöhe der Abstützvorsprünge 76 über die Sockelfläche 54 des Montagesockels 44 ist derart gewählt, dass sie kleiner ist, als die Dicke des nicht komprimierten bzw. verformten Abdeckelements 46 zwischen seiner Sockelanlagefläche 56 und seiner Trägerstruktur-Anlagefläche 58. Beim Anziehen der Muttern 74 zum Festlegen des Heizgeräts 10 an der Trägerstruktur 64 wird das elastisch verformbare Abdeckelement 46 zwischen seinen beiden Anlagefläche 56, 58 komprimiert, wobei insbesondere bei Aufbau des Abdeckelements 46 aus grundsätzlich inkompressiblem Material eine Ausweichbewegung des Materials des Abdeckelements 46 in seitlicher Richtung, insbesondere in Richtung zu dem im Abdeckelement 46 vorgesehenen Öffnungen erfolgt. Dies sind insbesondere die Bolzendurchgriffsöffnungen 70 sowie Öffnungen 82, 84 für den Verbrennungslufteinlassstutzen 24 des Verbrennungsluftgebläses bzw. eine Öffnung 84 für den Abgasauslassstutzen 32 des Wärmetauschergehäuses 18 sowie auch eine Öffnung 86 für den Durchtritt der Brennstoffleitung 20. Somit wird durch das Einspannen des Abdeckelements 46 dieses nicht nur fest zwischen dem Montagesockel 44 und der Trägerstruktur 61 gehalten, sondern es wird auch gegen die Außenumfangsfläche der darin vorgesehene 10 Öffnungen durchsetzenden Organe gepresst, so dass überall dort ein gasdichter Abschluss erzeugt wird.The projection height of the
Beim Anziehen der Muttern 74 kommen die Abstützvorsprünge 76 mit ihren Trägerstruktur-Abstützbereichen 78 in Anlage an der Trägerplatte 62. Somit ist durch diese Abstützung eine definierte Positionierung des Montagesockels 44 und somit des ganzen Fahrzeugheizgeräts bezüglich der Trägerstruktur 61 vorgegeben, und zwar unabhängig von der Einspannung des zwischen dem Montagesockel 44 und der Trägerstruktur 64 gehaltenen Abdeckelements 46. Dieses erfüllt im Wesentlichen nur noch die Aufgabe des Erzeugens eines gasdichten Abschlusses. Die Abstützkraftvermittlung zwischen der Trägerstruktur 61 und dem Fahrzeugheizgerät 10 erfolgt unter Vorgabe einer definierten Positionierung des Fahrzeugheizgeräts im Wesentlichen über die Abstützvorsprünge 76. Die Gefahr, dass bei Krafteinwirkung auf das Fahrzeugheizgerät 10 dieses aufgrund der Verformbarkeit des Abdeckelements 46 eine Bewegung bezüglich der Trägerstruktur 61 ausführen könnte, ist dadurch eliminiert. Das Fahrzeugheizgerät 10 ist im Bereich des Montagesockels 44 bezüglich der Trägerstruktur 64 auf Block verschraubt. Es können damit auch keine die Befestigungsbolzen 64 übermäßig belastenden Querkräfte auf diese einwirken, da eine Belastung der Befestigungsbolzen 64 im Wesentlichen nur in Richtung von deren Längsachse erzeugt wird. Auch ist gewährleistet, dass durch eine definierte Einspannung des Abdeckelements 46 zwischen der Trägerstruktur 61 und dem Montagesockel 44 eine durch zu starkes Anziehen der Muttern 74 hervorgerufene übermäßige Belastung oder lokal unterschiedliche Belastungen im Abdeckelement 46 nicht auftreten können. Ferner wirken die Abstützvorsprünge 76 exakt dort, wo die Verspannung zwischen dem Montagesockel 44 und der Trägerstruktur 61 erzeugt wird, nämlich im Bereich der Befestigungsbolzen 64 bzw. diese umgebend. Keiner der Befestigungsbolzen 64 kann daher auf den Montagesockel 44 eine Kraft ausüben, die zu einer plastischen Verformung oder Verbiegung oder einer entsprechenden Krafteinwirkung auf diesen führen könnte.When the nuts 74 are tightened, the

In Zuordnung zu derartigen, getrennt von den Befestigungsbolzen 64 ausgebildeten Abstützvorsprüngen können dann in dem Abdeckelement 46 diesen zugeordnete Abstützvorsprung-Durchgriffsöffnungen 80 gebildet werden. - Vehicle heater according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting base (44) is provided on a cast component, preferably a heat exchanger component, as an integral part.
- Assembly unit comprising a support structure (61) and a vehicle heater (10) fixed to the support structure (61) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the support projection (76') engaging through at least one associated support projection passage opening (80) of the cover element (46) is supported on the support structure (61) with the support structure carrier area (78) provided thereon.
- Assembly unit according to claim 7, characterized in that the support structure (61) comprises a support plate (62) with a cover element abutment surface (62).
