Claims (10)
- Procédé de commande ou de régulation d'un dispositif de traitement de matière fibreuse (1) au moins en partie sur la base de sa puissance d'entraînement, le dispositif possédant un boîtier (2) dans lequel sont agencés au moins un premier outil de traitement (3) et un deuxième outil de traitement (4), les outils de traitement (3, 4) étant fixés chacun sur une plaque de base (7, 8), ayant une forme à symétrie de révolution, étant agencés coaxialement l'un à l'autre, tournant l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe commun (5) et délimitant une fente de traitement (6) traversée par la matière fibreuse (1), dont la largeur de fente peut être modifiée par l'intermédiaire d'un déplacement axial d'au moins une plaque de base (7, 8) d'un outil de traitement (3, 4), caractérisé en ce que la force axiale (F) agissant sur la plaque de base déplaçable est mesurée et la largeur de la fente de traitement (6) est commandée ou réglée au moins en fonction de la puissance d'entraînement et de la force axiale (F).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la fente de traitement (6) est ajustée de manière à obtenir une force axiale (F) optimale correspondant à la matière fibreuse (1) à traiter.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière fibreuse (1) est broyée dans le dispositif, la largeur de la fente de traitement (6) étant réduite pour renforcer l'allongement de la matière fibreuse (1) ou agrandie pour renforcer la fibrillation de la matière fibreuse (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en cas de modification du rapport entre la puissance d'entraînement et la force axiale (F), on conclut à une modification des paramètres de la matière fibreuse (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la fente de traitement (6) est réajustée lors d'un changement des paramètres de la matière fibreuse (1).
- Dispositif pour le traitement de matière fibreuse (1) avec un boîtier (2), dans lequel sont agencés au moins un premier outil de traitement (3) et un deuxième outil de traitement (4), les outils de traitement (3, 4) étant fixés chacun sur une plaque de base (7, 8), ayant une forme à symétrie de révolution, étant agencés coaxialement l'un par rapport à l'autre, tournant l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe commun (5) et délimitant une fente de traitement (6) traversée par la matière fibreuse (1), dont la largeur de fente peut être modifiée au moyen d'un organe de réglage (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un déplacement axial d'au moins une plaque de base (7, 8) d'un outil de traitement (3, 4), pour la mise en œuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, celui-ci possédant une unité de mesure (12) pour détecter la force axiale (F) agissant sur la plaque de base déplaçable (7, 8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la force axiale (F) est transmise par l'organe de réglage (11) à la plaque de base (7, 8) par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre (10) déplaçable axialement, et l'unité de mesure (12) est agencée sur cet arbre (10) et/ou entre l'organe de réglage (11) et l'arbre (10) et/ou dans l'organe de réglage (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la force axiale (F) est transmise par l'organe de réglage (11) à la plaque de base (7, 8) et l'unité de mesure (12) est agencée dans l'organe de réglage (11) et/ou entre l'organe de réglage (11) et la plaque de base (7, 8).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel celui-ci est réalisé sous forme de raffineur pour le broyage de la matière fibreuse (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel celui-ci est réalisé sous forme de disperseur pour la dispersion de la matière fibreuse (1).
