Claims (10)

  1. Skischuh (4), umfassend einen sich von einer Ferse (12) zu einer Spitze (16) erstreckenden Fußabschnitt (8), welcher dazu geeignet ist, einen dorsalen Abschnitt eines Fußes aufzunehmen, und einen Beinabschnitt (20), welcher mit dem Fußabschnitt (8) verbunden ist und dazu geeignet ist, einen tibialen Abschnitt aufzunehmen,
    wobei an dem Beinabschnitt (20) und/oder dem Fußabschnitt (8) wenigstens ein Befestigungsmittel (24) bereitgestellt ist, welches dazu geeignet ist, das gegenseitige Festziehen zweier einander zugewandter Klappen (28, 32) des Beinabschnitts (20) und/oder des Fußabschnitts (8) zu erlauben,
    wobei das Befestigungsmittel (24) einen ersten Stumpf (36) und einen zweiten Stumpf (40) umfasst, welche mittels eines Hakenmechanismus (44) durch einen Hebel (48) wechselseitig geöffnet und geschlossen werden können, wobei jeder Stumpf (36, 40) mit einer der Klappen (28, 32) verbunden ist,
    wobei wenigstens einer der Stümpfe (36, 40) eine Ringstruktur (52) umfasst, welche an einem Arbeitsende (56) wenigstens teilweise den Hakenmechanismus (44) haltert,
    wobei die Ringstruktur (52) an einem dem Arbeitsende (56) entgegengesetzten Fixierungsende (60) einen Haken (64) umfasst, welcher an der entsprechenden Klappe (28, 32) fixiert ist, wobei der Haken (64) das Fixierungsende (60) mittels einer Formkopplung blockiert,
    wobei der Haken (64) eine Aufnahme (68) umfasst, welche der Klappe (28, 32) zugewandt ist und in Bezug auf das Fixierungsende (60) gegengeformt ist.
  2. Skischuh (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Aufnahme (68) eine offene Aufnahme an der Seite der Klappe (28, 32) und des Fixierungsendes (60) ist.
  3. Skischuh (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Ringstruktur (52) direkt eine Verankerungsbasis des Hebels (48) an der entsprechenden Klappe (28, 32) bildet.
  4. Skischuh (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ringstruktur (52) eine Verankerungsbasis des Hebels (48) an dem Arbeitsende (56) bildet.
  5. Skischuh (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hebel (48) betriebsmäßig mit einem Ratschenmechanismus (76) verbunden ist, welcher dazu geeignet ist, eine Kopplung mit einer entsprechenden Zahnstange (80) herzustellen, welche an dem anderen Stumpf (40, 36) bereitgestellt ist.
  6. Skischuh (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ringstruktur (52) mittels eines gebogenen starren Drahts hergestellt ist.
  7. Skischuh (4) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, wobei die Ringstruktur (52) aus einem flexiblen Kabel hergestellt ist.
  8. Skischuh (4) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, wobei die Ringstruktur (52) aus einem Kohlenstoffdraht und/oder einem Draht aus geformtem Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  9. Skischuh (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Haken (48) mittels eines Stifts oder einem Niet (84) an der entsprechenden Klappe (28, 32) fixiert ist, um dazu in der Lage zu sein, sich in Bezug auf die entsprechende Klappe (28, 32) zu drehen.
  10. Skischuh (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sowohl der erste als auch der zweite Stumpf (36, 40) des Befestigungsmittels (24) mittels einer Ringstruktur (52) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit den jeweiligen Klappen (28, 32) verbunden sind.
