Abstract
The present invention belongs to the technical field of dining chair and discloses an angle adjustable children dining chair, which comprises a dining table (1), support legs (2) and a barstool (3), wherein on the lower surface of the dining table (1) is provided a chair connection support (4) and the chair connection support (4) is fixed on the barstool (3). To the side of the bottom of the barstool (3), support legs (2) are provided. To the lower surface of the chair connection support (4), an assembly hole is provided and a universal ball pulley (8) is provided in the assembly hole. The universal ball pulley (8) may contact the upper surface of the barstool (3). Inside the chair connection support (4) is provided a support hole where a positioning post (6) is provided. At the top end of the positioning post (6) is provided a vertical spring and the positioning post (6) is connected to the lower surface of the dining table (1) through the vertical spring. In the positioning post (6), an inclined sliding chute is provided and in the inclined sliding chute, a key (5) is provided. The present invention excises force with the key (5) to the positioning post (6), to move it upwards, and when the key (5) is pressed again to retrieve to the original position, the positioning post (6) will be inserted back to the hole in the barstool (3), to have the chair fixed in the desired position, in this way, the dining chair can be rotated for 360 degrees, and during rotation, the universal ball pulleys (8) slide against the barstool (3), which is flexible and convenient.
Description
- The present invention relates to dining chair, especially to an angle adjustable children dining chair.
- Dining chair is used specially for having meals. It is an indispensable piece of furniture during daily life, and classified by material a dining chair is made from, there are solid wood one, steel one, marble one, and marble dining table etc. Children dining chair is designed for children to have meals, which will foster children good habit of sitting and dining, avoid the trouble of following children everywhere to have them eat, furthermore, when children are sitting in a suitable chair, they are unlikely to be slanting, and their hands can be free to hold the dining accessories, which is conducive to improve coordination of hands, eyes and brain. Currently it is not possible to adjust angle of existing dining chairs but to move manually, which is not user friendly.
- In accordance with the defects and problems shown in the background technology, the present invention provides an angle adjustable children dining chair to address the problems appeared in the prior art.
- To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a technical solution as follows: the angle adjustable children dining chair angle adjustable children dining chair may comprise a dining table, support legs and a barstool, wherein on the lower surface of the dining table is provided a chair connection support and the chair connection support is fixed on the barstool. To the side of the bottom of the barstool, support legs are provided. To the lower surface of the chair connection support, an assembly hole is provided and a universal ball pulley is provided in the assembly hole. The universal ball pulley may contact the upper surface of the barstool. Inside the chair connection support is provided a support hole where a positioning post is provided. At the top end of the positioning post is provided a vertical spring and the positioning post is connected to the lower surface of the dining table through the vertical spring. In the positioning post, an inclined sliding chute is provided and in the inclined sliding chute, a key is provided.
- Furthermore, surface of the key is designed to be inclining corresponding to the inclined sliding chute.
- Furthermore, the key is inserted into the chair connection support and its pressing end is provided outside the chair connection support.
- Furthermore, the key is connected to the outside of the positioning post with a horizontal spring.
- Furthermore, in the central part of the chair connection support is provided a supporting rod. The upper end of the supporting rod detachably contacts but is not connected to the lower surface of the dining table which allows rotation of the dining table.
- Furthermore, outer surface of the lower end of the supporting rod is provided with thread, and the bottom of the supporting rod goes through the barstool.
- Furthermore, the bottom of the supporting rod may be fixed on the barstool by screw connection.
- Compared with existing technology, beneficial effects of the present invention are as follow:
- (1) The present invention excises force with the key to the positioning post, which is located in the supporting hole. By the displacement between the positioning post and the supporting hole, the positioning post leaves hole on the barstool and is moved upwards, consequently, the dining chair can be free to rotate. When the key is pressed again and retrieves to the original position, the positioning post returns to the hole on the barstool under the effect of the spring, which fixes the rotating chair to the desired position. In this way, it is not necessary to move the chair however possible to adjust the dining chair for 360 degrees conveniently.
- (2) In the present invention, four universal ball pulleys are evenly provided on the bottom side of the chair connection support and during rotation, the chair connection support slides against the barstool by the universal ball pulleys, which reduces frictional resistance during rotation, and is flexible and suitable for commercialization.

- Embodiment 1: with accordance of the
Fig. 1 to Fig. 2 , the angle adjustable children dining chair angle adjustable children dining chair may comprise a dining table 1,support legs 2 and abarstool 3, wherein on the lower surface of the dining table 1 is provided achair connection support 4 and thechair connection support 4 is fixed on thebarstool 3. To the side of the bottom of thebarstool 3, supportlegs 2 are provided to ensure the stability of the entire assembly and facilitate usage. To the lower surface of thechair connection support 4, an assembly hole is provided and a universal ball pulley 8 is provided in the assembly hole. The universal ball pulley 8 may contact the upper surface of thebarstool 3 to ease rotation. Inside thechair connection support 4 is provided a support hole where apositioning post 6 is provided. At the top end of thepositioning post 6 is provided a vertical spring and thepositioning post 6 is connected to the lower surface of the dining table 1 through the vertical spring to facilitate rotation. In thepositioning post 6 is provided with an inclined sliding chute, wherein akey 5 with a corresponding inclined plane is provided in the inclined sliding chute however top side of thekey 5 is provided outside thechair connection support 4. Thekey 5 is connected with the outside of thepositioning post 6 via a horizontal spring. The key 5 excises force to thepositioning post 6, which is located in the supporting hole. By the displacement between thepositioning post 6 and the supporting hole, the positioningpost 6 leaves hole on thebarstool 3 and is moved upwards, consequently, the dining chair can be free to rotate. When thekey 5 is pressed again and retrieves to the original position, thepositioning post 6 returns to the hole on thebarstool 3 under the effect of the spring, which fixes the rotating chair to the desired position. In this way, it is not necessary to move the chair however possible to adjust the dining chair for 360 degrees conveniently.
In the present invention, four universal ball pulleys 8 are evenly provided on the bottom side of thechair connection support 4 and during rotation, the chair connection support 4 slides against thebarstool 3 by the universal ball pulley 8, which reduces frictional resistance during rotation, and is flexible and suitable for commercialization. - Embodiment 2: Further to the
embodiment 1, in the central part of thechair connection support 4 is provided a supporting rod 7, and the upper end of the supporting rod 7 detachably contacts but is not connected to the lower surface of the dining table 1 which allows rotation of the dining table 1. The outer surface of the lower end of the supporting rod 7 is provided with thread, and the bottom of the supporting rod 7 goes through thebarstool 3. The bottom of the supporting rod 7 may be fixed on the barstool by screw connection which is stable and convenient. - It shall be noted that the dining table and support legs fall into the category of prior art, the positioning post, key and the chair connection support are the creative points of the present invention, which makes it possible to adjust the angle of dining chairs without moving them manually, and solve the deficiency of existing dining chairs.
- While the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in details, it is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is within the knowledge of those skilled in the art, and that various changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. All changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced within their scope. Any reference signs in the claims should not be construed as limiting the claims to which they pertain.
- Furthermore, it is to be understood that while this specification has been described in terms of embodiments, and not every implementation includes only one independent technical solution, such recitation of the specification is merely for the sake of clarity and that the technical solutions in the various embodiments can be suitably combined to form other embodiments that can be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
Claims (7)
- Angle adjustable children dining chair comprises a dining table (1), support legs (2) and barstool (3), wherein on the lower surface of the dining table (1) is provided a chair connection support (4) and the chair connection support (4) is fixed on the barstool (3); to the side of the bottom wall of the barstool (3), support legs (2) are provided; to the lower surface of the chair connection support (4), an assembly hole is provided and a universal ball pulley (8) is provided in the assembly hole; the universal ball pulley (8) is able to contact the upper surface of the barstool (3); inside the chair connection support (4) is provided a support hole where the positioning post (6) is provided; at the top end of the positioning post (6) is provided a vertical spring and the positioning post (6) is connected to the lower surface of the dining table (1) through the vertical spring and in the positioning post (6), an inclined sliding chute is provided and the in the inclined sliding chute, a key (5) is provided.
- The angle adjustable children dining chair of the claim 1, wherein surface of the key (5) is designed to be inclining corresponding to the inclined sliding chute.
- The angle adjustable children dining chair of the claim 2, wherein the key (5) is inserted into the chair connection support (4) and its pressing end is provided outside the chair connection support (4).
- The angle adjustable children dining chair of the claim 3, wherein the key (5) is connected to the outside of the positioning post (6) with a horizontal spring..
- The angle adjustable children dining chair of the claim 1, wherein in the central part of the chair connection support (4) is provided a supporting rod (7), and the upper end of the supporting rod (7) detachably contacts but is not connected to the lower surface of the dining table (1).
- The angle adjustable children dining chair of the claim 5, wherein outer surface of the lower end of the supporting rod (7) is provided with thread, and the bottom of the supporting rod (7) goes through the barstool (3).
- The angle adjustable children dining chair of the claim 6, wherein the bottom of the supporting rod (7) may be fixed on the barstool (3) by screw connection.
