Claims (6)
- Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) zum digitalen und visuellen Signalisieren, der zur Verwendung an einem Abfallbehälter bestimmt ist, wobei der Schiebemechanismus Folgendes umfasst:eine Grundplatte (1), die eine Längsrichtung (21) aufweist;einen Schieber (2), der auf der Grundplatte (1) angeordnet ist, um sich in die Längsrichtung (21) der Grundplatte (1) zu verschieben;eine Übertragungsvorrichtung in der Grundplatte und einen Sensor in der Grundplatte, der dazu angeordnet ist, die Position des Schiebers (2) in der Längsrichtung (21) der Grundplatte (1) zu erfassen,wobei die Grundplatte (1) ein oder mehrere Informationsfelder (24) umfasst, die als Reaktion auf die Position des Schiebers (2) auf der Grundplatte (1) vollständig oder teilweise vom Schieber (2) abgedeckt werden,wobei die Übertragungsvorrichtung dazu angeordnet ist, Informationen über die Position des Schiebers (2) auf der Grundplatte (1) an einen externen Empfänger zu senden, und ein zugehöriges Informationsfeld (24) auf der Grundplatte (1) zu sehen ist, um eine visuelle Rückmeldung zu geben, undwobei der Mechanismus derart angeordnet ist, dass der Schieber (2) eine oder mehrere eindeutige Positionen auf der Grundplatte (1) aufweist.
- Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Grundplatte (1) eine Schiene (4) aufweist, auf der sich der Schieber (2) in Längsrichtung (21) der Grundplatte (1) verschieben kann, und wobei der Schieber (2) mit Führungsvorsprüngen (5) versehen ist, um den Schieber (2) auf der Schiene (4) zu führen.
- Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Schieber (2) und die Grundplatte (1) mit flexiblen Führungsvorsprüngen (5) und Eingriffsschlitzen (6) versehen sind, die dazu angeordnet sind, zueinander geometrisch verriegelt zu werden, sodass der Schieber (2) in einer seiner Endpositionen (8, 9) oder dazwischen verriegelt werden kann.
- Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Schiene (4) der Grundplatte (1) derart angeordnet ist, dass sich eine Reibungskraft zwischen dem Schieber (2) und der Grundplatte (1) auf einem Mittelteil (12) der Grundplatte (1) erhöht, und eine größere Kraft erforderlich ist, um den Schieber (2) am Mittelteil (12) der Grundplatte (1) vorbei zu bewegen.
- Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Mechanismus derart angeordnet ist, dass zwei eindeutige Positionen für den Schieber (2) auf der Grundplatte (1) vorgesehen sind, und wobei,
wenn der Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) an einem Abfallbehälter oder einer anderen Fläche montiert wird, die Grundplatte (1) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Form der Grundplatte (1) von einer planen Form in eine gekrümmte Form umgewandelt wird und der Schieber (2) dadurch einen größeren Widerstand, den Mittelteil (12) der Grundplatte (1) zu passieren, erhält. - Schiebemechanismus (1, 2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Mechanismus derart angeordnet ist, dass zwei eindeutige Positionen für den Schieber (2) auf der Grundplatte (1) vorgesehen sind, indem die Rückseite (26) der Grundplatte (1) eine oder mehrere Erweiterungen (17) und einen örtlich schwächeren Abschnitt (15) umfasst, sodass die Grundplatte (1), wenn sie während der Montage auf einem Abfallbehälter oder einer anderen Fläche einer Zugkraft (25) von den Befestigungselementen an den Montagebohrungen (14) der Grundplatte (1) ausgesetzt ist, einen Winkel (11) zwischen den zwei Endpositionen (8, 9) des Schiebers (2) erzeugt, wobei sich der Widerstand erhöht, wenn der Schieber (2) den Mittelteil (12) der Grundplatte (1) passiert.
