Claims (12)
- Antriebssystem (10) für ein Wasserfahrzeug (100), das Folgendes umfasst:einen steuerbaren Verstellpropeller (24);eine Propellerwelle (22), die mit dem steuerbaren Verstellpropeller (24) verbunden ist;einen Elektromotor (26), der eine Motorwelle (28) enthält, die zumindest über eine erste Kupplung (32) mit der Propellerwelle (22) antriebstechnisch verbunden ist;ein Axiallager (30), das getrennt von dem Elektromotor (26) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Axiallager (30) einen Tragabschnitt (38) und einen Hohlwellenabschnitt (36), der von dem Tragabschnitt (38) drehbar getragen wird, enthält, wobei der Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) über eine zweite Kupplung (34) an die Motorwelle (28) gekoppelt ist; undeine Fluidverteilungseinheit (40), die mit dem Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) fluidtechnisch verbunden ist und konfiguriert ist, den steuerbaren Verstellpropeller (24) über den Hohlwellenabschnitt (36), die Motorwelle (28) und die Propellerwelle (22) mit einem Strom des Hydraulikfluids zu versorgen, wobei die Propellerwelle (22) und der Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) mit der Motorwelle (28) an gegenüberliegenden Enden derselben über die erste Kupplung (32) bzw. die zweite Kupplung (34) gekoppelt sind, wobei die Fluidverteilungseinheit (40) einen Gehäuseabschnitt (54), der an dem Tragabschnitt (36) des Axiallagers (30) lösbar befestigt ist, und einen drehbaren Abschnitt (56), der mit dem Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) des Axiallagers (30) verbunden ist, enthält.
- Antriebssystem (10) für ein Wasserfahrzeug (100), das Folgendes umfasst:einen steuerbaren Verstellpropeller (24);eine Propellerwelle (22), die mit dem steuerbaren Verstellpropeller (24) verbunden ist;einen Elektromotor (26), der eine Motorwelle (28) enthält, die zumindest über eine erste Kupplung (32) mit der Propellerwelle (22) antriebstechnisch verbunden ist;ein Axiallager (30), das getrennt von dem Elektromotor (26) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Axiallager (30) einen Tragabschnitt (38) und einen Hohlwellenabschnitt (36), der von dem Tragabschnitt (38) drehbar getragen wird, enthält, wobei der Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) über eine zweite Kupplung (34) an die Motorwelle (28) gekoppelt ist; undeine Fluidverteilungseinheit (40), die mit dem Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) fluidtechnisch verbunden ist und konfiguriert ist, den steuerbaren Verstellpropeller (24) über den Hohlwellenabschnitt (36), der Motorwelle (28) und der Propellerwelle (22) mit einem Strom des Hydraulikfluids zu versorgen,wobei der Hohlwellenabschnitt (36) zwischen der Propellerwelle (22) und der Motorwelle (28) verbunden ist und mit derselben über die erste Kupplung (32) bzw. die zweite Kupplung (34) gekoppelt ist,wobei die Fluidverteilungseinheit (40) einen Gehäuseabschnitt (54), der an einem Motorgehäuse (58) des Elektromotors (26) lösbar befestigt ist, und einen drehbaren Abschnitt (56), der mit der Motorwelle (28) des Elektromotors (26) verbunden ist, enthält.
- Antriebssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Propellerwelle (22), die Motorwelle (28) und der Hohlwellenabschnitt (38) entlang einer axialen Richtung (L) in einer Reihenkonfiguration angeordnet sind.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die erste Kupplung (32) und/oder die zweite Kupplung (34) eine Flansch-Flansch-Verbindung der jeweiligen Wellen und/oder Kupplungsorganen, die für die jeweiligen Wellen vorgesehen sind, enthalten.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die erste Kupplung (32) und/oder die zweite Kupplung (34) eine Muffenkopplung enthalten, die offene Wellenenden der jeweiligen Wellen verbindet.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die erste Kupplung (32) und/oder die zweite Kupplung (34) ein flexibles Element enthalten, das zwischen den jeweiligen Wellen vorgesehen ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, das ferner eine Trennvorrichtung zum Abtrennen der ersten Kupplung (32) und/oder der zweiten Kupplung (34) umfasst, insbesondere um das Abtrennen des Hohlwellenabschnitts (36) von der Motorwelle (28) zu erlauben.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Elektromotor (26) ein Elektromotor mit variabler Frequenz, z. B. ein Permanentmagnetmotor, mit einer Nennleistung zwischen 100 und 40000 kW, bevorzugt zwischen 2000 und 6000 kW ist.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Fluidverteilungseinheit (40) einen Drehsensor (60) enthält, der konfiguriert ist, einen Drehwinkel des Hohlwellenabschnitts (36) zu detektieren.
- Antriebssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, das ferner Folgendes umfasst:
mindestens ein Schwert (12), das an einen hinteren Abschnitt eines Schiffsrumpfs (14) eines Seefahrzeugs (100) montiert ist, wobei das mindestens eine Schwert (12) von dem Schiffsrumpf (14) nach unten herausragt, wobei der Elektromotor (26), das Axiallager (30) und die Fluidverteilungseinheit (40) in dem mindestens einen Schwert (12) angeordnet sind. - Wasserfahrzeug (100), das Folgendes umfasst: eine Hauptkraftmaschine oder einen Hauptmotor; und das Antriebssystem (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Hauptkraftmaschine oder der Hauptmotor (20) konfiguriert ist, dem Elektromotor (26) elektrische Leistung zuzuführen, um diesen anzutreiben.
- Wasserfahrzeug nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Wasserfahrzeug (100) ein arktisches Seefahrzeug, z. B. ein arktisches Versorgungsschiff oder ein Eisbrecher, oder ein Offshore-Schiff, ein Forschungsschiff, ein Kreuzfahrtschiff, ein Fährschiff, ein Militärschiff oder ein Fischereifahrzeug ist.
