Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable, qui comprend :
    - une étape consistant à disposer une coque imperméable (2) faite de caoutchouc synthétique ;
    - une étape consistant à disposer une partie inférieure (4) munie d'une semelle (4A) et d'un bord relevé (4B) fixé de manière périmétrique dans un seul corps à la semelle (4A) ;
    - une étape consistant à insérer une forme rigide (5) à l'intérieur de ladite coque imperméable (2) ;
    - une étape consistant à associer ladite coque imperméable (2) à ladite partie inférieure (4) avec l'interposition d'une couche de colle (6) ;
    - une étape consistant à extraire ladite forme rigide (5) de ladite coque imperméable (2) ;
    ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :
    - une étape consistant à coudre le bord relevé (4B) de ladite partie inférieure (4) à ladite coque imperméable (2) le long d'une ligne annulaire de points de couture (7) ;
    - une étape consistant à sceller les points de couture (7) au moyen d'une couche d'agent d'étanchéité (8) placée de part et d'autre de ladite ligne annulaire de points de couture (7).
  2. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de scellement est réalisée en étalant ladite couche d'agent d'étanchéité (8), obtenue en caoutchouc silicone et/ou caoutchouc polyuréthane.
  3. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de scellement est réalisée au moyen d'une déposition de ladite couche d'agent d'étanchéité (8), obtenue sous forme d'un ruban adhésif dont l'adhérence est obtenue par l'intermédiaire de l'étirage à chaud de part et d'autre de ladite ligne de joint.
  4. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape consistant à disposer ladite coque imperméable (2) prévoit des languettes de scellement thermique afin de façonner anatomiquement ladite coque imperméable (2) sensiblement selon la forme d'un pied.
  5. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite coque imperméable (2) a une épaisseur comprise dans la plage allant de 1 mm à 5 mm et est faite en néoprène.
  6. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite coque imperméable (2) a une épaisseur comprise dans la plage allant de 1 mm à 5 mm et est faite d'une fibre synthétique, en particulier polyuréthane, recouverte d'un film élastique d'imperméabilisation, en particulier fait de polyuréthane.
  7. Procédé de production d'une botte imperméable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape consistant à associer ladite coque imperméable (2) à ladite partie inférieure (4) avec l'interposition d'une couche de colle (6) comprend une étape consistant à étaler ladite couche de colle (6) sur au moins une partie de la surface interne de ladite partie inférieure (4) ou sur au moins une partie de la surface externe de ladite coque imperméable (2), et une étape consistant à presser ladite coque imperméable (2) sur ladite partie inférieure (4) au moyen d'une presse en forme de cloche avec au moins deux récipients flexibles, dont les volumes sont gonflés avec de l'air et contiennent ladite botte (1).
  8. Botte imperméable, qui comprend :
    - une coque imperméable (2) faite de caoutchouc synthétique qui est composée d'une première partie en forme de pied (2A) et d'une deuxième partie tubulaire en forme de jambe (2B), unies ensemble sans interruption ;
    - une partie inférieure (4) munie d'une semelle (4A) et d'un bord relevé (4B) fixé de manière périmétrique dans un seul corps à la semelle (4A) ;
    - des moyens de fixation pour fixer ladite coque imperméable (2) à ladite partie inférieure (4) comprenant au moins une couche de colle (6) interposée entre ladite coque imperméable (2) et ladite partie inférieure (4) ;
    ladite botte étant caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation comprennent :
    - une ligne annulaire de points de couture (7), qui relie le bord relevé (4B) de ladite partie inférieure (4) à ladite coque imperméable (2) ;
    - une couche d'agent d'étanchéité (8) placée de part et d'autre de ladite ligne annulaire de points de couture (7) afin de réaliser un scellement desdits points de couture (7) ;
    ladite partie en forme de jambe (2B) de ladite coque imperméable (2) est configurée pour être repliable dans une forme compacte (C) en vue du transport, sensiblement contenue dans la hauteur (S) de ladite partie en forme de pied (2A).
  9. Botte imperméable selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ladite coque imperméable (2), dans ladite forme compacte destinée au transport, occupe sensiblement l'épaisseur égale à pas plus de deux fois l'épaisseur (S') du bord relevé (4B) de ladite partie inférieure (4).
  10. Botte imperméable selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite coque imperméable (2), dans ladite forme compacte destinée au transport, est repliée avec des plis (20) superposés sur ladite partie en forme de jambe (2B) sensiblement dans la largeur de ladite botte (1).
  11. Botte imperméable selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que ladite coque imperméable (2), dans ladite forme compacte destinée au transport, est enroulée latéralement autour de la partie inférieure (4) de ladite botte (1).
