Abstract

The present disclosure concerns a sealing device that consists of a base (1) and a cover (2), and it has the following characteristics: The base's upper end has a mating hole (2) with internal thread, the cover's lower end has an extension part with external thread. The base and the cover are connected through thread on the mating hole and the extension part. The extension part has an internal baffle (8), and there is a lug (11) on the baffle. The cover's lower end face has a ring slot, in which a seal ring (5) is placed; edge of the base's upper end has a lower connecting hole (9), and the cover's upper end face has an upper connecting hole (6). The upper connecting hole and the lower connecting hole are connected by a connecting piece. This solution can effectively seal up the mating hole, prevent the materials within it from suffering external contaminants, thus increasing the logistical safety and reliability.

Field of the invention
The present disclosure relates to a sealing device to be used in the field of packing and sealing technology, as defined in the preamble of claim 1.
Discussion of the related art
With the development of chain business these years, the competition between enterprises has evolved to a competition between supply chains.
Logistics is a necessary link in the supply chain and plays a very important role in increasing competitiveness of an enterprise.
With increasingly higher demand for logistics, the urgent problem is how to effectively seal up the filling hole, prevent the materials within the container from suffering external contaminants and make the sealing effect better.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to overcome the shortages of existing technology to provide a kind of sealing device, which can effectively seal up the mating hole, prevent the materials within it from suffering external contaminants, thus increasing the logistical safety and reliability, as defined in claim 1.
Advantages of the invention
In one embodiment, the resulting sealing device can effectively seal up the mating hole, prevent the materials within it from suffering external contaminants, thus increasing the logistical safety and reliability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
First Embodiment
As indicated in Figure 1 to Figure 4, the example provides a kind of sealing device comprising a base 1 and a cover 3.
The upper end la of base 1 has a mating hole 2 with internal thread 10, the lower end 3 a of cover 3 has an extension part 4 with external thread 7.
Base 1 and cover 3 are connected by thread through mating hole 2 and extension part 4.
The extension part 4 has a baffle 8 inside, and there is a lug 11 on baffle 8. During the use, rotating the lug 11 can open the cover 3, and the lower end face 15 of cover 3 has a ring slot, and there is a seal ring 5 in the ring slot.
The edge 16 of the upper end la of base 1 has a lower connecting hole 9, and upper end face 17 of cover 3 has a connecting hole 6.
The upper connecting hole 6 and the lower connecting hole 9 are connected to each other through connecting piece.
In order to effectively seal up the mating hole 2, prevent the materials in the container from suffering external contaminants, increase the safety and reliability of logistics, the edge 16 of the upper end la of base 1 has one lower connecting hole 9.
The upper connecting hole 6 is placed on the edge 18 of cover 3 in a loop. The number of upper connecting hole 6 are 12, and cover 3 and base 1 are sealed up through the connecting piece which is preferably according to one embodiment a lead sealing or a bolt according to another embodiment.
In order to increase the sealing effect, the shape of the contact face 14 between seal ring 5 and base 1 is designed as an arch.
During the use, the air within the arch is squeezed to make seal ring 5 be absorbed on the edge 16 of the upper end lb of base 1 more tightly.
Working process of the example
During the use, first screw down the thread on extension part 4 of cover 3 and mating hole 2 of base 1, and completely compress the seal ring 5 on the edge 16 of upper end lb of base 1 to increase the sealing effect. After this, use connecting piece to seal up the gap between the upper connecting hole 6 on cover 3 and the lower connecting hole 9 on the edge 16 of upper end la of base 1.
The mating hole 2 cannot be opened before final receipt of the container or the user can open it by using a screw-type cap opener.
Second Embodiment
As indicated in Figure 5 to Figure 6, the example provides a kind of sealing device consisting base 1 and cover 3. The upper end lb of base 1 has a mating hole 2 with internal thread 10, the lower end of cover 3 has an extension part 4 with external thread 7.

The sealing device 100 is simple in structure and with low processing cost. Those skilled in the art will obviously appreciate that a number of changes and variants may be made to the above described insulated glazing and Venetian blind system, to fulfill particular requirements, without departure from the scope of the invention, as defined in the following claims.

Claims

1. A sealing device (100) for sealing a package comprising:
a base (1),
a cover (3),
the base's upper end (la) has a mating hole (2) with internal thread (10),
the cover's lower end (3a) has an extension part (4) with external thread (7), said base (1) and said cover (2) are connected by thread through said mating hole (2) and said extension part (4),
said extension part (4) has a baffle (8), and a lug (11) on the baffle (8),
said cover's lower end face (15) has a ring slot, in which a seal ring (5) is placed, characterized by comprising
an edge (16) of the base's upper end (la) has a lower connecting hole (9), and the cover's upper end face (17) has an upper connecting hole (6), said upper connecting hole (6) and said lower connecting hole (9) are connected by a connecting piece.
2. A sealing device (100) as claimed in 1, wherein said upper connecting hole (6) is connected to the lower connecting hole (9) through lead sealing.
3. A sealing device (100) as claimed in 1, wherein said upper connecting hole (6) and the lower connecting hole (9) is connected by a bolt.
4. A sealing device (100) as claimed in any of the previous claims, wherein the contact face (14) between the seal ring (5) and the base (1) is an arch.
5. A sealing device (100) as claimed in 1, wherein said lower connecting hole (9) shall be one at the least.
6. A sealing device (100) as claimed in 1, wherein said upper connecting hole (6) is placed on the edge (18) of the cover (3) in a loop, and the number of the upper connecting hole (6) should be one at the least.
7. A sealing device (100) as claimed in 1, wherein said size of the mating hole (2) is 5,08 -7,62 cm.
