Claims (13)

  1. Schlagbohrer (10), umfassend:
    eine Kopf (11) mit Schneidelementen (14a, 14b) zum Abschleifen von Gestein durch Drehung des Bohrers (10) um seine Längsachse (19);
    eine Schürze (12), die sich axial von dem Kopf (11) nach hinten erstreckt;
    eine Vielzahl von Rippen (17) die radial nach außen ragen und sich axial entlang der Schürze (12) erstrecken, um sich axial erstreckende Kanäle (18a, 18b) zu definieren, wobei die Rippe und Kanäle jeweils eine Länge aufweisen, die sich axial in einer Richtung zwischen dem Kopf (11) und einem axial hinteren Ende (12e) der Schürze (12) erstreckt;
    in der Längsrichtung mindestens ein Teil der Rippen (17) und Kanäle (18a, 18b) gebogen oder gekrümmt sind, sodass der Längsteil der Rippen (17) oder Kanäle (18a, 18b) schräg zu der Längsachse ist,
    wobei jede Rippe eine Vorderfläche (20) und eine Rückfläche (25) umfasst, die durch einen radial nach außen weisende Ansatzfläche (23) getrennt sind, wobei die Vorder- und Rückfläche (20, 25) mindestens teilweise die Kanäle (18a, 18b) definieren;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    bei einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zu der Längsachse die Vorderfläche (20) im Allgemeinen normal zu der Drehrichtung (R) des Bohrers um die Achse (19) ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Schlagbohrer nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Teil der Rippen (17) und Kanäle (18a, 18b), die schräg zu der Längsachse (19) sind, an einem axial hinteren Teil der Schürze (12) positioniert sind.
  3. Schlagbohrer nach Anspruch 2, wobei ein axial vorderer Teil der Rippen (17) und Kanäle (18a, 18b) im Allgemeinen parallel zu der Längsachse (19) ausgerichtet sind.
  4. Schlagbohrer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der axial hintere Teil sich bis zu 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% oder 90% der Länge der Schürze zwischen einem axial hintersten Gebiet (12d) des Kopfs (11) und einem axial hintersten Ende (12e) der Schürze (12) erstreckt.
  5. Schlagbohrer nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei der Längsteil der Rippen und Kanäle mindestens teilweise spiralförmig um die Achse (19) sind.
  6. Schlagbohrer nach Anspruch 5, wobei in der Längsrichtung sowohl die Vorder- als auch Rückfläche (20, 25) der Rippen (17) in derselben Umfangsrichtung um die Achse (19) gebogen oder gekrümmt sind, um schräg zu der Achse (19) ausgerichtet zu sein.
  7. Schlagbohrer nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei in der Längsrichtung mindestens ein Teil einer Vorderkante (21) und einer Hinterkante (24) der Rippen (17) an der Verbindung zwischen der Ansatzfläche (23) und der entsprechenden Landefläche Vorderfläche (20) und Rückfläche (25) gebogen oder gekrümmt ist, um schräg zu der Achse (19) ausgerichtet zu sein.
  8. Schlagbohrer nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Teil der Vorderkante (21) und die Hinterkante (24), die schräg zur Achse (19) sind, bei einem axial hinteren Teil der Schürze (12) positioniert sind.
  9. Schlagbohrer nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei in der Querschnittsebene senkrecht zur Achse (19) die Rückfläche (25) quer zur Drehrichtung (R) des Bohrers (10) und/oder schräg zur Vorderfläche (20) ausgerichtet ist.
  10. Schlagbohrer nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei ein Winkel (θ), in dem die Rippen (17) gebogen oder gekrümmt sind, sodass ihre Länge in einer Umfangsrichtung abweicht, im Bereich von 1 bis 20° relativ zu der Achse (19) ist.
  11. Schlagbohrer nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Bereich 3 bis 10°, 3 bis 8° oder 4 bis 6° ist.
  12. Schlagbohrer nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, umfassend eine Innenbohrung (26) und Durchgänge (27), die sich axial von einem vorderen Ende (28) der Bohrung (26) erstrecken, um als Öffnungen (15) an einer vorderen Schneidfläche (13) des Kopfs (11) zu erscheinen, wobei mindestens einige der Kanäle (18a) sich axial entlang des Kopfs (11) in Kommunikation mit den Öffnungen (15) erstrecken.
  13. Schlagbohrer nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei die Schneidelemente Schneidknöpfe (14a, 14b) umfassen, die in dem Kopf (11) eingebettet sind.
