Description

The present invention relates to a system for installing and removing suspended ducts. It is intended to implement the attachment of flexible ducts under a ceiling.

It is known practice to diffuse treated air in a relatively large building, for example an industrial building, a store. It is thus possible to install a flexible duct, for example a textile duct under the ceiling, under the roof of a building and connect it to an air handling unit which is designed to blow treated air in operation, for example. filtered, cooled, reheated, through said sheath. The wall of the ventilation duct is perforated or permeable so that the air admitted under slight overpressure in the duct is diffused into the enclosure of the building.

On the Fig. 1 is presented a conventional way of laying a flexible ventilation duct G. A cable C must be stretched horizontally between two opposite walls of the building, an air handling unit Ct being fixed on one of the walls, on one of the walls. its faces or on the ceiling. The cable is stretched using T-tensioners and the suspension of the cable is reinforced with R tie rods spaced at regular intervals and which are suspended under the ceiling or under the roof. The sheath G is provided with multiple straps terminated by M carabiners and which should be hooked onto the cable C. To carry out this suspension of the sheath, an operator uses a lifting device equipped with a basket and in which he is lifted up to and near the air handling unit Ct. It connects the open end of the duct to a V ferrule carried by the air handling unit. He then hooks all or part of the M carabiners onto the cable C after having taken care to attach a string to the first carabiner. He then lowers the nacelle and moves the carrier vehicle close to each of the tie rods R, goes back into the platform to hook or pass the carabiners on the other side of said tie rod, He moves the platform again to approach it. other wall and goes up there with the string which it pulls to deploy, like a shower curtain, the sheath in its length. The other end of the duct being closed, the duct remains taut during the operation of the air handling unit.

US9152191B1 shows a system according to the preamble of claim 1.

In the agro-food sector, for example, regulations require that the production facility, including the production facility, be completely cleaned at least once a year. including the ventilation ducts which must be dismantled, cleaned and then reassembled.

The 100 system for installing and removing suspended ducts presented on the Fig. 2 is intended to implement the installation and removal of flexible ducts Gs under the ceiling of a building.

An interesting application consists in using it to lay, deposit flexible ducts intended for the ventilation of the enclosure of the building.

Such a flexible sheath Gs is formed on the Fig. 3 , a cylindrical tube, the flexible wall of which is made of a fabric permeable to air or is perforated with orifices. The tube is open at one end and closed at the other. It can be built in one or more sections depending on the desired length of the sheath. It is intended to be connected to an air handling unit Cta which is designed to blow treated air in operation, for example filtered, cooled, reheated, through said sheath. The Cta plant is for example fixed under the ceiling. It is provided with a ferrule Vl which is used to connect the sheath.

The wall of the ventilation duct is perforated or permeable so that the air admitted under slight overpressure in the duct is diffused into the enclosure of the building. The Cylindrical geometry of the duct is obtained when air is blown into it. Otherwise it remains flattened and it can thus be folded to facilitate its transport.

4, 5 et 6.Sg straps are attached regularly to the flexible sheath Gs, for example by stitching, in order to suspend it. Connectors Cn designed for this purpose are respectively fixed to the free ends of the straps Sg. Such a connector Cn is shown on the Figs. 4, 5 and 6 .

On the Fig. 2 , the system 100 for laying and removing suspended ducts comprises a drive box Bt for a cable, a return box Bv for the cable which are joined together by means of a guide rail Rg.

The system 100 is intended to be fixed under the Pf ceiling of a building.

On the Fig. 9 , the drive unit Bt comprises a flat plate Pp1 perforated with holes allowing it to be fixed under the ceiling. For the same purpose, the gearbox Bv comprises a flat plate Pp2 perforated with holes allowing it to be fixed under the ceiling.

On the Fig. 10 , the drive unit Bt is provided with a drive mechanism Mt of a cable Cb so as to make it circulate in a loop, with at least one of its two strands driven in the guide rail, in cooperation with the return box, a hooking and unhooking means Mc of the connectors on said cable.

Ces deux axes sont fixés perpendiculairement dans la plaque plane Pp1.The drive mechanism Mt includes a trainer En, made up on this Fig. 10 , of a crank, and which is connected, via a transmission, to a first pulley P1 around which the cable Cb is wound and which can be driven in a loop by the trainer. The transmission comprises a chain connecting two pinions respectively mounted on the axis of the drive En and on the axis of the pulley P1. These two axes are fixed perpendicularly in the flat plate Pp1.

The pulley P1 is arranged such that its groove is positioned in the extension of the hooking and unhooking means Mc so that one of the two strands of the cable Cb and here the strand B1 can be positioned in the hooking means and stall Mc in order to circulate therein.

Une poulie P2 de bifurcation est également fixée sur la plaque Pp1 en étant positionnée de sorte à pouvoir renvoyer l'autre brin B2 à l'extérieur et le long du moyen d'accrochage et de décrochage Mc pour circuler le long de celui-ci.A bifurcation pulley P2 is also fixed on the plate Pp1 while being positioned so as to be able to return the other strand B2 to the outside and along the hooking and unhooking means Mc to circulate along the latter.

10 and 11 , one end of the guide rail Rg is butted against the hooking and unhooking means Mc of the connectors on the cable Cb to make circulate inside said guide rail, the strand B1 of the cable and cause the strand B2 of said cable to circulate outside and along the latter. The hooking and unhooking means Mc is fixed on the flat plate Pp1 of the drive unit Bt. It is formed by a longitudinally hollow duct Cd which is crossed by a slot Ft over its entire length, the slot Ft being turned on the opposite side of the flat plate Pp1 to be turned downwards in the operating position of the drive housing Bt. One end of the guide rail Rg abuts on the free end of the duct Cd.

On the Fig. 11 , a window Fn laterally passes through the wall of the conduit Cd. This window Fn is intended to allow the hooking and unhooking of the connectors on the strand of the cable which is disposed in the hooking and unhooking means Mc.

On the Fig. 7 is shown a Cb cable. It is made of braided metal strands. The cable has, at regular intervals, olive-shaped sockets D1 which are intended to wedge the connectors Cn in translation, when they are hooked onto said cable.

It will be noted that, with reference to the Fig. 11 , the groove of the pulley P1 present in the drive mechanism Mt of the drive unit Bt is locally widened forming housings Lg of suitable dimensions to be able to receive said bushings.

On the Figs. 5 and 6 , is presented a connector Cn intended to be hung on the cable in order, in cooperation with others, to suspend the sheath in the system for laying and removing sheaths of the invention.

The connector Cn consists of a plate Pq crossed by a passage Pg and in which it is necessary to thread and attach a suspension strap of the sheath which is surmounted by a fixing means Mf intended to suspend said connector. on the cable and wedge it laterally on a corresponding D1 socket.

This fixing means Mf comprises a hooking means intended to suspend said connector on the cable as well as a wedging means intended to laterally wedge said connector on a corresponding socket.

More precisely, the fixing means Mf advantageously consists of two lateral hooks C11 and C12. These two hooks are respectively formed on this Fig. 5 , of two portions Pc1, Pc2, of coaxial cylinders which surmount the two lateral sides of the plate Pq delimiting a U-shaped geometry to the connector when it is presented in front view as shown on the figure Fig. 5 . The diameter of the cylindrical portions Pc is markedly greater than the thickness of the plate Pq. The plate Pq is connected in the median plane of the two cylindrical portions Pc. The connector Cn thus has a symmetrical geometry in a median plane of the thickness of its plate Pq, which simplifies its mounting on the strap.

The two cylindrical portions Pc are coaxially crossed by two holes T1, T2 to receive the cable. Each hole T is extended radially and in a downward oblique direction, in the position of installation of the connector Cn, by a groove Rn which opens out through the corresponding cylindrical portion Pc.

The Cb connector is easily hooked onto the cable and remains hooked by the effect of gravity on the cable.

The distance separating the two lateral hooks C11 and C12 is greater than the length of a sleeve Dl. The socket can then take place between the two side hooks C11 and C12.

It is thus possible, with reference to Figs. 4, 5 and 6 , hook the connector Cn by engaging its two grooves Rn obliquely downwards on the cable Cb so that said connector Cn can be retained on said cable, the latter taking place in the two holes T1 and T1.

The connector Cn is preferably hooked onto the cable Cb by overlapping a socket Dl, that is to say it is hooked with its two lateral hooks Cl1 and C12 arranged on each side of the two ends of the socket Dl, to wedge in translation the connector Cn on the cable Cb.

The Bv gearbox shown on Figs. 12 and 13 is intended to retain the other winding loop of the cable Cb. It comprises a pulley P3 around which the said cable can circulate in a loop, a spool Tr in which is mounted the axis of the pulley P3, which spool is slidably mounted, by means of at least one guide shaft Ag and two trees Ag1, Ag2 on the Fig. 12 , in a tensioner Td comprising a support Sp fixed on the flat plate Pp2. The tensioner Td comprises a tie rod Tt fixed on the drawer Tr and which is slidably mounted in the support Sp against a return means Rp, such as a spring. The cable remains correctly tensioned.

The pulley P3 is arranged so that its groove is positioned in the extension of the guide rail Rg so that one of the two strands of the cable Cb and here the strand B1 can be positioned in the guide rail Rg in order to circulate in the latter and that the other strand B2 can circulate along said guide rail.

The guide rail Rg can be fixed on the flat plate Pp2 using two fixing brackets Pn1 and Pn2.

Cowls, not shown, generally cover the mechanisms present on the flat plates of the drive unit and of the return unit.

On the Figs. 14 and 15 , the guide rail Rg consists of a profile of constant section comprising a fixing base Ef on the ceiling and under which extends a duct Co crossed over its entire length by a longitudinal slot Ft1, which is turned on the side opposite to the fixing base Ef to be turned downwards in the installation position of said guide rail. The slot Ft1 is defined between two oblique walls Pol, Po2, the free edges of which face downwards. The two oblique walls form an angle of practically 90 ° between them. Two longitudinal Sn grooves cut out the underside of the fixing base Ef on both sides of the Co duct, to facilitate the positioning of the connector fixing screws on the ceiling.

On the Fig. 16 , the cylindrical portions Pc of the connector Cn are retained in the conduit Co, bearing laterally on the two oblique walls Po while its median plate Pq emerges through the longitudinal slot Ft1. We notice the presence of lugs Eg arranged on either side of the plate Pq, also visible on the Fig. 5 . They are intended to prevent jamming by arching of the connector Cn in the guide rail Rg during its sliding therein.

Ainsi, et en référence à la Fig. 9, en tournant la manivelle En, on déplace dans un sens le brin B1 du câble Cb dans le rail de guidage Rg alors que l'autre brin B2 circule dans l'autre sens le long du rail de guidage Rg.Thus, and with reference to the Fig. 9 , by turning the crank En, the strand B1 of the cable Cb is moved in one direction in the guide rail Rg while the other strand B2 runs in the other direction along the guide rail Rg.

On the Fig. 17 , is presented a junction connector Rj intended to join two consecutive sections of a guide rail Rg. It consists of a profile comprising a base Ef2 for fixing to the ceiling and under which a Co2 duct extends and which is extended on either side of the base for fixing Ef2 considering the longitudinal axis of said fitting. junction. The Co2 duct is crossed over its entire length by a longitudinal slot Ft2, which is turned on the opposite side of the fixing base Ef2 so as to be turned downwards in the position of installation of said guide rail. The internal section of the Co2 duct is a little larger than the external one of the Co duct of a section of the guide rail Rg thus making it possible to receive two ends of two sections to be assembled in the extension of one another, for guarantee continuity of circulation of the connectors throughout the length of the guide rail Rg. The arrow F symbolizes the fitting of one end of a section of the guide rail Rg in the junction fitting Rj. Its Ef2 mounting base is screwed onto the ceiling. The junction connector Rj can be provided laterally to its Co2 conduit with a guide support, not shown, for the strand of the cable flowing outside the guide rail.

Sur la Fig. 18, on distingue l'emboîtement de l'extrémité d'un tronçon du rail de guidage Rg dans le conduit Co2 du raccord de jonction Rj.On the Fig. 18 , we can see the interlocking of the end of a section of the guide rail Rg in the conduit Co2 of the junction connector Rj.

The installation and operation of the system 100 for installing and removing suspended ducts of the invention are as follows.

The drive unit Bt is fixed to the ceiling Pf in the extension of the shell V1 of the air handling unit Cta, as shown on the Fig. 8 .

The drive unit Bt and the deflection unit Bv are connected by means of the guide rail Rg, which must also be fixed against the ceiling. Rj junction fittings can be used to join together, where appropriate, the various constituent sections of the guide rail Rg.

We can use a lifting device equipped with a platform raised towards the ceiling and in which an operator intervenes to carry out this work. This work is only done once.

The installation of a flexible ventilation duct Gs is as follows. Here again, a lifting device fitted with a basket should be used. The nacelle is lifted with the operator as well as the flexible sheath Gs, under the drive unit Bt and at a distance from the ceiling such that the operator can stand in said nacelle. The operator takes the first connector Cn located as close as possible to the closed end of the flexible sheath Gs and presents it in front of the window Fn. He turns the crank En so as to move the strand B1 of the cable Cb visible through said window until a socket D1 which the cable carries, appears in front of the window Fn. The operator hooks the connector Cn by straddling said socket so that the connector Cn is hooked onto the cable Cb and without the ability to slide the cable Cb along the latter. The operator again turns the crank En and the plate Pq of the connector Cn slides in the slot Ft1 of the duct Cd of the guide rail Rg and the two cylinder portions Pc1 and Pc2 of the connector Cn slide in said duct if although the connector has only one degree of freedom and cannot be unhooked from the cable.

The operator continues to turn the crank En to drive the connector Cn which carries the flexible sheath Gs in the guide rail Rg and until a second connector Cn appears in front of the window Fn. It hooks a second connector, then moves it forward in the guide rail Rg by turning the crank En. It proceeds in the same way for all of the connectors Cn which are then retained in the guide rail, by carrying the flexible sheath Gs, so that it remains suspended under the guide rail while being stretched. When the last connector has been sent to the guide rail, all the operator has to do is fix the open end of the flexible duct Gs in the shell V1 of the air handling unit Cta. The platform is lowered. The air handling unit Cta is put into operation and the treated air is blown into the flexible duct Gs which diffuses it into the building.

The disassembly of the flexible sheath Gs is presented as follows. The operator uses a lifting device equipped with a nacelle and which is raised under the drive unit Bt. The operator dismantles the end of the duct Gs, from the shell V1 of the air handling unit Cta . It then drives the crank En in the other direction. The last connector Cn appears through the window Fn, then is ejected outwards from the window Fn by coming to a stop Bu, visible on the Fig. 11 and which is formed by a side wall of the window and which is arranged near the first strand B1 of the cable Cb. All the connectors Cn are successively ejected in this way during the maneuver of the crank En. Preferably, the side wall forming a stopper Bu is bevelled by being open towards the outside to promote the ejection of the connectors Cn. The sheath can then be removed quickly, for example to carry out cleaning or its replacement.

In an alternative embodiment, not shown, only the stopper remains in the hooking and unhooking means, the window also being absent. The stop may advantageously be placed near the groove of the pulley of the drive mechanism. The action of the groove of the pulley on the cylindrical portions of the connector as well as the action of the stop on a lateral edge of the connector results in the ejection of the connector from the cable.

The system 100 for laying and removing suspended ducts of the invention makes it possible to simply and quickly lay and deposit a flexible duct under the ceiling of a building. The lifting device used to assemble or disassemble the flexible duct remains stationary and minimizes the risk of accidents.

In another variant embodiment, not shown, the driver comprises an electric motor with a reversible direction of rotation. Its control is preferably implemented using a remote control. The operator can thus unclip all the connectors from the ground, using the remote control.
