Claims (9)

  1. Fermeture inviolable pour un récipient de liquide possédant un goulot (2, 344, 442) avec une ouverture définissant un orifice verseur (3, 343, 443), ladite fermeture inviolable s'étendant dans une direction axiale (X-X) et comprenant :

    au moins une partie avec une épaisseur de paroi réduite (S2, S300, S400) grâce à laquelle une poussée axiale dépassant une valeur prédéfinie appliquée contre ledit bord inférieur (113, 313, 413) en direction de la partie supérieure (102, 302, 402) dudit élément tubulaire (101, 301, 401) entraîne une déformation visible de la partie inférieure (103, 303, 403) au niveau de l'évidement (115, 315, 415).
  2. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 1, ladite partie supérieure (102) et ladite partie inférieure (103) dudit élément tubulaire étant reliées par une partie cassable (107, 307, 407) qui est conçue pour se briser lorsque la première ouverture de la fermeture se produit.
  3. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, ladite partie inférieure dudit élément tubulaire comprenant une paroi tubulaire possédant une épaisseur de paroi (S1, S301, S401) et ledit évidement étant doté d'une partie affaiblie qui s'étend dans ladite paroi tubulaire, ladite partie affaiblie possédant une épaisseur de paroi (S2, S300, S400) qui est inférieure à l'épaisseur de paroi (S1, S301, S401) du reste de la paroi tubulaire.
  4. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 3, ladite partie affaiblie étant conçue pour se déformer vers l'extérieur sous l'action de ladite poussée appliquée sur ledit bord inférieur.
  5. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, ledit rapport entre l'épaisseur de paroi de la partie affaiblie (S2, S300, S400) et l'épaisseur de paroi tubulaire respective (S1, S301, S401) étant inférieur à 0,8, et de préférence entre 0,2 et 0,8.
  6. Fermeture inviolable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, ladite partie affaiblie s'étendant axialement sur une longueur comprise entre 2 et 30 mm.
  7. Fermeture inviolable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, ladite partie affaiblie s'étendant jusqu'audit bord inférieur.
  8. Fermeture inviolable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, ladite partie inférieure dudit élément tubulaire étant dotée d'une épaisseur de paroi supérieure à l'épaisseur de paroi au niveau du bord inférieur.
  9. Fermeture inviolable selon une quelconque revendication précédente, ledit bord inférieur étant doté d'une face formant un angle compris entre 60° et 120° avec l'axe longitudinal (X-X).
