    - said lamellar burner (10) consists of a stack of regularly spaced plates, where one of every two plates is perforated, and
    - said flame stabilizer (11) is provided in the form of two metal sheets (12, 13) arranged in a V which flare out from said lamellar burner (10),
    and wherein said plates are spaced apart such that the non-perforated plates do not obstruct the perforations of the adjacent plate, thus enabling combustion of the air-gas mixture.
  2. The burner device (1) according to claim 1, wherein the duct (31) for ejecting the mixture opens onto the lamellar burner (10) on a perforated plate, perpendicularly thereto.
