Auch ist es möglich, dass einer der Kontakte nicht als ein Schleifkontakt ausgebildet ist. Scanner (14) for a device for measuring a moisture content of laundry (24) located in a tumble dryer (2) having a rotatable drying drum (4), comprising a holder (16) and at least one sliding contact (18, 20) which is resiliently mounted on the holder (16) for sliding contact on a contact belt (8, 10), arranged on the drying drum (4), or on the drying drum of the tumble dryer, characterised in that the sliding contact (18, 20) is formed from an electrically conductive plastics material.
  2. Scanner (14) according to claim 1, characterised in that the sliding contact (18, 20) has a sliding friction coefficient, dynamic against steel, of less than or equal to 0.6, preferably less than or equal to 0.4, particularly preferably less than or equal to 0.2.
  3. Scanner (14) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the sliding contact (18, 20) has an electrical resistance of less than or equal to 100 ohms, preferably less than or equal to 1 ohm, particularly preferably less than or equal to 0.01 ohms.
  4. Scanner (14) according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the sliding contact (18, 20) is suitable for long-term use at a temperature of greater than or equal to 140°C and is suitable for short-term use at a temperature of greater than or equal 180°C.
  5. Device for measuring a moisture content of laundry (24) located in a tumble dryer (2) having a rotatable drying drum (4), comprising a scanner (14) that comprises a holder (16) and at least one sliding contact (18, 20) which is resiliently mounted on the holder (16) for sliding contact on a contact belt (8, 10), arranged on the drying drum, (4) or on the drying drum of the tumble dryer, characterised in that the scanner (14) is designed according to any of claims 1 to 4.
  6.
