Abstract
Description
- The present disclosure relates to a mounting-dismounting accessory, and more particularly to a push-type mounting-dismounting accessory.
- With the evolution of car styling, there have occurred some peculiar arrangements, such as some decorative pieces connected to headlights, so as to make the cars look more fashionable. There are currently three connection manners in the market: direct connection to headlights, no connection at all, and connection by means of a hand-pull sliding structure.
- Current solutions which connect decorative pieces to headlights have their respective shortcomings: As to the solution which directly connects the decorative pieces to headlights, the biggest shortcoming is impossibility of dismounting such that the decorative pieces cannot be replaced separately, which results in simple combination, no way to change decorative pieces separately and poor market competitiveness.
- As to the solution involving no connection, poor appearance match may arise.
- As to the solution which achieves connection by a hand-pull sliding structure, it has the following drawbacks:
- (1) a high spatial requirement is set for the hand-pull structure;
- (2) a requirement is set for the position where the hand pulls;
- (3) an activating orifice designed in the decorative piece has a great influence on the appearance of the decorative piece.
- Thus, it is desired to have a mounting-dismounting accessory that is usually fixed to the connected part (e.g., the headlights as stated above) , can dismount and mount the decorative piece conveniently, and meanwhile have lower requirements for the mounting and operation space and substantially no influence on the appearance of the decorative piece.
- Summary of the Invention
- The object of the present disclosure is to provide a push-type mounting-dismounting accessory, which can conveniently mount and dismount an object in a push way and meanwhile have lower requirements for the mounting and operation space and substantially no influence on the appearance of the object.
- To this end, the present disclosure provides a push-type mounting-dismounting accessory for mounting and dismounting the object, comprising:
- a propelling block having a structure protruding in a transverse direction, the structure having a first inclined guiding surface and a second inclined guiding surface, and a retaining surface that connects the two guiding surfaces and extends substantially in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the transverse direction; and
- a moving rod that is arranged in the transverse direction, having a contact surface at one end and a protruding fixation block at the other end, and there being further provided with an elastic structure at the other end of the moving rod, wherein the fixation block is configured for being removably connected with the object;
- when the propelling block is propelled longitudinally, the contact surface of the moving rod is always kept in contact with the structure under the action of the elastic structure, thereby moving the fixation block closer to/away from the object so as to mount/dismount the object.
- The term “longitudinal direction” is understood to mean a direction in which the propelling block moves and “transverse direction” means a direction that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- When the propelling block is propelled longitudinally, the first inclined guiding surface pushes the moving rod through the contact surface to compress its elastic structure and thereby drive the fixation block in motion towards the object in a mounting position. When the retaining surface is in contact with the contact surface, the propelling block stops to be propelled, the fixation block is connected with the object to complete the mounting. When the propelling block continues to be propelled in the longitudinal direction, the contact surface moves with respect to the second inclined guiding surface under the recovery action of the elastic structure so as to resume the moving rod and meanwhile drive the fixation block to move away from the object. Then, the object can leave the mounting position to complete the dismounting.
- The push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present disclosure with the above configuration makes it possible to operate the propelling block manually or automatically by an external device according to the above solution. The first inclined guiding surface, the retaining surface and the second inclined guiding surface of the propelling block are in contact with the contact surface of the moving rod to convert the longitudinal unidirectional displacement of the propelling block into the transverse bi-directional displacement of the moving rod so as to drive the fixation block in transverse bi-directional displacement, in such a way to conveniently mount and dismount the object by propelling the propelling block. Moreover, since the propelling block usually has a longitudinal length greater than the transverse width and is propelled in a longitudinal direction, it has a lower requirement for mounting and operation space. In addition, the fixation block is usually connected with the object in an embedded manner, so there is substantially no influence on the appearance of the object.
- The push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present disclosure can be used to mount and dismount an object (such as, a decorative piece) , particularly an embedded object, in the area of headlights of a car. The frame of the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory and the connected part (such as the housing of the headlight) are often fixedly connected with each other or are made into one piece.
- In the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present disclosure, since the structure (such as trapezoidal shaped) protruding in a transverse direction of the propelling block is a structure with two guiding surfaces (namely, a first inclined guiding surface and a second inclined guiding surface) , the propelling block, after the dismounting, can be resumed to its original position in a direction contrary to the propelling direction for the sake of recycling use.
- Advantageously, the structure has a cross section of trapezoidal shape, two legs of the trapezoid respectively corresponding to the first inclined guiding surface and the second inclined guiding surface and an upper base of the trapezoid corresponding to the retaining surface.
- Advantageously, the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory may further comprise a frame having a first channel that is arranged in a longitudinal direction and a second channel that is arranged in the transverse direction so as to limit a longitudinal movement of the propelling block in the first channel and meanwhile a transverse movement of an end of the moving rod in the second channel.
- Preferably, the propelling block can only move in one direction before the dismounting is completed. As such, the space occupied by the accessory and the space for operating it is reduced as much as possible.
- The propelling block is usually provided with an internal recess at its end that serves as a force-bearing point when the propelling block is propelled. Moreover, when a portion of the object is in the propelling direction adjacent to the internal recess, the object may be provided with a through hole for the passage of a propelling part which provides the propelling force.
- Preferably, the fixation block may be a snap for mating with the object. The object may be an embedded object. It is appreciated that to connect with the embedded object through a snap is a preferable solution. Of course, other solutions may also be used, e.g., the object is connected with the fixation block by other fasteners (such as a screw) in the position where they overlap with each other.
- The elastic structure may comprise a compression spring or it may be an elastomer made of an elastic material.
- According to an embodiment, one end of the compression spring is connected with the other end of the moving rod, and the other end of the compression spring is connected with the frame.
- Advantageously, the propelling block may have anti-slippery ribs at the retaining surface, which are configured to keep the propelling block stationary within a certain range of force when the retaining surface is in contact with the contact surface.
- The present disclosure further relates to an assembly comprising an automobile part and an object mounted on the automobile part through the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory as described above.
- The automobile part may be a headlight housing and the object may be a decorative piece, for example.
- The frame of the accessory and the automobile part may be fixedly connected with each other or are made into one piece.
- Fig. 1 is a structural view of a push-type mounting-dismounting accessory according to an embodiment of the present disclosure;
- Fig. 2 is a structural view of a propelling block of the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory according to an embodiment of the present disclosure;

- Detailed Description of Embodiments
- A push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present disclosure will be further described and explained with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments of the description. The following description and explanation would not constitute limitation to the technical solutions of the present disclosure.
- Fig. 1 illustrates the structure of a push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 illustrates the structure of a propelling block of the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present embodiment. Fig. 3 illustrates the structure of anti-slippery ribs of the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present embodiment. Fig. 4 illustrates the connection between a decorative piece and a fixation block of the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present embodiment.
- As shown in Fig. 1 and with reference to Fig. 2, the push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present embodiment is used to mount and dismount a decorative piece 4 in the area of a headlight of a car. The decorative piece 4 is connected in an embedded manner. The accessory comprises a propelling block 1, a moving rod 2 and a frame 3, wherein
- - the propelling block 1 has a trapezoidal structure 11 protruding in a transverse direction A, two legs of the trapezoidal structure 11 act respectively as a first inclined guiding surface C and a second inclined guiding surface D, and the upper base of the trapezoidal structure 11 is a retaining surface E. The propelling block 1 is provided with an internal recess J at its end that serves as a force-bearing point when the propelling block 1 is propelled. Moreover, a portion of the decorative piece 4 is in the propelling direction adjacent to the internal recess J, and the decorative piece 4 is provided with a through hole K for the passage of a propelling part which provides the propelling force.
- The moving rod 2 is arranged in the transverse direction A and has a contact surface F at one end and a protruding fixation block 21 at the other end. Moreover, the moving rod 2 is provided with an elastic structure 22 at said the other end. The fixation block 21 is a snap mating with the decorative piece and is configured to be removably connected with the decorative piece 4. The elastic structure 22 comprises a compression spring 221, one end of which is connected with said other end of the moving rod 2, and the other end is connected with the frame 3.
- The frame 3 is fixedly connected with a housing 5 of a headlight, and has a first channel G that is arranged in the longitudinal direction B and a second channel H that is arranged in the transverse direction A so as to limit the longitudinal movement of the propelling block 1 in the first channel G and meanwhile the transverse movement of the end of the moving rod 2 in the second channel H. When the propelling block 1 is propelled longitudinally, the contact surface of the moving rod 2 is always kept in contact with the trapezoidal structure 11 under the action of the elastic structure 22, thereby moving the fixation block 21 closer to/away from the decorative piece 4 so as to mount/dismount the decorative piece 4. To be specific, when the propelling block 1 is propelled longitudinally (in the propelling direction as indicated by the arrow I in the drawing) , the first inclined guiding surface C pushes the moving rod 2 through the contact surface F to compress its elastic structure 221 and thereby drive the fixation block 21 in motion towards the decorative piece 4 in an mounting position. When the retaining surface E is in contact with the contact surface F, the propelling block 1 stops to be propelled, the fixation block 21 is connected with the decorative piece 4 to complete the mounting, as shown in Fig. 4, such that the gap difference between the decorative piece 4 and the circumference can be effectively controlled, at the time of which the compression spring 221 is compressed to be the shortest. When the propelling block 1 continues to be propelled in the longitudinal direction, the contact surface F moves with respect to the second inclined guiding surface D under the recovery action of the elastic structure 221 so as to resume the moving rod 2 and drive the fixation block 21 to move away from the decorative piece 4. Then, the decorative piece 4 can leave the mounting position to complete the dismounting.
- With reference to Fig. 3, the propelling block 1 has an anti-slippery rib 12 on each of the two sides of the retaining surface E, the anti-slippery rib having a protruding block L which interacts with the moving rod 2 to prevent the propelling block 1 from retreating, such that the propelling block 1 is kept stationary within a certain range of force when the retaining surface E is in contact with the contact surface F, and therefore the fixation block 21 is kept stationary with a certain range of force when the fixation block 21 is connected with the decorative piece 4 to complete the mounting.
- Before the completion of dismounting, the propelling block 1 can only move in one direction. Upon completion of dismounting, the propelling block 1 can return to its original position in a direction contrary to the propelling direction so as to be reused in next cycle.
- The push-type mounting-dismounting accessory of the present embodiment can mount and dismount the decorative piece conveniently in a propelling manner, has low requirements for mounting and operation space and has substantially no influence on the appearance of the decorative piece.
- It should be noted that the above contents are merely embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the present disclosure is not limited to those embodiments and may have various similar variations. Any variation directly derived or envisaged from the disclosure of the present disclosure by those skilled in the art fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
