L'invention concerne un touret de câble électrique. Selon l'invention, il comporte un agencement de surveillance (4) à distance de l'absence de câble enroulé sur le touret, comportant un capteur (4A) et une carte électronique connectée audit capteur et reliée à une application distante mise en fonction.

Description

TOURET POUR CABLE ELECTRI QUE
L'invention concerne un touret pour câble électrique.
Actuellement aucun touret pour câble électrique ne permet une surveillance automatique de la présence ou absence de câble enroulé sur un touret.
Or il peut être très utile pour l'utilisateur ou le propriétaire du touret de vérifier la présence de câble électrique disponible, afin entre autres de passer commande rapidement lorsque ce stock devient nul.
L'invention résout ce problème.
Plus précisément l'invention propose un touret pour câble électrique caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un agencement de surveillance à distance de l'absence de câble enroulé sur le touret, comportant un capteur et une carte électronique connectée audit capteur et reliée à une application distante mise en fonction.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, ledit agencement de surveillance est intégré à un flasque du touret.
De préférence, ledit agencement de surveillance est intégré à la face intérieure dudit flasque.
Avantageusement, ledit capteur est un capteur de fin de course électromécanique, disposé au bord du tambour et dont une tige est sollicitée par un effort de rappel dans une rainure agencée dans la face intérieure dudit flasque.
Ce type de capteur mécanique est particulièrement fiable et peu coûteux.
Avantageusement, le touret est également équipé d'un agencement de géolocalisation.
L'invention concerne également une utilisation d'un tel touret, caractérisé en ce que ladite tige est disposée perpendiculairement à ladite face intérieure du touret, contre la surface du tambour, lorsque le câble électrique est enroulé sur le touret, ce câble recouvrant ladite tige.
L'invention concerne enfin un procédé de surveillance d'un tel touret, caractérisé en ce qu'une alarme est transmise par ladite carte électronique à ladite application distante, lorsque ladite tige est rappelée dans ladite rainure.
L'invention est décrite ci-après plus en détail à l'aide de figures ne représentant qu'un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un touret conforme à l'invention.
La figure 2 est une vue de détail d'un touret conforme à l'invention avant enroulement d'un câble.
La figure 3 est une vue en coupe de détail, d'un touret conforme à l'invention après enroulement d'un câble.
La figure 4 est une vue perspective de détail, d'un touret conforme à l'invention après déroulement complet du câble.
Comme représenté sur les figures, un touret pour câble électrique comporte classiquement un tambour 1 autour duquel un câble est destiné à être enroulé et deux flasques latéraux 2, 3.
Selon l'invention, il comporte un agencement de surveillance 4 à distance de l'absence de câble enroulé sur le touret, comportant un capteur 4A et une carte électronique alimentée par une batterie, connectée au capteur et reliée à une application distante mise en fonction. Cette carte électrique est contenue dans un boîtier 4B adjacent au capteur 4A et comprend un agencement de surveillance de l'état de la batterie.
Cet agencement de surveillance 4 est intégré à un flasque 2 du touret, et plus précisément à la face intérieure 2A de ce flasque.
Le capteur 4A est un capteur de fin de course électromécanique, disposé au bord du tambour 1 et dont une tige 4A1 comportant une articulation rotative à une de ses extrémités est sollicitée par un effort de rappel dans une rainure 2A1 agencée dans la face intérieure 2A du flasque.
A titre d'exemple, ce capteur peut être un capteur de fin de course électromécanique « RS Pro, NO/NF, 10A, 400V, IP65 » commercialisé par la société RS.
Les figures 1 et 2 représentent le touret avant enroulement d'un câble sur le tambour 1.
La tige 4A1 est alors disposée perpendiculairement à la face intérieure 2A du touret, contre la surface du tambour 1.
Lorsque le câble électrique est enroulé sur le tambour 1, comme représenté sur la figure 3, ce câble recouvre la tige 4A1 et la retient dans cette position à rencontre de l'effort de rappel.
Lorsque tout le câble est déroulé du tambour, comme représenté sur la figure 4, la tige 4A1 est libérée et, sollicitée par l'effort de rappel, elle est rappelée dans la rainure 2A1. Dans cette position, une alarme est transmise par la carte électronique à l'application distante.
Cette application distante est de préférence une application connectée à un réseau de téléphonie mobile, en particulier GSM (acronyme de « Global System for Mobile Communications ») ou SI G FOX.
Pour permettre la gestion d'un ensemble de tels tourets, chaque touret possède avantageusement un numéro d'identification électronique.
Chaque touret peut comporter un agencement de géolocalisation, afin de donner à un utilisateur ayant besoin d'une certaine longueur de câble, la référence et la position des tourets pouvant lui fournir du câble.

REVENDI CATI ONS
1. Touret de câble électrique caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un agencement de surveillance (4) à distance de l'absence de câble enroulé sur le touret, comportant un capteur (4A) et une carte électronique connectée audit capteur et reliée à une application distante mise en fonction.
2. Touret selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit agencement de surveillance est intégré à un flasque (1) du touret.
3. Touret selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit agencement de surveillance est intégré à la face intérieure (2A) dudit flasque.
4. Touret selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur est un capteur de fin de course électromécanique, disposé au bord du tambour (1) et dont une tige (4A1) est sollicitée par un effort de rappel dans une rainure (2A1) agencée dans la face intérieure (2A) dudit flasque.
5. Touret selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est également équipé d'un agencement de géolocalisation.
6. Utilisation d'un touret selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite tige (4A1) est disposée perpendiculairement à ladite face intérieure (2A) du touret, contre la surface du tambour (1), lorsque le câble électrique est enroulé sur le touret, ce câble recouvrant ladite tige (4A1).
7. Procédé de surveillance d'un touret selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une alarme est transmise par ladite carte électronique à ladite application distante, lorsque ladite tige (4A1) est rappelée dans ladite rainure (2A1).
